A horrifying video has emerged showing the moment an evil Michigan caregiver assaulted a 93-year-old dementia patient, and the victim’s daughter is speaking out.

According to WEYI, the incident occurred at Landings of Genesee Valley in Flint, Michigan on April 4, but the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office obtained and released footage of the assault Thursday during a press conference.

The sick footage shows the perpetrator repeatedly smashing a full diaper over the elderly woman’s head while she sits in her wheelchair and raises her arms.

The sinister caregiver then chokes the woman in the bathroom before violently slapping her in the mouth. The footage concludes with the young monster raising her fists and threatening her victim.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office identified Dontia Shawnra Arrington as the person who assaulted the innocent old woman.

During the press conference, Sheriff Chris Swanson said the patient had no clue what was happening due to her severe dementia.

“She has no idea what’s going on,” he said. “She can’t process what we process on a regular basis.”

“You see the vulnerability of the victim and the fact that she’s getting hit with a two-to-three-pound soiled diaper,” he continued. “But if that isn’t enough when she brought her hand across her throat in a chokehold, that can kill people, especially a 93-year-old.”

The heartbroken victim’s daughter also spoke at the press conference. She was puzzled about how anyone could be capable of such malice.

“I’m watching, and all I kept saying was, ‘Why are you doing this to my mom?’ she told the press. “She’s 93, 5-foot tall, a little 130-pound lady, never been in a fight her whole life.”

“Horrified. Just horrified,” she added.

The daughter then revealed how they caught the assault on tape. She explained that her family planted the nanny cam in the room back in December to discover why her mother had been suffering bruises. It took a few attempts to catch the abuse.

The camera also caught staff stealing from her mom, who was a patient at the facility for around five years.

She noted her mom has since been transferred to another facility where she is receiving proper treatment.

Arrington has been charged with torture with intent to cause cruel or extreme physical or mental pain and suffering. This carries a sentence of up to life in prison.

She is also charged with vulnerable adult abuse, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, and assault with intent to cause great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation. The latter carries a maximum penalty of 10 years.

Two Dead, 14 Wounded, shot at Memphis “Block Party”, part of America’s Lawless Leftist Cities

Yesterday evening, at a Memphis, Tennessee ‘block party’, two were killed and at least 14 injured in a shooting spree at what some are calling a ‘420 celebration’ involving weed.

More than 300 shots were fired, causing participants to flee.

The shooting happened in Memphis at the corner of Carnes Avenue and Grand Street, which is right next to Orange Mound Park in central Memphis.

Some participants were reportedly openly carrying rifles and weapons.

Online, some have already claimed that the media will not report on this incident because many of the rally participants appear to be African Americans. The political left typically complains about the way language is used related to racial crime stories, and the political right sometimes complains about how the mainstream media suppresses the race of criminal defendants or in the presentation of crime statistics to hide the frequency of offenses by specific racial groups.

The motive of the shooters is not known at this time, and the Memphis Police report that they are still investigating the crimes involved.

Memphis Mayor Paul Young, who was elected in the past year, is faced with a city of 621,000 and one of the highest crime rates in the country.

The prior Mayor blamed the District Attorney and court system for its weak-on-crime policies, releasing violent criminals from prison, and low bond policies, as causing the rise in Memphis’ crime problems.

Then-Mayor Strickland said in 2023:

“…ask the District Attorney’s and the judges and the judicial commissioners and the people who run our state prisons. Why are they letting these people out so quickly? That’s the problem. You oughta talk to the court system, what are they doing about crime?” Strickland said. “I’ll tell you what they’re doing, they’re letting criminals out on the street violent criminals back out on the street, low bonds.”

Memphis had its highest crime rate in history in 2023. With 2022 data, Memphis had the highest violent crime rate in the country, which included 397 murders.

Memphis radically changed its bail system in August 2022. The changes included revising the way in which bail was set by a judge. Bail is the insurance provided by a defendant to show up for future court dates. Without a financial penalty, many choose to simply ignore court subpoenas. The normal ‘failure to appear’ rate for criminal defendants in normal courts is around three percent. In areas that have enacted left-wing bail reform, the ‘failure to appear’ usually hovers around 50 percent. The American Civil Liberties Union “ACLU”, which was originally founded to help Communists resist the World War 1 draft, praised the Memphis bail reform decision.

