As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 along ideological lines in favor of President Donald Trump Monday morning, ruling that presidents are immune from criminal liability involving official acts during their tenure.

The case, Trump v United States, arose from narcissistic Special Counsel Jack Smith’s corrupt indictment against Trump, who is falsely accusing the 45th President of conspiring to throw out the 2020 presidential election results. The garbage charges Smith has levied include spreading “claims” of election fraud and “attempting to obstruct the certification of the election results.”

Trump’s lawyers correctly countered that these actions were within his official duties as President. Therefore, he should be immune from prosecution.

Following the ruling, elected Democrats and other leftists completely lost it. But Joe Biden’s most prominent Generation Z supporter, Harry Sisson, who once interviewed him, issued a tweet that some would consider a threat against Trump and the Supreme Court.

Specifically, the 21-year-old Sisson posted about Biden possibly sending Seal Team Six to “take all of them out.” After all, Biden would be immune from prosecution.

“According to the Supreme Court, Biden could now send in Seal Team 6 to take all of them out,” wrote Sisson. “He could send in the military to take out Trump.”

“He has “immunity” for official acts now!”

The “Seal Team Six” reference is an asinine hypothetical posited by DC U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Flo Pan during oral arguments back in January, seemingly thinking ruling in Trump’s favor would give him the authority to take out political opponents. The Supreme Court, of course, had no interest in that line of nonsense and overturned the federal appeals court ruling that Trump did not have broad immunity from prosecution.

Sisson’s post caught the attention of Trump campaign manager Chris LaCivita, who responded: Expect a visit. One would assume he meant a visit from the Secret Service.

Sisson refused to back off his tweet and posted a video outrageously accusing LaCivita of threatening him.

“Trump’s campaign manager Chris LaCivita just responded to me saying ‘expect a visit.'”

“What do you think that means? Is the Trump Campaign threatening me with a visit? Are they going to send guys to my house to keep me quiet?”

“You know, I’m just using my First Amendment right to tell them how awful their candidate is…This really is the perfect summary of the Trump campaign, and their candidate is so terrible they have to resort to tactics like this.”

WATCH:

Sisson closed by saying he would never shut up because he sees Trump as “a fraud, a conman, and a convicted felon.”

Had a random Trump supporter said this about Biden, we would expect the media to drop all coverage of Biden’s troubles and run this story wall-to-wall to rescue his campaign. But it’s always different when Democrats make vile statements.

Cory Alvarez, the Haitian man arrested for raping a 15-year-old disabled girl at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts earlier this year was just released from jail on $500 bail!

A leftist judge in the Plymouth Superior Court fought the District Attorney and released the dangerous child rapist to the streets.

Alvarez was ordered to wear an ankle monitor as a condition of his release, but since Boston is a sanctuary city, federal officials don’t have control over his whereabouts.

The 26-year-old was arrested and charged with child rape at a hotel used to house Joe Biden’s ‘migrants’ and illegal aliens.

A grand jury recently indicted Alvarez on one count each of Aggravated Rape of a Child with 10 Year Age Difference and Rape of a Child by Force.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Alvarez came to the US on Biden’s parole program for Haitians which allowed him to fly into JFK airport in New York City in June 2023.

“We’re told that ICE has now filed a detainer on 26-year-old Cory B. Alvarez with local authorities, & that he had a sponsor listed in New Jersey as part of his parole,” Bill Melugin said.

“The Biden admin’s controversial CHNV parole program allows up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to fly into the U.S. after they’ve supposedly been vetted and have a sponsor in the U.S. The recipients typically receive two year “humanitarian parole” grants, which allow them to apply for work authorization and live in the U.S. According to CBP data, at least 138,000 Haitians have been brought to the U.S. since the start of the Biden admin’s program in January 2023,” Melugin said.

Alvarez was released on $500 bail!

A Michigan non-profit is reportedly sending voter registration mailings containing a picture of Michelle Obama on the front.

In a post on X, Leading Report wrote, “BREAKING: A non-profit organization in Michigan is reportedly sending out voter registration mailings with Michelle Obama on the cover.”

The Voter Participation Center sent the forms according to the return address listed on the mailings.

The About section of The Voter Participation Center’s site describes the organization as “a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded in 2003 to help members of the New American Majority register and vote. Since then, the organization has helped more than 6 million people register and cast ballots.”

The Voter Participation Center is a left-of-center voter registration nonprofit that was founded in 2003 as Women’s Voices Women Vote, changing its name in 2011 and expanding its mission to become the Voter Participation Center. The Voter Participation Center runs a direct-mail program that targets “unmarried women, minorities and millennials” with voter registration mailings and phone calls.

