Kamala Harris is attempting to change the rules for the upcoming ABC debate on September 10. Reports indicate that she is demanding a seated format and permission to use a “cheat-sheet” during the live debate.

This is yet another example of Harris’s reluctance to face tough questions and her inability to handle the pressure of live debates.

Harris campaign spokesman Brian Fallon claimed that the campaign now insists on keeping microphones live at all times, per AP.

“Trump’s handlers prefer the muted microphone because they don’t think their candidate can act presidential for 90 minutes on his own,” Fallon said.

“Harris is ready to deal with Trump’s constant lies and interruptions in real-time. Trump should stop hiding behind the mute button.”

Jason Miller, a spokesperson for the Trump campaign, highlighted the hypocrisy of Harris’s demands. He pointed out that her campaign had previously agreed to the same rules set for the CNN debate but is now attempting to backtrack.

“Enough with the games. We accepted the ABC debate under the exact same terms as the CNN debate,” Miller said.

“The Harris camp, after having already agreed to the CNN rules, asked for a seated debate, with notes, and opening statements. We said no changes to the agreed upon rules.”

“If Kamala Harris isn’t smart enough to repeat the messaging points her handlers want her to memorize, that’s their problem,” Miller added.

“This seems to be a pattern for the Harris campaign. They won’t allow Harris to do interviews, they won’t allow her to do press conferences, and now they want to give her a cheat-sheet for the debate. My guess is that they’re looking for a way to get out of any debate with President Trump.

These demands come after Trump has brought in former Hawaii Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard as he begins preparation for his debate showdown with Harris next month in Philadelphia.

Gabbard has faced Harris in a debate and proved incredibly successful. During a July 2019 Democratic Presidential debate on CNN, she destroyed Harris’s garbage record as California Attorney General and San Francisco District Attorney.

President Trump also weighed in on the situation during a stop in the Washington area on Monday after visiting Arlington National Cemetery.

“We agreed to the same rules. I don’t know. It doesn’t matter to me. I’d rather have it probably on, but the agreement was that it would be the same as it was last time. In that case, it was muted. I didn’t like it the last time, but it worked out fine.”

“I mean, ask Biden how it worked out. It was fine, and I think it should be the same. We agreed to the same rules, same rules, and same specifications, and I think that’s probably what it should be, but they’re trying to change it. The truth is they’re trying to get out of it because she doesn’t want to debate. She’s not a good debater. She’s not a smart person. She doesn’t want to debate.”

TGP previously reported that Kamala Harris has officially backed down from participating in the highly anticipated debate against former President Donald Trump, scheduled for September 4th on Fox News.

On Sunday, President Trump expressed his skepticism about the integrity of the ABC debate.

In a post on his Truth Social network, Trump blasted ABC for their biased coverage and questioned why he should even participate in a debate hosted by a network he claims is riddled with “Trump Haters.”

“I watched ABC FAKE NEWS this morning, both lightweight reporter Jonathan Carl’s(K?) ridiculous and biased interview of Tom Cotton (who was fantastic!), and their so-called Panel of Trump Haters, and I ask, why would I do the Debate against Kamala Harris on that network? Lawmakers in California could soon make the Golden State the first in the country to make undocumented immigrants eligible for up to $150,000 in state-supported home loans.

The Democratic supermajority in the California state legislature is likely to pass a measure this week that would make undocumented immigrants eligible for the "California Dream for All" loan program, a state-funded program that provides 20% in down payment assistance up to $150,000, according to a report for Politico.

Participants in the program must be first-time homebuyers, and at least one must be a first-generation homebuyer, while income levels must be below certain limits depending on the county where the recipient lives.

The measure comes amid the backdrop of a national election in which immigration has taken center stage, the report notes, with the Trump campaign attempting to tie Vice President Kamala Harris to Biden administration border policies that have proven unpopular with voters.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who has been one of President Biden’s and now Harris’ top surrogates on the campaign trail, has not said whether he will sign the bill into law if it clears the legislature before the Aug. 31 deadline.

Reached for comment by Fox News Digital, a spokesperson for Newsom said the governor "doesn't typically comment on pending legislation."

"If the bill reaches his desk, the Governor will evaluate it on its merits," the spokesperson added.

Meanwhile, Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt told Politico the bill is "fundamentally unfair but typical Democrat policy."

However, Democratic lawmakers in the state have defended the legislation, arguing that it is simply designed to give undocumented state residents the same benefits afforded to everyone else in the state.

"It isn’t given out willy nilly to just anybody," Democratic Assemblymember Eloise Gómez Reyes said during a June hearing on the bill.

Democratic Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula, who authored the bill, has argued that it still requires applicants to meet federal requirements, including needing a taxpayer identification or Social Security number to apply for a loan. 

At issue, according to Arambula, is a federal law preventing undocumented immigrants from receiving state benefits without a specific state law outlining their eligibility.

"We simply wanted to be as inclusive as possible within our policies so that all who are paying taxes here in our state were able to qualify," Arambula told POLITICO. "Without the intentional law that we are introducing, we felt that there were complexities and questions that many in the immigrant community would have."

When asked by Fox News Digital if the explanation changed the Trump campaign's stance on the legislation, Leavitt simply responded, "no."

In a revealing interview with Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, Republican National Committee Co-Chair Lara Trump exposed a startling disparity in the acceptance of Republican poll watchers in Detroit during the 2024 election cycle.

