New York City officials agreed to pay $13 million to violent “2020 Summer of Love” protesters and rioters on Wednesday.
Over 1,300 protesters are eligible to be paid nearly $9,950 for police action during their violence, looting, arson, and property destruction at the riots following the death of George Floyd in Minnesota that year.
This does not include the payments to roughly 300 protesters who were awarded nearly $12 million in individual lawsuits against the city.
450 businesses were damaged in the city during the 2020 George Floyd protests in New York City.

New York City has agreed to pay more than $13 million to settle a class action lawsuit that accuses the city’s police department of using unlawful tactics against protesters following the death of George Floyd, according to a proposed settlement filed in a Manhattan federal court Wednesday.
Roughly 1,380 protesters who were arrested by the New York City Police Department at 18 demonstrations in May and June of 2020 in Manhattan and Brooklyn will be eligible to receive $9,950 each in compensation if the settlement is approved by a judge, according to the lawsuit. It marks the largest amount ever paid in a class-action settlement to a group of protesters, according to the plaintiff’s attorneys.
The demonstrations in New York were among many that erupted in the wake of George Floyd’s death in police custody in Minneapolis. Tens of thousands of people marched in cities and small towns across America as well as around the world.
The police action sounds like a recap of January 6, 2021, but this was New York City and where the leftists were beaten by police.
The NYPD came under heavy criticism for its treatment of protesters during those demonstrations. The class action lawsuit was filed in early 2021 in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and claims New York City police officers violated the First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights of thousands who participated in the days-long protests.
Some of the actions NYPD officers are accused of include “corralling protesters into spaces where they could not escape, beating protesters with batons and fists, throwing protesters to the ground, using pepper spray indiscriminately, and ultimately arresting many of the protesters without lawful justification and without fair warning,” court documents state.

A lawsuit was filed in Australia’s Federal Court on July 6, 2023, accusing pharmaceutical giants Pfizer and Moderna of dealing with Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) without the requisite licenses. The court case, identified as Julian Fidge v. Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd & Anor, marks a milestone in the ongoing global discourse around the safety of the experimental COVID-19 vaccines.

“To paraphrase a line about the devil:
.. the greatest trick Pfizer and Moderna ever pulled was to convince the world their products don’t enter the nucleus, and alter chromosomal DNA, forever
With a heavy heart I can now share with you the new legal proceedings we launched on 6 July, naming Pfizer and Moderna as the Defendants; our planet’s new IG Farbens producing a more subtle Zyklon B (said with respect to those affected by the latter).
The Letters of Demand we sent to Pfizer, Moderna, the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator, and the TGA, contain an abundance of references referring to the long established science surrounding the real dangers these transfection products were always known to pose to humanity.”
The lawsuit led by Julian Gillespie LLB, B Juris, with instructing solicitor Katie Ashby-Koppens argue that the vaccines developed by Pfizer and Moderna, including both monovalent and bivalent vaccines, are or contain GMOs, and “that they have failed to apply for the necessary licenses.”
Central to this argument is the assertion that the lipid nanoparticle (LNP) -modRNA and -modDNA complexes present in the vaccines fulfill the Australian legal definitions of a genetically modified organism, pursuant to the Gene Technology Act 2000 (GT Act).
“In a nutshell: the LNP-modRNA complexes produced by Pfizer and Moderna satisfy Australian legal definitions for being properly deemed Genetically Modified Organisms, or GMOs. Almost identical legal definitions are found in many other countries, including the EU. There are over four decades of science acknowledging how easily synthetic and natural RNA can integrate with genomic DNA.
The subsequent discovery by Kevin McKernan of grossly excessive synthetic DNA contamination in the vials of both companies only makes a very bad situation much worse, as that modDNA also satisfies the same legal definitions for being yet another form of GMO, while possessing superior traits for effectively undergoing genomic integration, and DNA disregulation.
In Australia it is a serious criminal offence to ‘deal’ with GMOs without a GMO licence first being granted by the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator.”
Both Pfizer and Moderna have been accused of a ‘willful blindness’ to the legislative requirements. The lawsuits accuse the companies of bypassing the necessary processes to seek a GMO license from the Australian Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) before pursuing provisional approval from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
AstraZeneca, another vaccine producer, is cited as a contrast, having properly sought a GMO License before seeking TGA approval for its COVID-19 vaccine.
“This constituted a gross and heinous failure by Australia’s Gene Technology Regulator, assisted by the Secretary of Health not pausing to ask whether these drugs were not always meant to be first regulated by the OGTR, prior to being possibly cleared to proceed to apply for provisional approval with the TGA.
This utter failure by GMO regulators occurred about the globe when the C19 drugs were hustled to the front of approval ques, where now thanks to their transparent failures we can thank them for ensuring the Human Genome has been irreparably poisoned.”
The lawsuit seeks an urgent injunction against Pfizer and Moderna to prevent any further ‘dealings’ with their products in Australia, which would effectively stop further vaccinations. Further to that, it also seeks to investigate what health officials and regulators knew about these products when they first came up for approval.
“If we can achieve that we can then start asking the real questions of what Brendan Murphy and his army of highly paid PhDs knew when Pfizer and Moderna first ‘came a knockin’, while also asking what Australia’s Gene Technology Regulator, Raj Buhla, was doing when these drug manufacturers turned up seeking approvals, where there has been two decades of established science showing these transfection products being perfectly suited for targeting and altering genomes. There is no room for pleas of ignorance; the actions of Murphy and Buhla amount to an intentional dereliction of duty rising to some form of criminal culpability.”
Further muddying the waters is the recent discovery by genomics expert Kevinn McKernan of extensive DNA cell-substrate contamination in both Pfizer’s and Moderna’s vaccines.

