Report: Transgender Woman Left in Tears After TSA Agent Hits ‘Her’ Testicles at JFK Airport

A transgender woman who claimed he was punched in the testicles by a TSA agent who then reportedly yelled at ‘her’ for having a penis has demanded the removal of airport TSA screenings, the Daily Mail reported.

After the incident, the trans woman shared a now-deleted selfie of himself crying in a bathroom stall and saying ‘her’ “balls still hurt so bad.”

“I don’t want the TSA agent that hurt me fired,” he said in a post. “I want her educated and the entirety of TSA abolished altogether.”

He claimed the female agent ‘humiliated’ him in the airport security check line, followed him into the women’s restroom, and then talked about the incident with a coworker while he cried in a cubicle.

After the accusations were posted to social media, the airport said they were investigating the incident.

‘We apologize again for your experience,’ it said in response on Twitter. ‘Your comments have been noted and shared.’

The transgender flyer’s decision to rush to the airport stall, and accusation that the TSA agent took issue with it, comes over seven years after New York passed a law to allow a person of any gender to use any bathroom of their choosing.

Similar laws are also in effect in several other states, including North Carolina, California and Nevada.

A law passed in 2021 also saw Americans allowed to legally change their gender on their passports, without the need for medical documents.

However, that same year, another TSA row erupted when a transgender woman hit out at screenings for being ‘transphobic’ after an ‘anomaly’ was detected between her legs that ‘set off the alarm’.

 

While Rosalynne Montoya was moving through the security, a TSA officer reportedly pressed a button designating her as a woman – triggering the alarm when she walked through the body scanner.

‘Can we talk about how horrible it is to travel while being transgender sometimes? I always have immense anxiety leading up to going through security,’ she explained.

Michigan’s state legislature, for the first time in over 21 years, is comprised of a democrat majority in all three branches of government.  The democrats control the Secretary of State’s office as well as the Attorney General’s, despite AG Dana Nessel being booed off stage at an arts and music festival in a heavily democrat Biden +12 district.

These communist sympathizers do not care about optics, polls, or even elections.  They control the entire system and if you dare question it, they will be sure to sic their law enforcement authorities on you.

Now, the Democrat controlled state is openly showing their allegiance to the Chinese communists and utter disdain for American innovation.  Earlier this month, the Democrat legislature passed a bill that would fund an electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Big Rapids, MI owned by Chinese subsidiary, Gotion, Inc., based in Fremont, CA.

 

The Speaker Pro-Tempore Rep. Biden annoyed at Kamala Harris for not 'rising to the occasion,' VP scared of 'messing up': report

President Joe Biden is reportedly frustrated at Vice President Kamala Harris for not "rising to the occasion" as his second-in-command, according to a recent report from Reuters. 

The bombshell story from Reuters included comments from high-ranking officials in the Biden administration who revealed some of president's candid opinions about Harris.  

"If he did not think she was capable, he would not have picked her," one former Biden official told Reuters.

"But it is a question of consistently rising to the occasion," the official said.

A second former official highlighted a "point of tension" between Biden and Harris. 

"I don't think that the president sees her as somebody who takes anything off of his plate," a second former White House official said, adding a "fear of messing up" had caused Harris to be late in joining important political fights, like the ongoing border crisis. 

Biden put Harris in charge of border issues in 2021, but she has notably neglected visiting the border, going only after she took heavy flack in the press and from interest groups. 

The National Border Patrol Council grilled Harris for failing to do her job and protect the border in January. 

"If you were given a job 2 years ago with the explicit goal of reducing illegal immigration, and then you sit around and do nothing while illegal immigration explodes to levels never seen before, you should be fired and replaced. Period," the Council wrote. 

A current administration official acknowledged Harris’ weakness on border issues in comments to Reuters. "She, I think, is smart. She does not see this as a political win for her. Because it's not. It's a really hard issue," the official said.

This is not Harris’ first conflict with Democratic Party heavyweights. CNN reported that Harris stopped receiving Sen. Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s phone calls for a time after the Senator seemingly refused to endorse the VP for re-election in 2024.

