A 29-year-old homeless man was arrested on Thursday for raping and attacking a female jogger.

According to reports, an unidentified 43-year-old woman jogging in New York City’s affluent West Village was violently attacked, raped and robbed at 5:30 am by a homeless man with 18 prior arrests.

The homeless attacker is a suspect in two other sex crimes The New York Post reported citing sources.

The victim was jogging at Hudson River Park in Manhattan early Thursday morning when the homeless man approached her on a bike, shoved her to the ground, choked her and sexually assaulted her before taking off with her phone and credit cards.

This homeless man was free to rape, rob and assault women because of Democrats such as Governor Kathy Hochul. DA Alvin Bragg and Mayor Eric Adams.

 

The New York Post reported:

A homeless man wanted for at least two sex crimes — and who has at least 25 prior busts — was arrested Thursday in connection with the rape of a jogger in the West Village on Thursday morning, law-enforcement sources said.

The 29-year-old suspect — who has yet to be charged in connection with any of the attacks — was taken into custody at the Port Authority bus station several hours after the assault, the sources said.

Police believe he raped, choked and robbed a 43-year-old woman while she was out for a run at Pier 45 around 5:30 a.m., according to the sources.

Cops tracked him down after he used the woman’s credit cards at a Target in Midtown.

Dark Brandon returned in Primetime last night just before the mid-terms to publicly address election deniers and political violence, both of which he has blamed for an alleged attack on Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s husband on October 28, 2022 at 2:31am while the Speaker was out of town.

Joe Biden condemned that attack on Saturday and added:

“But you can’t condemn the violence unless you condemn those people who continue to argue the election was not real, that it’s been stolen — all the malarkey that’s being put out there to undermine democracy…”

 

 

 

 

Other Mockingbird Media outlets have picked up on the political rhetoric as well.  Local news station NBC Bay Area writes:

It also carried chilling echoes of the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the Capitol, when rioters chanted menacingly for the speaker as they rampaged through the halls trying to halt certification of Joe Biden’s victory over Donald Trump.

This “insurrectionist” sentiment appears to be shared by Joe Biden:

 

 

Ironically, the FBI Criminal Complaint doesn’t actually quote David Depape, the alleged suspect in the break in and attempted murder, as saying “Where’s Nancy?” anywhere in the complaint.  But that didn’t stop politicians from making the comparison to the “domestic terrorists” that “stormed the Capitol”.

These political references don’t make much sense considering that the mother of Depape’s two children, Gypsy Taub, told ABC7 News over the phone from prison:

“…when I met him, he was only 20 years old ,and he didn’t have any experience in politics, and he was very much in alignment with my views and I’ve always been very progressive. I absolutely admire Nancy Pelosi.”

Taub is in prison for attempting to abduct a 14 year old boy.  She was a well-known nudist activist in San Francisco.  She claimed that she was David’s “ex life partner” has known him for more than 20 years.  Together, up until 7 years ago, they raised their two sons and her daughter.

There hasn’t been any known mention of what Depape does for work other than a hemp necklace store online that, according to the WayBack Machine, hadn’t been archived since 2017 until it was completely redesigned in 2021 to be what seems to be a blog site.  It’s also garnered significantly more attention from the WayBack Machine since then:

Another local news outlet, NBC Bay Area, went to the house Depape reportedly lived at and were told “the people inside the home told [FBI] agents they hadn’t seen Depape for years.”

However, the neighbors told a different story:  they told the reporter that “he’s never approached me or my partner at all, but I’ve just seen him helping out around the house with yard work.”

That’s odd.  The neighbors told the reporter they’ve seen him recently, helping around the house, but the people “inside the home” told “agents” they hadn’t seen Depape “for years”.

 

But finally, at least, the San Francisco District Attorney is holding someone without bail:  David Depape.

• They also will not release Paul Pelosi’s 911 call.
• Or the body cam footage.
• Or the CCTV footage at the house.
• Or whether or not Pelosi had a home security system (despite neighbors saying they did and that there was “always” black SUVs driving around their neighborhood as watch)
• Or how Depape got to Pelosi’s house in the first place.  An Uber?  Taxi?  Did he walk??  If so, did any neighbors CCTV catch the man walking there?
• The SF DA won’t even tell us if they have an alarm system on the home of the second in line to Presidency

Perhaps…Depape didn’t walk.  It wouldn’t be the first time a California DA muzzled information from the public regarding Paul Pelosi.

Brett Shavers, father of Democratic candidate Clyde Shavers, claims to have served as a nuclear submarine officer

A Democratic candidate for the state House in Washington is involved in an ongoing feud with his family about the veracity of his military service.

The father of Clyde Shavers, Democratic candidate for Washington state's 10th Legislative District, claims in a recently published letter that his son lied about the details of his service in the U.S. Navy, according to local outlet Herald Net.

Clyde Shavers has run on a platform emphasizing his service in the U.S. Navy, claiming to have been installed as a nuclear submarine office — a position which requires a great amount of training and three separate courses.

"Clyde was never a submarine officer, not even for a day," Brett Shavers wrote.

Brett Shavers, a former Marine, went on to dismiss any notions that his son served proudly in the military, going so far as to say Clyde Shavers has a "disdain" for enlisted service members.

"Clyde has only disdain for the military. I have seen Clyde's use of veteran status used heavily as a seal of endorsement of honor and integrity, even as he or his campaign continually use the phrase 'son of a Marine' for his credibility," Brett Shavers wrote.

He continued, "There are no words that I have that could come close to overemphasize Clyde's negative view of the military, his disdain of enlisted service members, and his revulsion to wear the uniform."

Brett Shavers reportedly sent the signed letter on Sunday to the campaign of Greg Gilday — Clyde's Republican opponent. The text was then circulated to local outlets, including the Daily Herald and Herald Net.

Brett Shavers went on in his letter to allege that his son is also only tied to the 10th Legislative District by renting a bed and breakfast in the area.

He also claims Clyde Shavers embellished his family history and law credentials. 

Clyde Shavers has denied his father's claims outright, saying that the letter is "inaccurate" and "all about politics."

"His political letter is inaccurate and, personally, very painful to me as his son," Shavers said of his father's claims. "To be clear, this letter is all about politics."

He continued, "This is the kind of politics that’s tearing apart families and communities, and my campaign is about healing and moving forward."

Investigative reporter and TPUSA host Drew Hernandez interrupted Barack Obama while he was speaking at a campaign rally in Arizona over her support of Katie Hobbs, who has a proven record of blatant discrimination against African-American people.

On Wednesday, Barack Obama led a rally in Phoenix, Arizona for Democrat candidate Katie Hobbs. His visit took place six days before the election, at a time when polls continue to indicate that Republican Kari Lake is leading Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs in Arizona’s gubernatorial race.

 

Drew Hernandez began shouting at Barack Obama at the rally for supporting Katie Hobbs, who has a history of engaging in discriminatory behavior toward black people.

“Wait, wait, hold up, hold on,” Obama shouted back. “You have to be polite and civil when people are talking, and then you get a chance to talk.”

“Set up your own rally. A lot of people worked hard for this,” Obama continued.

“Democrat supporters unleashed screaming in my face and deported me from the rally,” Drew Hernandez said.

What is going on?  What really happened?

As TGP reported, the San Francisco Police held their first press conference on the events earlier in the day yesterday and they didn’t mention how the police got into the house, but somehow they did.

 

During the second interview the police mentioned the following as TGP reported:

** According to Chief Scott, the police officers arrived at the front door of the Pelosi home. The door was opened “by someone inside.”