Compounding the above is the recent discovery by genomics expert Kevinn McKernan ofdangerously excessive DNA cell-substrate contamination. This discovery has now beenindependently verified by other internationally recognised laboratories using different vials, evidencing gross, pre-existing, and continuing global supply contamination by Pfizer and Moderna.
The synthetic DNA (modDNA) contamination is anywhere between 18-70 times above legal limits.
However, this contamination is much worse than contemplated by outdated regulations, as the modDNA is also encapsulated in LNPs, thus ensuring bio-distribution throughout human bodies, and transfection into cells of all major types of organs, including the brain, heart, ovaries, testes, liver, spleen, eyes, and unborn children.
For the purposes of the GT Act, this excessive contamination also fulfils the legal definitions for being correctly deemed Genetically Modified Organisms, and perhaps the worst type of GMO, as genomic integration with chromosomal DNA does not require reverse-transcription, and some of this modDNA (by Pfizer) has the opportunity of becoming ‘replication competent’ (self replicating) in certain persons known to be infected with SV40 related viruses.
Perversely, and as a strict matter of law, both Pfizer and Moderna were/are required to possess GMO Licences to ‘deal’ with their LNP-modDNA contamination in Australia, though any organisation responsible for such licensure (the OGTR in this instance) would never allow any product into their country that contains this form of GMO contamination. This form of GMO contamination alters the course of humanity, and what it means to be human.
By these proceedings the Applicant (Dr Julian Fidge) together with the legal team who discovered and created the proceedings (Julian Gillespie, Katie Ashby-Koppens and Peter Fam), now seek to present the above facts to the court.
In the event the court follows and accepts the evidence that the C-19 products contain GMOs, and as a consequence both Pfizer and Moderna are seen to be committing ongoing Serious Criminal Offences by dealing with GMOs in Australia without a licence, the court should find itself compelled to issue an Injunction under section 147 preventing Pfizer and Moderna from any further dealings in Australia, which outcome would also require the halt of any further use of the Pfizer and Moderna C-19 products in Australia.

