Orange County, California – A Newport Beach-based lawyer is being sued after she spent $10.2 million of company funds during a six-month Vegas bender.

Sara King, 39, allegedly stole $10.2 million from LDR International Limited to pay for six months at a luxury Vegas hotel, gambling, partying, jewelry, cars and more.

LDR, a lender based in the British Virgin Islands, made nearly 100 loans to King Lending from January 2022 to October 2022.

“According to the lawsuit, the company made loans to the attorney’s lending service – which bears her name. Those loans were putatively meant to be lent to third parties. “The purported loans from King Lending to the third-party borrowers were purportedly secured by various forms of collateral, including but not limited to luxury automobiles, boats, yachts, jewelry, watches, precious metal coins, and the earnings from guaranteed professional sports contracts.”” – Law & Crime reported.

However, there was no collateral and never any borrowers.

“They show the lavish lifestyle she was living, jewelry, cars, and the image she was trying to portray, as well as being a successful California licensed attorney,” the filing said, according to Law & Crime. “The photos are four different pictures of King.”

King is accused of fabricating loan documents to fund her lavish lifestyle and six-month Vegas bender.

Law & Crime reported:

A lawyer in Los Angeles is being sued for more than $10.2 million because she allegedly used her company’s funds to sustain a lengthy, hard-partying binge at a pricey Las Vegas hotel – and committed fraud to do it.

The 33-page original petition filed in the Central District of California accuses Newport Beach-based attorney Sara Jacqueline King, a graduate of Loyola Law School, of breach of contract, fraud, and civil theft over the alleged pilfering of LDR International Limited’s coffers.

According to the filing, LDR made 97 different loans to King Lending from January 2022 through October 2022. King essentially worked as an agent for LDR, a lender based out of the British Virgin Islands, in order to facilitate loans to clients in the United States.

According to the lawsuit, the company made loans to the attorney’s lending service – which bears her name. Those loans were putatively meant to be lent to third parties. “The purported loans from King Lending to the third-party borrowers were purportedly secured by various forms of collateral, including but not limited to luxury automobiles, boats, yachts, jewelry, watches, precious metal coins, and the earnings from guaranteed professional sports contracts.”

Woman waves loaded handgun at McDonald's drive-thru after free cookie incident: affidavit

Amari Bente Hendricks, 24, faces numerous charges after fast-food restaurant incident

Amari Bente Hendricks, 24, was booked into a Florida jail after an incident involving a free cookie at a McDonald's drive-thru.

Police arrested and booked a Florida woman after she allegedly waved a loaded handgun at a McDonald's drive-thru after she did not receive a free cookie she believed she was owed, according to an arrest affidavit.

Amari Bente Hendricks, 24, of Altamonte Springs near Orlando, was booked into the Seminole County Jail on Feb. 16, according to FOX 35. She faces several charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, improper exhibit of a firearm, battery causing bodily harm and resisting an officer, the report said.

A McDonald's employee told police Hendricks was mad that no one asked if she was using the fast-food restaurant's rewards program, and thought she was entitled to a free cookie.

When the employee got to the pickup window, Hendricks was allegedly yelling. She was reportedly given a free cookie, but continued to argue with the employee, the report reads.

The worker told officers Hendricks then grabbed a black handgun, inserted a magazine and proceeded to rack the slide. The employee said she heard two click sounds "associated with someone chambering a round."

Hendricks then allegedly parked her car in front of the McDonald's and attempted to open the front door, which employees had already locked because they feared for their lives. The report says Hendricks forced herself inside the restaurant before striking one of the employees multiple times and forcing him out of the building.

 KCRA reported:

A judge granted Shakir Khan’s release on his own recognizance on Friday after the Lodi council member appeared in court a day after his arrest on election fraud charges. Khan was wearing an orange jumpsuit and seemingly in good spirits, showing thumbs up to the members of the media and pumping his fists in the air as he walked into a Stockton courtroom. His attorney Allen Sawyer advocated for his release so Khan can return home with his family while ongoing investigations and proceedings in the case continue. Friends and family members calling for his release came out to show their support. Khan faces multiple felony charges that stem from the 2020 election. He is accused of stashing 41 ballots at his home. Investigators also say he registered 23 people to vote at his home and that his email and phone number were used to register 47 others. Body camera footage showed voters telling detectives how Khan allegedly pressured them to vote for him and how he allegedly falsified voter registration documents.

Arab-Latina Muslim Diversity Leader at Progressive Social Justice Organization is Actually a White Girl

 https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/02/arab-latina-muslim-diversity-leader-progressive-social-justice-organization-actually-white-girl/

(Come on people... do your research... just because you see these people on social media ...DOES NOT MAKE IT TRUE. So many LIES that young people in their 20's and 30's are believing making themselves sound so stupid when they repeat that crap)

Arab-Latina Muslim Diversity Leader at Progressive Social Justice Organization is Actually a White Girl

It turns out the Arab-Latina feminist who worked as the American Friends Services Committee’s senior equity, inclusion and culture leader is actually a white girl.

Raquel Evita Saraswati, the woman who claimed to be an Arab-Latina Muslim for more than 10 years is actually a white girl named Rachel, according to her own mother.

“I call her Rachel,” the activist’s mother, Carol Perone told The Intercept. “I don’t know why she’s doing what she’s doing.”

“I’m German and British, and her father was Calabrese Italian,” her mother said. “She’s chosen to live a lie, and I find that very, very sad.”