According to Trump, out of the 700 trained Republican poll watchers who applied in Wayne County, only 50 were accepted, while an overwhelming 2,300 Democrat poll watchers were allowed.

The interview came on the heels of a significant Supreme Court decision allowing Arizona to enforce its law requiring proof of citizenship to vote.

This ruling was a major victory for Republicans, who have been pushing for stricter voter ID laws to prevent non-citizens from influencing federal elections. Lara Trump praised the decision, emphasizing that it sets a precedent that other states can follow.

“We took it to the Supreme Court because Democrats in the state of Arizona were attempting to let people register to vote without ID,” Lara Trump said.

“The Supreme Court agreed with that, and the great news is that it sets a precedent across the country so other states can take this and utilize it as well.”

Lara Trump also highlighted the efforts of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who recently launched an investigation into the potential criminality of illegal immigrants registered to vote in U.S. elections.

According to Trump, this investigation is just one part of a broader effort by Republicans to clean up voter rolls and ensure that only U.S. citizens are voting in federal elections.

The RNC, under Trump’s leadership, has gone to great lengths to safeguard the integrity of the 2024 election. “We have gone above and beyond anything that you’ve ever seen from the RNC this election cycle,” she said.

The RNC has already recruited 165,000 volunteers to serve as poll watchers, poll workers, and tabulation center workers. In addition, 500 lawyers have been pledged to battleground states to ensure that every vote is counted fairly.

The RNC has also been actively filing lawsuits in various states to address issues such as voter roll maintenance and the exclusion of illegal voters.

In Michigan, for example, the RNC is challenging the disparity in the acceptance of Republican and Democrat poll workers in Wayne County.

“We are fighting tooth and nail to make sure Donald Trump wins in Michigan. We believe if it’s a free, fair, and transparent election, he will. I’ll give you an example of the way the Democrats like to operate to try and sway an election,” said Lara Trump.

“We had 700 trained poll workers from the Republican side apply in Wayne County to be poll workers. Do you know how many of those they actually took? Fifty. Guess how many Democrat poll workers they took? 2,300.”

“Now we are filing a lawsuit in Detroit to make sure that we have parity between Republicans and Democrats. Whether you’re talking about ensuring that illegals are cleaned off the voter rolls, they can’t register to vote in certain states, or generally sending out the message, Maria, that if you’re a person who is attempting to cheat in our elections or an illegal citizen attempting to illegally vote in our elections, we will find you, we’ll track you down, and we’ll prosecute you to the full extent of the law.”

“We’re watching everything, we’re filing lawsuits when necessary, and we’re making sure we have people everywhere. Votes are being cast and counted to have eyes on everything.”

The Regime Strikes Back: Secret Service Rips Away RFK Jr.’s Protection After Endorsing President Trump

The Biden Regime is striking back against RFK Jr. after he endorsed President Trump.

The New York Post reported Sunday that the RFK Jr. will no longer have Secret Service protection because had suspended his candidacy, despite the fact he remains on the ballot in 40 out of 50 states.

Recall that RFK Jr. on Friday said that he was only withdrawing from the race in 10 swing states, which would decide the election between President Trump and Kamala Harris. He still wants his fans residing in safe red and blue states to continue to vote for him.

Moreover, RFK Jr. will soon join Trump on the campaign trail. Given that two high-profile individuals will appear together across the country, more, not less, Secret Service security is imperative.

This is especially true when one considers the fact Trump came within a centimeter of getting assassinated last month, and another maniac wanted to end the 45th president’s life in Arizona this week. The chances of someone wanting to put a bullet in Kennedy just WENT UP because he endorsed the Democrats’ most loathed man.

Polling also shows that RFK Jr. withdrawing from the swing states significantly boosts Trump’s chances of defeating Harris and returning to the White House.

Make no mistake: this move was not about the Secret Service wanting to save a few dollars. This is about petty vengeance due.

As The Gateway Pundit readers previously reported, Kennedy publicly and privately lobbied for Secret Service protection for MONTHS due to several security scares. He correctly noted that political motivations were behind the delay in receiving it.

Trump stepped forward and demanded the regime correct this injustice. The White House finally acceded to the public outcry and gave him the protection he so richly deserves right after the Trump assassination attempt.

While RFK Jr. did not mention this fact as a key reason for his endorsing Trump, he has consistently thanked Trump for looking out for him.

The most radical presidential nominee in American history is getting dragged online for using border walls in one of her TV ads, especially when some of the construction may have taken place during the Trump administration.

Earlier this month, Kamala Harris’ campaign started running a propaganda ad focused on “securing” America’s southern border by hiring more border agents while stopping fentanyl and human trafficking.

The ad also praised Harris for “prosecuting gang members” and pushing the “toughest border bill” in decades.

The adm, of course, makes no mention of the fact Harris allowed about 10 million illegal aliens to invade America in just three years as border czar.

She also does not mention the “tough border bill” would have granted amnesty to illegals. Moreover, Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT), the co-author of the amnesty bill, admitted the border never closes under the bill.

However, the uproar over the ad is focused on something quite ironic.

An eagle-eyed conservative noticed the open borders. Harris not only featured border walls during the advertisement but may have used segments of Trump’s own border wall.

Mike Howell, the executive director of the conservative Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, screenshotted the two wall images in the ad in an X post and made the following remark:

What is that in this ad? Looks like the @realDonaldTrump BORDER WALL to me!

What an embarrassment for the Harris campaign if this turned out to be true.