Many in New York State are convinced that left-wing ‘bail reform’ there caused violent crime to skyrocket throughout the state, especially in the major cities.

Crime has substantially increased throughout America since the disputed 2020 election. Conservatives typically blame “soft on crime” policies such as releasing violent criminals from prison, low/no bond arrangements where criminals aren’t motivated to even show up to court once released from jail, among other policies. Liberals have typically blamed poverty as the cause of crime, either because a defendant needs money or because they haven’t been able to get an education to become too educated to commit crime.

And of course the political left will also use word play and statistics abuse in order to gaslight America that violent crime is going down, such as when National Public Radio said as much earlier this year, “In cities big and small, from both coasts, violence has dropped.”

SHOCK: Yet Another BLM Activist Found Guilty of Fraud, Stole $450,000 From Hapless Donors

Yet another Black Lives Matter activist has been convicted of defrauding donors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In a press release on Thursday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio confirmed that Sir Maejor Page, 35, of Toledo, was convicted wire fraud and three counts of money laundering following a six-day trial.

The release stated:

According to court documents and testimony, in 2016, Page created a Facebook page for “Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta” (“BLMGA”) and registered this organization as a domestic non-profit with the Georgia Secretary of State Corporation’s Division. In 2017, the IRS approved Page’s request granting BLMGA tax-exempt status under Section 503(c)(3) of the tax code, but dissolved this status in 2019.

Page nonetheless accepted donations after falsely portraying BLMGA to the public as a legitimate charity engaged in social justice work, when in fact, it was not. Instead, Page used the money that individual donors gave to BLMGA not for social justice causes, but rather to buy items for his own personal use, such as a house and furniture. Page also committed money-laundering crimes when he bought these items with the donations that he fraudulently obtained.

The protester was also captured on video shouting "We are Hamas!" this week as anti-Israel protests continued at the New York university.

Anti-Israel protesters near Columbia University were heard shouting pro-Hamas slogans this week as demonstrations geared up at the private campus. 

"We are Hamas!" one aggressive protester was captured shouting on video. When a person asked her, "You’re Hamas, wow! You’re what? You’re Hamas?" she answered, "We are all Hamas, pig!" 

Another person could be heard calling, "Long live Hamas!" 

On Thursday, more than 100 anti-Israel protesters were arrested as they set up an encampment on campus that continued on Friday.

"Let's not forget what we saw, the antisemitism, the bigotry, the hate that we saw in the street of Charlottesville, which as I just stated, was one of the reasons that he decided to run. And no president has taken more action to combat antisemitism than this president."

She added, "in our national strategy, we made clear that when Jews are targeted because of their beliefs, because of their identity, or when Israel is singled out because of anti-Jewish hate, hatred, that is antisemitism, and that is completely, completely unacceptable."

The FBI declined to comment to Fox News Digital when asked if it planned to investigate the individuals saying they are Hamas, a group the U.S. government has designated a terrorist organization.

Cities around the country are dealing with a homelessness problem that has exploded in recent years. In Los Angeles, California, the problem is severe, with thousands upon thousands of people living in tents on sidewalks.

Democrat Mayor Karen Bass has an idea for solving the city’s problem. She wants wealthy residents to buy housing for the homeless. Good luck with that.

So far, Bass’ Inside Safe program has moved over 21,000 homeless people into temporary housing, according to her website. In her remarks, Bass announced the new initiative and asked “the most fortunate” to help fund housing for the homeless.

“We are asking the most fortunate Angelenos to participate in this effort, with personal, private sector and philanthropic funds – to help us acquire more properties, lower the cost of capital and speed up housing,” Bass explained. “This is the mission of our new capital campaign, LA4LA.”…

“LA4LA can be a sea change for Los Angeles – an unprecedented partnership to confront this emergency,” Bass continued. “An example of disrupting the status quo to build a new system to save lives.”

