At least 115 innocent people were killed at a concert hall in Russia.  The shooters were captured and claimed to be from ISIS but the story makes no sense to those who know and fought against ISIS.

Yesterday General Flynn asked Victoria Nuland to explain her recent remarks before this mass murder of innocents in Russia.

Today General Flynn asked Nuland to again explain her remarks.