Georgia Community Holds Vigil For Mass Shooting Victims; Police Say Motive Behind Massacre Remains a Mystery
Well, this story disappeared quickly.
41-year-old Andre Longmore fatally shot four people in a small city south of Atlanta Saturday morning.
The mass shooting took place in the Dogwood Lakes area of Hampton, Georgia around 10:45 am.
Police cornered and killed Longmore on Sunday.
Two police officers were injured in the shootout.
The victims were all shot dead within 10 minutes.
“Scott Leavitt, 67, and his wife, 68-year-old Shirley Leavitt, 65-year-old Steve Blizzard, and 66-year-old Ronald Jeffers all were residents of the same Dogwood Lakes neighborhood where suspected gunman Andre Longmore lived.” Fox 5 Atlanta reported.
Police still can’t figure out a motive for the mass shooting.
Neighbors in the community held a candle-lit vigil this week to mourn the victims.
“It could have been any one of us,” the victims’ neighbor Sharon Hayes said. “I’m having a hard time dealing with the fact that it’s my neighborhood my safe neighborhood that’s been disrupted like this.”
“I would say shocked. Shocked would be a major word for me,” another neighbor said.

Two young Wisconsin boys broke free from the house where they had been locked up for years, leading to charges against their mother and her boyfriend.
Katie Koch, 34, the mother of the children, and her boyfriend, Joel Manke, 38, are facing felony charges over their treatment of Koch's two sons, ages 7 and 9, according to a report from ABC 7.
According to a criminal complaint, a neighbor first saw the children when they were looking through a shattered window last week, right before they climbed out onto an air conditioner, jumped down into the yard and then walked down the street naked and bloody.

A child who witnessed the boys outside described them as "acting like cavemen, like they had never seen the sun before."
Another witness, who lives across the street from the Milwaukee-area home where the boys lived, told ABC 7 that it looked like the boys "had never been outside before. If they have been, it's been a very long time."
The witness, Christine Eder, said that she had to take a moment to process what she was seeing but then called 911 while she kept an eye on the boys' movements.
"They were just walking different," Eder said. "Their hair looked like it had never been brushed, never been cut. They didn't know the outside existed."

According to Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney Mallory Davis, the house where the boys lived was like something out of a horror movie. Police who investigated the scene said much of the house was piled high with garbage and that the smell of feces was everywhere in the home. The boys' room was able to be locked from the outside and inside while the walls were smeared with feces.
Davis said the boys were locked in their room for most of their lives with the windows boarded up, and officers described the scene as "a terrible hoarding situation," noting that they could not see the floor of the home.
According to police, Koch told officers that the boys had broken a window and ran away. She said she had lived in the home with Manke, who has owned it since 2007, for about four years. Koch also told investigators that she homeschooled the boys and "admitted that the home is not habitable" and that "her boys deserve better."
Meanwhile, Manke told police that he knew the conditions the children were living in was wrong but that he had to "pick his battles" with Koch in an attempt to avoid arguments. He also told investigators that Koch had never taken the boys to the doctor since she lived with him nor had they been to school.

The boys were taken into protective custody after Koch and Manke were arrested, with Davis saying their heads had to be shaved because they were covered in feces.
"These children have been horribly damaged from their mother's actions," Davis said. "They are completely uneducated. They are not potty-trained, even at their ages. They are, essentially at this point, unable to function in society."
Koch faces four felony counts and two misdemeanors for child neglect and false imprisonment. Manke also faces four felony counts. If both are convicted on all felony counts, they face fines of up to $120,000 and 43.5 years in prison. Koch faces an additional $20,000 in fines and 18 months in prison related to the misdemeanor counts.

Elijah Malik Kaluanya accused the victim of hitting his Mercedes-Benz before pulling out a gun and firing
A Houston, Texas, man will spend the next 50 years behind bars for shooting a complete stranger 15 times and killing him in 2021.
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's office said around 9:30 a.m. Sept. 14, 2021, Elijah Malik Kaluanya, 27, drove a white Mercedes-Benz sedan to a convenience store near Greenspoint in north Houston.
Nearly 30 minutes later, 34-year-old Demrick Thomas pulled up to the convenience store and parked next to Kaluanya. When Thomas exited his vehicle, Kaluanya accused him of dinging the door to the Mercedes.

