release date so she could use these men for cheap California state
labor at $2 per day.
That alone should have disqualified Kamala Harris from public office.
Extending prison sentences for cheap labor sounds like criminal activity!
In February 2019, Jackie Kucinich at The Daily Beast wrote about Kamala Harris’s Attorney General office keeping inmates locked up so the state could use them for cheap labor.
Just like slavers.
Kamala also locked up 1,500 people for marijuana violations.

Ordered to reduce the population of California’s
overcrowded prisons, lawyers from then-California Attorney General
Kamala Harris’ office made the case that some non-violent offenders
needed to stay incarcerated or else the prison system would lose a
source of cheap labor.
In 2011, the Supreme Court ruled in Brown v. Plata that California’s
prisons were so overcrowded that they violated the Constitution’s
prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment. Three years later, in early
2014, the state was ordered to allow non-violent, second time offenders
who have served half of their sentence to be eligible for parole.
By September 2014, plaintiffs in the class-action lawsuit were back
in court, accusing California of slow-walking the process, which lawyers
for Harris’ office denied.
According to court filings, lawyers for the state said
California met benchmarks, and argued that if certain potential parolees
were given a faster track out of prison, it would negatively affect the
prison’s labor programs, including one that allowed certain inmates to fight California’s wildfires for about $2 a day.
“Extending 2-for-1 credits to all minimum custody inmates at this
time would severely impact fire camp participation—a dangerous outcome
while California is in the middle of a difficult fire season and severe
drought,” lawyers for Harris wrote in the filing, noting that the fire
camp program required physical fitness in addition to a level of
clearance that allowed the felon to be offsite
Not only that, they noted, draining the prisons of “minimum
custody inmates” would deplete the labor force both internally and in
local communities where low-level, non-violent offenders worked for
pennies on the dollar collecting trash and tending to city parks.
A federal three-judge panel ordered both sides to confer about the
plaintiffs’ demands, and the state agreed to extend the 2-for-1 credits
to all eligible minimum security prisoners.
This is the Democrat Party’s nominee for President of the United States!

Gets Boss Suspended for Choosing Qualified Candidates

In yet another alarming example of left-wing overreach, a diversity,
equity, and inclusion (DEI) advocate successfully had her boss suspended
for prioritizing merit over identity politics in hiring decisions.
Megan Donecker, former DEI strategy officer for the Oregon Department
of Forestry (ODF), lodged a complaint against Mike Shaw, the
department’s second-in-command, accusing him of choosing the most
qualified candidates over applicants from marginalized backgrounds, OregonLive reported.
Shaw has since been placed on administrative leave.
According to Fox News,
Donecker took issue with Shaw’s commitment to hiring the most qualified
candidates for the job, regardless of their gender or identity.
In a world where qualifications should reign supreme, Donecker’s
grievance is yet another illustration of the creeping influence of
identity politics in our institutions—a trend that is eroding the very
foundations of meritocracy. It’s alarming to see a state agency become a
battleground for the fight against common sense and professionalism.

Donecker’s complaint stemmed from her assertion that several queer
employees felt unsafe at work due to an inability to have “conversations
around pronouns,” which she attributed to Shaw’s hiring approach.
She claimed that Shaw’s insistence on looking “beyond gender and
identity” created an environment where marginalized voices were
silenced.
In her view, hiring should be conducted through an “intersectional
lens,” giving preferential treatment to applicants from marginalized
backgrounds rather than assessing candidates based solely on their
professional qualifications.
Donecker’s complaint implied that Forestry’s focus on qualifications
and structured hiring practices allowed a “Good Old Boys Club” mentality
to flourish, undermining the agency’s potential to advance DEI
principles.
Shaw, who earns a substantial annual salary of $192,000, has been on
paid administrative leave since August 6, though the reason for the
leave has not been disclosed.
According to Willammette Week:
On Aug. 6, Shaw’s boss, Cal Mukumoto, the state
forester, sent DAS director Berri Leslie an email with the subject line
“ODF sensitive issue.”
That same day, Mukumoto sent Shaw a letter
telling him he was “duty stationed at home on paid administrative leave
pending the outcome of an investigation regarding alleged misconduct.”
While he is on leave, Shaw is cut off from state facilities and
equipment.
The alleged misconduct is not specified in
Mukumoto’s letter, but DAS included other emails that show a series of
emails from a former female Department of Forestry diversity, equity and
inclusion official expressing frustration that Shaw had excluded her
from what the agency calls “leadership team” meetings.

The official, whose name DAS blacked out, sent
one of Shaw’s emails to her to others in the agency. In the email, Shaw
told the employee the leadership team was “re-focusing on fiscal
responsibility, prioritization of core business, and importantly
acknowledging the integrity of a leadership meeting intended for
managers.”
The woman pushed back in a Feb. 21 email. “Is DEI
not part of the core business of ODF?” she wrote to Shaw and other top
ODF officials. “Is the goal not to build it into the basics? My job, as I
understand it, is to help operationalize DEI into ODF. I cannot do that
if I am not actively in the room where conversations are happening,
decisions are being made, and connections are occurring.”