The mother said, “I’m as white as the driven snow and so is she,” adding that her daughter’s real complexion is much lighter than how she appears in her more recent photos.

The Intercept reported:

MEMBERS OF THE American Friends Service Committee, a prominent Quaker organization known for its progressive values and social justice advocacy in the U.S. and abroad, have raised an alarm about a woman holding a leadership position within the organization who they say has misrepresented her ethnic background for years and who they fear may be working on behalf of groups seeking to undermine their organization.

Raquel Evita Saraswati, a Muslim activist who for years has encouraged people to believe that she is a woman of color, including Latina as well as of South Asian and Arab descent, is the AFSC’s chief equity, inclusion, and culture officer, a senior position that gives her access to the files of dozens of the organization’s staff and volunteers. But Saraswati, who was born Rachel Elizabeth Seidel, is not a person of color, according to her mother, Carol Perone.

21-Yr-Old Jackson State Football Player Resuscitated After Suffering Cardiac Arrest

 https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/02/21-yr-old-jackson-state-football-player-resuscitated-suffering-cardiac-arrest/

21-Yr-Old Jackson State Football Player Resuscitated After Suffering Cardiac Arrest

100 Percent Fed Up – A 21-year-old football player from Jackson State had to be resuscitated after suffering cardiac arrest on Wednesday morning.

Kaseem Vauls, a defensive lineman for Jackson State in 2022, went to the University of Mississippi Medical Center on Tuesday night with stomach pain. On Wednesday morning, he suffered cardiac arrest and had to be placed on a ventilator.

He underwent surgery that afternoon. As of Thursday night, Vauls is reportedly in critical yet stable condition.

Vauls’ father, William, reported on the doctor’s explanation for his son’s stomach pain ahead of the cardiac arrest. He said, “What the doctors think happened, that when Kaseem’s heart was failing, that’s what was giving him the stomach pains. His liver was suffering as fluid built up with toxins in his liver, kidneys, and blood. All those toxins built up in his bloodstream, and his heart could not operate properly, and the machine is being used to clean out the blood and toxins.”

William has posted updates on his son’s condition via Twitter.

Late Thursday morning, William used his son’s Twitter account to announce that Vauls is “progressing” after the emergency procedure. He added that the doctors have gradually lowered his medication and “input of the machine” that he’s attached to “so his organs can rest and not work so hard.”

He also reported that the doctors “will lower down the sedation so he can wake up on his own, but that might be until day four on the machine.”

Hey Everyone this is William, Kaseem father the emergency procedure went well but it is still heavily sedated. The doctors said he progressing they will gradually lower down his medication he on and the lower down the input of the machine he on gradually, which is a good sign
The machine is so his organs can rest and not work so hard. Then they will lower down the sedation so he can wake up on his own but that might be until day 4 on the machine. I greatly appreciate all you guys for out pour of love and prayers and phone calls and support for my son!

Maybe this is why more blacks are moving to California) High school asks employees to 'avoid inviting' White peers to event for people of color due to 'mistrust'

High school asks employees to 'avoid inviting' White peers to event for people of color due to 'mistrust'

A California school district hosted an event for employees of color, but warned their White peers were not invited to participate

Fox News host Tucker Carlson sits down with Chaya Raichik on 'Tucker Carlson Today.'

EXCLUSIVE: A California school district held an event for employees of color, but warned educators that they should not invite their White peers because of "feelings of uneasiness and mistrust."

The Acalanes Union High School District (AUHSD) in the California Bay Area hosted an event for all employees of color on February 8, but Dr. Lynnā McPhatter-Harris, the Director of Student Support Equity & Inclusion for the district reminded employees their non-White peers should not be invited to participate, according to an email shared exclusively by Libs of TikTok with Fox News Digital.

"Hello POCC staff, we are ready for out first coming together in 2023," McPhatter-Harris' email read. "We are looking forward to seeing our people of color in the district. Please invite any employee of color to this event."

"Be reminded that we have avoided inviting people that are not of color as there remains feelings of uneasiness and mistrust and we need this to be a safe space for our people of color," the email continued. "Please reach out to me if you have any questions of concerns."

AUHSD has emerged as a battleground in the education debate in recent years, including frustrations toward leadership which mounted during the pandemic and brought to light a "lack of leadership," Mark Woolway, a father of four, who ran for the district's school board previously told Fox News Digital

Woolway said he faced "tremendous social pressure" to hold certain views in the community.

"That’s a reflection of this broader problem that there is no diversity of opinions and thoughts," he said. "All these school board votes are five to nothing. Again, reflecting this monolithic worldview that is being imposed upon the kids."

AUHSD is not the only school district to come under fire for racially divided events.

Last year, Centennial Elementary School in Denver, Colorado was criticized for hosting a "families of color playground night" based on feedback they said they had received from parents.

"Our school leaders met with some of the Black families whose children attend our school to determine ways for these families to feel more included in our school community," Centennial Elementary said in a statement to Fox News. "Some of these families shared with us that, since the only time many of them see one another is at drop-off and pick-up times, we host some events where Black families can meet one another, connect with one another and share their experiences about the school with one another.

"We are honoring their request," the statement added. "All families are welcome to attend all of our events, and families from a variety of backgrounds have done so."

The Wheeler School in Rhode Island hosted a similar event in February 2022, where a teacher invited students to attend a celebrity event for the "Students of Color affinity group" which was open to anyone who identifies "as a student of color or multiracial."

The AUHSD did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