Violent Transgender Person Pays a Fatal Price After Marching Toward Denver Police Officers and Threatening Them with a Knife (VIDEO)

Police bodycam footage released late last week shows the moment a violent transgender person was gunned down by Denver police after ignoring several commands to surrender and threatening them with a knife.

The Denver Gazette revealed Tuesday that the shooting happened on June 16 at around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Lawrence Street in Colorado’s capital city. Police officers responded to someone standing in the intersection, telling passing motorists to hit him.

The person killed in the shooting was 52-year-old Miguel Tapia. Police identified Tapia as transgender.

Denver cops previously mistakenly identified him as a woman.

In the bodycam footage released by the Denver Police Department (DPD), one of the officers can be heard telling Tapia to “put his stuff down and his hands on his head.” The perp defies the officer’s commands.

The cop and two of his fellow officers exit their vehicles with pointed tasers. Tapia responds to the officers by yelling at them in Spanish and marching toward them while holding a bag in each hand.

Another officer tells Tapia in Spanish to surrender, which he again ignores. Roughly 15 seconds later, the suspect puts his bookbag on his shoulder and pulls out a knife with an eight-inch blade from his waistband.

Tapia then approaches the cops. Two officers fire three Taser cartridges at the thug in self-defense, but this does not deter him.

With their options dwindling, the three cops pull out their handguns and unload 12 rounds at Tapia. He falls to the ground in a heap.

Police proceed to handcuff the lifeless suspect.

The Denver Gazette reports police called for an ambulance and began rendering aid after Tapia fell. He was pronounced dead on the scene and later identified by the Office of the Medical Examiner.

Denver Police Chief Ron Thomas told reporters that the perp’s ‘gender identity’ played no role in their actions. Instead, the police response was solely based on the suspect’s criminal behavior.

“We have discovered the person was transgendered, and there was a belief that the person was houseless, but that did not factor into our decision,” Thomas explained.

“What factored into our decision was the person had a knife and was moving aggressively toward the officers,” he added.

Denver 7 News reports two of the officers who fired weapons were patrol officers while the third was a sergeant who started with DPD in 2001.

According to Denver 7 News, the heroic cops have been placed on a modified duty status while they complete DPD’s reintegration program and the investigation unfolds. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Colorado State Patrol are investigating the matter.

The outlet notes their findings will be overseen by the Office of Independent Monitor which will then turn them over to the Denver District Attorney’s Office.

In an underhanded tactic, Mayor Eric Adams has introduced a never-ending funding strategy for the so-called ‘migrant crisis’ into his budget, ensuring that taxpayers will foot the bill indefinitely.

This under-the-radar move ensures a permanent financial drain on city resources, prioritizing endless spending on illegal migrants over the needs of hardworking citizens.

The New York Post reports,

Gotham’s budget might be late, with City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams warning last week that she and Mayor Adams (no relation) will miss this Sunday’s fiscal-year deadline.

But the timing of the budget is less important than the substance.

The council and the mayor are arguing over tidbits while missing the big chunk of spending obscuring New York’s future: How much can we realistically spend on migrants?

In his budget proposal, the mayor has finally admitted to reality — the migrant “crisis” is here to stay.

This is a reality that he helped create, by continuing to offer all migrants, including single young men with no credible claims to political asylum, at least 30 to 60 days of city-paid shelter.

And the city is now institutionalizing this “crisis” as a permanent part of city government.

In an announcement on Tuesday, the mayor revealed that the city would refrain from taking on so many no-bid contracts for “emergencies.” Instead, he would begin a competitive selection process for managing illegal immigrant hotels and shelters and providing migrant services.

As migrants continue to flock to New York, the city will keep opening shelters for them.

The city will sign contracts with various vendors for at least a year apiece, and “possibly additional sites” will be added to the city’s hundreds of migrant shelters.

And the services the city will ask these contractors to provide are comprehensive.

Under its official “right to shelter” pledge, the city has legally bound itself to handing out shelter and food. This voluntary scheme has stuck them with court-mandated obligations that cater to those seeking a free ride.

And it doesn’t stop there. Over the past two years, NYC has steadily added more freebies, which are becoming the norm rather than the exception.

Between project managers, case managers, security guards, food servers and laundry providers, New York City is building up a mini-economy of thousands of contract workers and hundreds of vendors, all of whom depend on this “crisis” persisting.

Not to mention all the owners of B- and C-grade hotels and vacant office space, happy to have a long-term customer.