State Forester Cal Mukumoto, Shaw’s superior, issued a statement that
prioritized political platitudes over meritocracy, stating, “Providing a
safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace is a shared core value and
priority of both the department and the Board of Forestry.”

While Mukumoto reassured the public that complaints would be handled
according to “HR best practices,” it’s clear that ideological concerns
have overshadowed the department’s primary mission.
Donecker left the department earlier this year and has since found a
new role as an “equity trainer” at the Oregon Department of Early
Learning and Care. From there, she continues to push her agenda, leaving
ODF to handle the fallout of a hiring philosophy that demands
qualifications take a backseat to identity.

Former President Barack Obama’s attempt to shame “brothers” into
voting for Vice President Kamala Harris hasn’t sat well with black men.
Obama was at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania Thursday, lecturing a group of blacks on their lack of turnout for Harris, particularly males.
“We have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all
corners of our neighborhoods and communities as we saw when I was
running,” Obama said. “Now, I also want to say that that seems to be
more pronounced with the brothers.”
Obama then said the reason black men weren’t voting for Harris was because she was a woman, Fox News reported.
“[P]art of it makes me think, and I’m speaking to men directly… that,
well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president,
and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for
that,” he said.
Many took to social media to criticize the former president, including former Georgia state Rep. Vernon Jones.
“For him to want to come down from his mansion in Martha’s Vineyard and tell black men how we should vote … Really?” Jones said.
“You don’t even live in Chicago anymore. You left your black community, Barack Obama. You want to tell us how to vote? We’re not having that, and we’re not voting for Kamala Harris,” he said.
Conservative activist CJ Pearson also rebuked Obama.
“Barack Obama … believes that black men should set aside our
disagreements, set aside our grievances and just ‘take one for the
team,'” Pearson said
“Barack, we’ve been ‘taking one for the team,’ when it comes to
supporting the Democrat Party, for decades. And what do we have to show
for it? Our inner cities are destroyed, violent crime is up, we are
living in poverty in far too many communities across this country.
“That is the reality of progressive policies in this country and all across America.”
Conservative podcaster Rod Smith also slammed Obama in an X clip.
“Sorry, Obama, I’m a black man, and I’m voting for Donald Trump
for president, and there’s no amount of lecturing, or bullying or
shaming that you can do, that is going to make me change that decision,”
Smith said.
“You may be the surrogate black dad for a lot of fatherless black
boys that are running around this country, but I’ve got a dad, I know
who he is, and it ain’t you,” Smith said.

Kamala Harris on Sunday pandered to blacks at a church in North Carolina.
Harris spoke to Koinonia Christian Center in Greenville on Sunday as part of her “Souls to the Polls” campaign blitz.
Kamala Harris trashed Trump from the pulpit.
“Yet, church, there are some who are not acting in the spirit of
community, and I am speaking of these who have been literally not
telling the truth, lying about people who are working hard to help the
folks in need, spreading disinformation when the truth and facts are
required,” Harris said referring to her botched hurricane response.
“The problem with this, beyond the obvious, is it’s making it harder,
then, to get people life-saving information if they’re led to believe
they cannot trust,” Harris said. “And that’s the pain of it all, which
is the idea that those who are in need have somehow been convinced that
the forces are working against them in a way that they would not seek
aid.”
Harris busted out a fake accent as she pandered to the Greenville church.
“Joy cometh in the mornin!” Kamala Harris said in a fake accent.

In yet another example of the terrible consequences of mass migration, according to Geller Report,
“At an October 2, 2024 rally titled Stand with Lebanon” held in front
of the Dearborn, Michigan police department, a protester carried a sign
depicting Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah’s hand and the
words ‘You will be return horizontaly [sic].’”
In September, Israel Defense Forces announced Nasrallah had been killed in an Israeli airstrike on Hezbollah’s central command bunker headquarters in Beirut, Lebanon.
The sign refers to a mocking speech in Lebanon several years ago by
Nasrallah in which he warned that “American soldiers and officers” in
the Middle East will return home “in a horizonal position” and in
“coffins.”
Hezbollah has been designated a terrorist group,
according to State Department, and has been responsible for countless
terrorist attacks against both American soldiers and Israelis.
According to Geller, “Notably, at an earlier rally held in Dearborn
on September 25, 2024, protesters cheered for Hizbullah and its leader
Nasrallah (who was killed two days later, on September 27) as well as

“Some participants shouted ‘Death to Israel!’ while Osama Siblani,
community leader and editor-in-chief of The Arab American News, who
emceed the event, said that Hizbullah has begun to invade the Galilee.
This was met with cheers from the crowd. He went on to say that Israeli
PM Netanyahu wants to bring Israeli citizens back to their homes in the
north of Israel, but that he has one thing to say to him: ‘Go back to
Poland!'”
This is sick, and yet, for the most part, the mainstream fake news media didn’t even cover this story.

Just as in Europe, once the floodgates of mass immigration are
opened, terrorists and their supporters sneak in as a result of