Disturbing Video Reveals Elementary School Teacher Leading ‘Fight Club’ — Urges Second Grader to Beat Another Student with Special Needs

A disturbing classroom incident has led to a lawsuit after a video surfaced showing an elementary school teacher in Indianapolis encouraging his students to engage in physical violence akin to a “fight club,” FOX 59 reported.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Marion Superior Court by Corrie Horan, the mother of the seven-year-old victim.

Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) is among the defendants named in the lawsuit, which also includes the school’s principal, vice principal, superintendent, school board, and teacher Julious Johnican, who is accused of facilitating this violent discipline method.

The shocking video, central to the lawsuit, captures a student being pummeled by another while the teacher, Julious Johnican, eggs on the violence.

The footage shows a boy on the floor being hit in the head and face, his head slammed against the ground, as he cries, and the teacher encourages the aggressor, who can be heard saying, “That’s right… you get him.”

The incident took place at George Washington Carver School in Indianapolis, where Horan’s son, a special needs student “with disabilities, including sensory sensitivities, an executive function disorder, and probable learning disabilities,” was repeatedly bullied and assaulted under the guise of discipline orchestrated by Johnican.

Horan discovered the abuse after Johnican accidentally showed her footage of her son’s beating during a parent-teacher conference.

Horan’s suit accuses Johnican of running a “fight club” where he incited and facilitated students to engage in violence against her son, identified as “O.D.” in the lawsuit, over three months.

The suit details at least three incidents where O.D. was beaten and subjected to various forms of physical harm and bullying within the classroom.

FOX 59 reported:

The mother said the school didn’t follow up about an investigation or provide additional information. The parent tried to schedule a meeting about the incident, but she was “repeatedly informed that it was her child who was disruptive, lying and that this was a sign of a disordered personality in the child and related to his ADHD,” according to the lawsuit.

The boy also told his mother that he heard a substitute teacher say that “special needs students were demonically possessed.” The same substitute teacher, according to the DCS investigation, appeared to support the fight, telling an administrator, “[They’re] bad kids, that’s what you do!” when asked about the September incident.

The boy said staff told him he “was bad and ‘needed to be baptized’ and that ‘holy water needed to be poured on him’ to cure him of his evil,” according to the lawsuit.

The boy’s grades dropped precipitously. He pleaded with his mother not to send him to school. And as the days and weeks passed, and he told his mother he was being attacked and that his teacher had apparently supported it, the school met his accounts with skepticism.

Then the video surfaced during the Nov. 1 parent-teacher conference, spurring an investigation from the Indiana Department of Child Services.

The DCS investigation validated the boy’s claims, saying they were substantiated “due to the preponderance of evidence” surrounding the case. Johnican had “knowingly and willingly engaged in behaviors toward the victims that jeopardized their overall well-being while in his care as a teacher at IPS 87,” according to the DCS report.

The incident has been reported to the Indiana Department of Child Services, and IPS has stated that Johnican was removed from the classroom, suspended, and no longer has contact with students or employment with IPS.

The lawsuit alleges discrimination, negligent care, negligent hiring, retention, and supervision, and inadequate policies and protection, demanding a jury trial and unspecified damages for the psychological and emotional trauma inflicted on O.D.

Indianapolis Public Schools released the following statement via FOX 59:

IPS does not tolerate the type of behavior alleged in the complaint and takes reports of potential abuse and neglect seriously. When IPS learned of the teacher’s conduct, the Department of Child Services (DCS) was immediately notified, and the teacher was removed from the classroom and suspended. The teacher had no further contact with students and is no longer employed by IPS.

• IPS was not aware of any fights encouraged or sanctioned by this or any other teacher from the student’s parents or otherwise, until the parent emailed the principal at 6:58 p.m. Oct. 30.
• The principal first viewed this email early morning the next day (Oct 31), and immediately contacted DCS and IPS Human Resources.
• The teacher was immediately removed from the building and never returned to the classroom.
• The teacher was interviewed by Human Resources on November 2 as part of its investigation into the matter. The employee resigned during that meeting before IPS could initiate termination proceedings, which the district was prepared to do based on the information received from the internal investigation.

Because this matter is the subject of pending litigation, it is inappropriate to comment further on our investigation of this matter.