Both men argued about the ding, when Kaluanya pulled out a pistol and shot Thomas 15 times before leaving the scene and continuing with his errands, the DA’s office said. One of the errands included buying an alternator for his vehicle from an auto parts store.
Emergency crews tended to Thomas and transported him to an area hospital where he died from his wounds.
Detectives with the Houston Police Department reviewed surveillance footage from the convenience store, which showed Thomas never dinged Kaluanya’s vehicle.

The footage also helped detectives identify Kaluanya, which led to his arrest.
Last week, a Harris County jury convicted Kaluanya of murder after a four-day trial.
The convicted murderer chose to have District Judge Andrea Beall decide his punishment, and Kaluanya was sentenced to 50 years in prison.
"Shooting someone 15 times over an argument about a car is an absolutely senseless and pointless murder, and this happened in broad daylight," Ogg said. "Gun violence is never the right way to settle a dispute, and our hearts go out to the victim’s friends and family."

A UK amusement park has announced that they will no longer host Pride celebrations after a drag queen simulated sex acts in front of children during an “all ages” and “family-friendly” event.
Adventure Island in Southend on Sea, Essex, is apologizing to customers after a Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK star used an angle grinder on his crotch as children looked on.
The park claims that it was trying to be “inclusive,” but that it “backfired on them.”
The drag queen at the center of the controversy, Colin Munro, performs under the alias “Crystal” and was wearing just fishnet tights, a leotard, and a pair of high heels during the sexually explicit and grotesque performance.
“Performing to the tune of Scissor Sisters’ hit Filthy/Gorgeous, Crystal made thrusting motions with his hips and ran his hand up and down the angle grinder while using it to make sparks fly from a metal plate fixed to his crotch,” the Daily Mail reported.
Philip Miller, the executive chairman of Adventure Island, told the Daily Mail that there had been “confusion” about “what we would allow or not.”
“We humbly apologise to all of our loyal customers for any offence caused,” Miller said. “There was confusion between us and the act as to what we would allow or not as it were. The grinding act was most definitely a nonstarter as we are ostensibly a family park and that is just not family entertainment.”
“Rest assured we will not be rebooking this act or participate in any future PRIDE celebrations it’s just not for us, we tried to be inclusive but it has backfired on us,” Miller added.
Though the park claimed that this was a product of “confusion,” this is the third year that Munro has performed there.
The drag queen defended the performance, telling the Mail that “nothing” he did in the performance was sexual.
“My act is no different to what you might see on Britain’s Got Talent, from Lady Gaga on MTV, or from a street performer in Covent Garden,” he claimed. “This is deemed ‘sexual’ solely because I was performing in drag.”

ABC News’ Teddy Davis and Lindsey Ellerson Report: Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., told Planned Parenthood Tuesday that sex education for kindergarteners, as long as it is “age-appropriate,” is “the right thing to do.”
“I remember Alan Keyes . . . I remember him using this in his campaign against me,” Obama said in reference to the conservative firebrand who ran against him for the U.S. Senate in 2004. Sex education for kindergarteners had become an issue in his race against Keyes because of Obama’s work on the issue as chairman of the health committee in the Illinois state Senate.
“‘Barack Obama supports teaching sex education to kindergarteners,'” said Obama mimicking Keyes’ distinctive style of speech. “Which — I didn’t know what to tell him (laughter).”
“But it’s the right thing to do,” Obama continued, “to provide age-appropriate sex education, science-based sex education in schools.”

Recently, several school districts have banned porn books with for children from their school libraries. This was only after parents started paying attention during the COVID shutdowns to what the government was force-feeding their children.