And now, the city will ask vendors to provide 30% of their subcontracts to minority- and women-owned businesses, creating a broader constituency in favor of a permanent migrant “crisis.”

As we enter this “next phase,” as the city puts it, spending on migrants is already rising to $4.7 billion annually for the 2025 fiscal year that starts Monday, up $1 billion from the current year.

Expecting taxpayers to fork over 5 billion dollars a year for illegal immigrants wanting a free ride while Americans deal with crime and government corruption is wild.

A previously censored paper from The Lancet has now undergone peer review and is available online.

The study, titled “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination,” analyzed 325 autopsy cases and found that a staggering 73.9% of deaths were either directly due to or significantly contributed to by the COVID-19 vaccination.

The paper’s lead author, Dr. Nicolas Hulscher, faced significant opposition in bringing these findings to light. After initially being downloaded over 100,000 times, The Lancet removed the paper within 24 hours, according to Dr. William Makis. 

According to The Daily Sceptic, the reason given at the time was, “This preprint has been removed by Preprints with the Lancet because the study’s conclusions are not supported by the study methodology.”

The news outlet added:

“Without further detail from the Preprints with the Lancet staff who removed the paper it is hard to know what substance the claim that the conclusions are not supported by the methodology really has. A number of the authors of the paper are at the top of their fields so it is hard to imagine that the methodology of their review was really so poor that it warranted removal at initial screening rather than being subject to full critical appraisal. It smacks instead of raw censorship of a paper that failed to toe the official line. Keep in mind that the CDC has not yet acknowledged a single death being caused by the Covid mRNA vaccines. Autopsy evidence demonstrating otherwise is clearly not what the U.S. public health establishment wants to hear.”

In a post on X Friday, Dr. William Makis shared the exciting news.

“BREAKING NEWS: Our LANCET CENSORED Paper is now peer reviewed and available online!” Makis wrote on X.

“Incredible perseverence [sic] by first author Nicolas Hulscher who didn’t give up after LANCET pulled our paper within 24 hours after 100,000s of downloads for no legitimate reason. Big pharma put the squeeze on The Lancet but has failed to stop us.”

“Our paper was delayed by one year, and those actions of CENSORSHIP and CANCELLATION led to many deaths that could have been prevented. This paper could be a game changer,” Makis added.

According to the study:

Methods

We searched PubMed and ScienceDirect for all published autopsy and necropsy reports relating to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18^th, 2023. All autopsy and necropsy studies that included COVID-19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure were included.

Because the state of knowledge has advanced since the time of the original publications, three physicians independently reviewed each case and adjudicated whether or not COVID-19 vaccination was the direct cause or contributed significantly to death.

Results

We initially identified 678 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 44 papers that contained 325 autopsy cases and one necropsy case. The mean age of death was 70.4 years.

The most implicated organ system among cases was the cardiovascular (49%), followed by hematological (17%), respiratory (11%), and multiple organ systems (7%). Three or more organ systems were affected in 21 cases.

The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days. Most deaths occurred within a week from last vaccine administration.

A total of 240 deaths (73.9%) were independently adjudicated as directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination, of which the primary causes of death include sudden cardiac death (35%), pulmonary embolism (12.5%), myocardial infarction (12%), VITT (7.9%), myocarditis (7.1%), multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%), and cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%).

According to the VAERS COVID Adverse Event Reports that track all of the COVID-reported vaccine deaths and complications, 37,647 people have died from the COVID-19 vaccine – as of May 31, 2024.

Taxpayers Build Luxury High-Rise Homeless Shelter in Los Angeles with $600,000 Units

While hard-working everyday Americans are suffering in Joe Biden’s economy,  a luxury high-rise homeless shelter celebrated its grand opening in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday at a cost to taxpayers of an estimated $600,000 per unit.

The Weingart Center Tower, which cost an estimated $168 million to build, includes 228 studio apartments, 47 one-bedroom apartments, and three apartments dedicated to onsite managers.

The residents will have access to onsite amenities, including a gym, an art room, music room, cafe, pool, and a library.

The LA Times reports:

Besides a floor of offices for case workers, conference rooms and property managers, the tower boasts a gym, an art room, a soundproofed music room, a computer room/library, a TV lounge, six common balconies, four of them with dog runs, and a ground floor cafe with a two-story glass wall facing a courtyard.

The music and art rooms were included to facilitate programming by outside organizations.

Each room — 228 studios and 50 one-bedroom apartments — has its own TV, and the cafe will also bring residents together on movie nights.

