They buy people food with THEIR food cards and the person gives them CASH.

Why are the TAX payers not throwing a fit?

This has been happening for at least 35 years that I KNOW OF. They used to sell their food stamps for a percentage of cash money, they didn't care they were losing out... they could go buy liquor or get their nails and hair done or lease a car.

You would be surprised.

It is happening so much today and our country stands for it.