The National Education Association (NEA) recommended two books, among others, be added to their “Great Summer Reads for Educators”, with the by-line “Stretch out on a beach (or in your backyard), slather on your sunscreen, and dive into these summer reading recommendations from NEA today.” The book “Gender Queer” is de facto “how-to” manual on sexual acts complete with photographic depictions of minors as cartoon figures performing oral sex and other sexual acts on each other. The National Education Association (NEA) on Monday recommended that teachers include the controversial book “Gender Queer” on their summer reading lists.
The book was featured in the NEA’s “Great Summer Reads for Educators!” list that showcased 11 books.
Among those books are “White Fragility,” a book that insists that White Americans use anger, shame and guilt to avoid taking responsibility for racial inequality.
And on Monday Barack Obama – who LOVES and PROMOTES censorship of conservatives was crying on Twitter because certain filth will no longer be available to children.
Isn’t it strange that the only censorship Obama speaks out about is porn books for kids?

Malik Obama said his brother Barack Obama is “definitely gay” in response to the former president’s statement on banning porn books for children.
“Today, some of the books that shaped my life—and the lives of so many others—are being challenged by people who disagree with certain ideas or perspectives. And librarians are on the front lines, fighting every day to make the widest possible range of viewpoints, opinions, and ideas available to everyone.” Barack Obama said.
Obama was referring to sexually explicit books such as “Gender Queer” – a book filled with pornographic photos.
Malik Obama reacted to Barack Obama’s tweet.
“This man is definitely gay,” Malik Obama said in a since-deleted tweet.

Maryland man arrested after allegedly impersonating a police officer
Carl Colston, 47, was recorded by the victim before driving away
A Maryland man allegedly pretending to be a police officer was arrested after he pulled over a victim who alerted authorities.
Carl Colston, 47, attempted to conduct a traffic stop on July 8 on the off-ramp of Greenbelt Road at 201 Northbound in the city of Greenbelt. A victim told Greenbelt Police that Colston drove up behind him in his black Crown Victoria and started honking and flashing his white interior lights.
The victim signaled for Colston to drive around him, and Colston passed the victim while flashing a badge. Colston then stopped in the roadway, which required the victim to come to a stop as well, before driving back behind the victim like a police officer would and attempting to conduct a traffic stop.

The victim told police that Colston put on a Maryland Marshal tactical vest, flashed a badge, claimed he was an officer and called for backup using a handheld radio. Colston then clutched his black pistol but did not point it at the victim. He lifted the gun up, so it was visible to the victim.
The victim told Colston he was calling the police and recording him, and Colston went back to his car and drove away.
The victim told police that Colston put on a Maryland Marshal tactical vest, flashed a badge, claimed he was an officer and called for backup using a handheld radio. (Greenbelt Police)
Police arrested Colston several days later on July 13 at 9:10 p.m. after a traffic stop.
Anyone who may have had interactions with Colston impersonating an officer is urged to contact the police department.

Public schools in Seattle have partnered with a group of ‘health centers’ to provide sex changes to children as young as 13 years old, for free.
The worst part is that parents can be left out of this process. There was a time not too long ago, when children were told that if an adult told them to hide something from their parents, that was a bad thing to be avoided at all times. Now schools are doing it.
This cannot go on for much longer. Parents are going to revolt, and who could blame them?

Seattle public schools offer free sex change services to students as young as 13 without telling parents
The largest public school district in Washington State is referring students in the district to free “gender-affirming care.”
The Nova Wellness Center and the Meany Health Center offer “gender reaffirming care,” including hormone-blocking medications and referrals for sex change surgeries, which are available to middle and high school students in Seattle Public Schools (SPS).
According to documents obtained by Parents Defending Education (PDE), the health centers are operated by Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDCHC) which offers “no cost comprehensive, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming care, conveniently at the school.”
As stated on its website, CDCHC provides services to “transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse patients.”
Services include “gender-affirming medications (estrogen, androgen blockers, testosterone, etc.) and injection techniques,” “hormone therapy for adolescents and specialty referrals for younger patients as needed,” and “referrals for gender-affirming surgeries.”
Some reports claim that children as young as 11 are eligible.
This is beyond wrong. It’s insane.
