Why would they do it now?
Oh that's right.... they AREN'T allowed to enforce the law because big babies will start crying and claiming it's all race related (even though crime is not one race).
They are afraid to do their job because the WORLD IS TURNING ON THEM. But yet those same people would call them if they needed help.