"I really want to defer to what makes Biden comfortable on his team," Warren said when asked by a Boston Public Radio interview if Harris should be Biden's running mate in 2024.

"I’ve known Kamala for a long time. I like Kamala. I knew her back when she was an attorney general and I was still teaching, and we worked on the housing crisis together, so we go way back. But they need — they have to be a team, and my sense is they are — I don’t mean that by suggesting I think there are any problems. I think they are."

Warren attempted to call Harris twice to apologize for her comments, according to CNN, but the vice president has not returned her calls.

Warren later tried to correct record, arguing that she was always in full support of Harris. 

"I fully support the president’s and vice president’s reelection together and never intended to imply otherwise," Warren told GBH News. 

"They’re a terrific team with a strong record of delivering for working families."

Biden and Harris did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

Oregon Democrats Seek to Create Sanctuary State for Kids to Get Abortions and Sex Changes Without Parental Consent

Democrat lawmakers in Oregon are working to create a sanctuary state for minors to get abortions or sex changes without parental consent.

The measure, The Reproductive Health and Access to Care Act, would allow “any person without regard to the age” to get abortions or sex change surgeries, including those that will sterilize them, without their parent’s knowledge or permission.

The changes would also deem facial reconstruction surgery and hair removal as “medically necessary” — requiring insurance companies to cover it.

“Someone I know and love, someone you know and love, may need an abortion or gender-affirming care someday,” Democratic House Speaker Dan Rayfield said of the measure, according to a report from the Associated Press. “People should have the right to make their own decisions on their own health care with medical professionals, without fear of harm.”

The lead sponsor of the bill, Democratic state Sen. Kate Lieber, implied during the hearing about the measure that it will help to prevent teen suicide.

 

“LGBTQ youth in particular have a very high rate of suicide,” she testified. “It is really important to listen to the children who are telling us what they’re feeling and how they are being in this world.”

The report explains that in addition to allowing minors to obtain life and body-altering procedures, it will “shield providers and patients from criminal and civil liability as states have moved to outlaw abortion following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade last year. It would also allow a person to bring a civil action in court against a public body for interfering with their reproductive health rights.”

“The bill would also prohibit medical licensing boards from suspending, revoking or refusing to grant a license to a provider because of a conviction or disciplinary action for providing reproductive or gender-affirming health care in states where that care is restricted,” the report added.

Republican state Rep. Emily McIntire testified that “one of the most beautiful relationships in the universe is a parent to a child” and that “this bill goes to the very core of a family unit.”

The Washington Free Beacon reports that a detransitioner named Frank Smith “told lawmakers he agreed to genital surgery and breast implants while addicted to meth and has had to navigate his way to detransitioning on his own since the therapists he went to for help told him his remaining male characteristics caused his post-transition unhappiness. When he decided to remove the breast implants, Medicaid would not pay for the procedure so he had to save up on his own.”

“I could not afford complete anesthesia and they operated on me while I was awake with only a little numbing cream,” Smith said, explaining that he learned too late that he cannot reconstruct his former body if he changed his mind. “My muscles had been ripped off the bone in haste to fabricate female anatomy on a male chest. National Crisis: CDC Says 1 in 36 Children Now Identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Autism is becoming more prevalent among young children.

Earlier this year, a new study published in the journal Pediatrics analyzed data from more than 4,000 8-year-olds in New York and New Jersey and found that the prevalence of autism has tripled in the last 16 years, Forbes reported.

On Thursday, the CDC released its updated report on the expected prevalence of autism among American children.

The Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) Network included 11 sites (Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin) that monitored Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) prevalence for 2020.

According to the study, more children of color (Black and Hispanic) than White children are being diagnosed with autism for the first time.

Prevalence via CDC:

• About 1 in 36 children has been identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) according to estimates from CDC’s Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) Network. [Read article]

• ASD is more than 4 times more common among boys than among girls. [Read article]
• About 1 in 6 (17%) children aged 3–17 years were diagnosed with a developmental disability, as reported by parents, during a study period of 2009-2017. These included autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, blindness, and cerebral palsy, among others. [Read summary]

According to federal health officials, COVID prevented early intervention and treatment for some children.