The $165-million project will receive permanent financing from Proposition HHH, state housing funds and $56 million in state tax credits. The cost, at just under $600,000 per unit, puts it at the high end of Proposition HHH projects but well below the most expensive.

CBS Forced to Delete Segment After Most Embarrassing Biden Reporting in History Exposed On-Air

 

CBS News was forced to remove a video from social media platform X on Wednesday after arguing it was an example of a “cheap fake” of President Joe Biden apparently wandering off during the G7 Summit in Italy last week.

The White House has accused Republicans of creating cheap fake videos of Biden, taken out of context, to build on the narrative that he has cognitive problems.

CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes claimed such was the case with the G7 footage of Biden and other world leaders watching a skydiving demonstration.

“Outlets claimed that he was sort of just aimlessly wandering away. The clip amassed millions of views …, when actually if you widen out, you can see that he was talking to one of the members of the military that was participating in that demonstration,” she said.

The problem is the so-called “digitally altered video” CBS aired next to the actual one is exactly the same. In both, you can see that Biden is trying to talk to a paratrooper.

But he did wander off, while the other G7 leaders stuck together. Then Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni went to Biden to wrangle him up.

CBS acknowledged its mistake in the video comparison in a later post on X, saying it had removed the earlier version.

“An earlier post was removed as it included the wrong version of a video. This version has been updated to include the correct clip and label on the edited video,” the news outlet said.

In the new video CBS shared, the paratrooper is blurred out. Further, rather than labeling it “digitally altered,” CBS called it an”edited clip.” But who did that editing? CBS?

Another example of what the White House called a cheap-fake video was when Biden appeared to freeze on stage at a Los Angeles fundraiser on Saturday. Former President Barack Obama then stepped in and led him off the stage.

Fox News chief political anchor Bret Baier observed Tuesday, “There was nothing fake about former President Obama reaching over to President Biden’s wrist and kind of tugging him to go.”

The same was true when Meloni pulled Biden back to where the other world leaders were, Baier further noted.

Biden seems to be having more of these freezing moments of late.

CBS and the White House can try to spin it any way they want, but Americans can watch the raw video footage and see there’s a problem.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Labeled ‘Delusional’; ‘Irritated’ About Not Being Wealthier than Other UK Celebs: Book

A new book says Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, was shocked to find out that she was not more important than former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, according to a new book.

In his book “House of Beckham,” author Tom Bower called Meghan “delusional” for thinking her place on the social ladder was above Victoria Beckham, according to a British outlet, the Independent.

The book said Meghan “put on airs” around the wife of soccer legend David Beckham.

“In Meghan’s celebrity world, ranking depended on wealth and fame,” Bower wrote in the book.

“As a seasoned operator, Meghan deluded herself that her status in the Royal family placed her above Victoria in the social pecking order,” he wrote.

“She was irritated to discover that the Beckhams had considerably more wealth than herself,” he wrote.

The book said Meghan “ordered” Prince Harry to call out David Beckham after information about her was leaked to the media.

“Only after The Sun reported how Victoria had given Meghan make-up advice did the relationship between the two ambitious women crash,” Bower wrote.

The author continued: “Sensitive to the media’s probing into her unusual past, Meghan was outraged by The Sun’s report. This was the latest of a series of nasty revelations by London’s newspapers. Harry was ordered to complain to David Beckham.”

Meghan is currently hyping products under her American Riviera Orchard brand.

Mark Borkowski, a PR consultant, said Meghan’s “bottom line” is whether what she delivers matches the waiting, according to Newsweek.

“If there’s all this hype and it’s just a couple of bottles of spring water and a mediocre jam at a high price, then imagine what’s going to come down on them from a great height,” he said

“They’re banking on curiosity. We’re asking questions, we’re waiting, so the longer they don’t tell us what it is, the greater the expectation on what it’s going to be,” Borkowski added.

Borkowski also told Newsweek that supporters of Harry and Meghan are playing a dangerous game by spreading rumors on social media about Catherine, Princess of Wales.

“No one believes in the depths of this battle that still goes on that either party would want to seize upon health issues to fight a war,” he said. “I think there are some lines of demarcation. Particularly the health of the king and Kate. I don’t think they’re deploying their troops.”

“This is more about the danger of foot soldiers who are uncontrollable because they enjoy their own coverage,” Borkowski said.

“It’s a danger in terms of spreading rumors, in terms of their own fame and their own ego and their own self-determination. A danger to truth. They’re part of an army of people on social media who are driving more and more conspiracy theories,” he said.
