The SAVE Act – which requires proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections – passed the House 221-198 on Wednesday.
Nearly every Democrat lawmaker voted to protect the ability of illegals to vote in federal elections.
This is after Joe Biden flooded the US with more than 15 million illegal aliens.
The White House issued a statement on Monday, condemning a
House Republicans’ bill requiring proof of citizenship when registering
to vote in federal elections.
The bill amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to
require voters to show documentary proof of United States citizenship.
Under current law, states can only require proof of citizenship to
register to vote in local and state elections.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported on
the Democrats’ opposition to the bill and Minority Whip Katherine
Clark’s (D-Mass.) efforts urging House Democrats to “VOTE NO” on the
bill this week. Clark dishonestly claimed the new law would “prevent
Americans from registering to vote with their driver’s license alone”
and would make a passport the “only acceptable standalone form of
identification,” which is complete BS. The bill outlines five acceptable
forms of identification to prove citizenship.
The bill is likely dead on arrival in the Senate and Joe Biden would veto the measure.

The Administration strongly opposes H.R. 8281, the
Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act. It is already illegal for
noncitizens to vote in Federal elections–it is a Federal crime
punishable by prison and fines. The alleged justification for this bill
is based on easily disproven falsehoods. Additionally, making a false
claim of citizenship or unlawfully voting in an election is punishable
by removal from the United States and a permanent bar to admission.
States already have effective safeguards in place to verify voters’
eligibility and maintain the accuracy of voter rolls. This bill would do
nothing to safeguard our elections, but it would make it much harder
for all eligible Americans to register to vote and increase the risk
that eligible voters are purged from voter rolls. The evidence is clear
that the current laws to prevent noncitizen voting are working as
intended–it is extraordinarily rare for noncitizens to break the law by
voting in Federal elections.
The President has been clear: he will continue fighting to protect
Americans’ sacred right to vote in free, fair, and secure elections,
including by calling on Congress to pass the John R. Lewis Voting Rights
Advancement Act and the Freedom to Vote Act. If House Republicans
really want to do something about securing our border and fixing our
broken immigration system, they should vote on the border deal that the
President negotiated with a bipartisan group of Senators this would
provide immigration officials the resources they need to do their jobs
and be the toughest and fairest set of reforms to secure the border that
we have seen in decades.

voters and the correspondent leading the group was stunned to find out
that half of them are planning to vote for Trump in November.
Trump did extremely well with minority voters in 2020 and is expected

President Joe Biden.
Trump is drawing support from 26% of likely black voters and 67% say
the nation is moving in the wrong direction under Biden, according to a
June New York Times/Siena College poll. Johnson said he “didn’t see that
coming” when three of the six voters said they intend to vote for
Trump.
“For me, I’ve always been a Democrat. And it’s like, for the most
part with the Democratic party, they always make a bunch of promises
that they can’t deliver,” a voter named Daryll said.
“You know, they use the issues of the African-American community as a
soapbox to stand on and make promises, you know, just to get us to come
out and vote,” a voter named Erica said. “And then once we vote and
everyone’s in place, it’s like, well, what happened?”

On a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, Dr. Umar
Johnson laid bare what he believes is a calculated strategy by the
Democrat Party under Joe Biden’s administration: replacing black voters
with newly arrived illegal immigrants.
Dr. Johnson offered an explanation that left
many listeners reeling. “When Joe Biden got elected,” he began, “he said
he wanted to fast-track four million undocumented residents to full
citizenship. So what he’s going to do is have these migrants already set
up with citizenship so they can replace the Black vote that he loses.”
He continued, “Black people completely ignored
it. But I spoke on it. I said, ‘Do you know why he wants to fast-track
four million? Because he knows he’s not going to do anything for us. We
won’t be motivated to vote for him in November.'”
According to Dr. Johnson, this is part of a
larger plan to replace black votes with those of newly naturalized
citizens, particularly in major cities like New York and Chicago which
have significant black populations.
“The migrants are being put in our communities
on purpose,” Dr. Johnson said, “They’re here for three reasons: to
replace us at the polls, replace us in low-end industry jobs, and
they’re not the enemy.”
“The problem is, black people don’t get as much opportunity. So then
people say, Well, you know, White people don’t really like brown people.
That’s true. But you know what the difference is? They don’t have the
burden of accountability with them that they have with us. We built the
country. So every time they look at us to deal with us, the bottom line
is, you all brought them here and they built you all into what you are.
They don’t have to say that to the Venezuelans. They don’t have to say
that to the Colombians. They don’t have to say that to the Mexicans.”
Dr. Johnson also criticized New York’s Mayor
Eric Adams for policies that seem to favor immigrants over native-born
citizens, particularly black veterans and homeless individuals.
“New York City has a Black homelessness rate
no less than 35%. So you got Black people who pay taxes living on the
street, and you got migrants who haven’t paid a single tax in their
life, eating and living better than the Black people who built the
country.”
He questioned the motivations of Democrat
leaders like Adams and Chicago’s Brandon Johnson for supporting policies
that could potentially harm their political futures.
“Do you know that New York City has spent one
and a half billion dollars on the migrant crisis so far? It’s projected
that this year, 2023, was one and a half billion dollars to take care of
the migrant. One and a half billion. 2024 and 2025, they said it would
cost New York City nine billion.”
Dr. Johnson ended his interview with a stark
reminder of the potential consequences of these policies. “If your city
goes to the migrants,” he warned, “you can best believe the migrants
aren’t electing any Black person to mayorship.”

The last time we checked in on Joe Biden’s planned ban on menthol cigarettes, he was considering postponing the effort because his campaign and Democrats are worried about angering black voters.
Now it is pretty much confirmed that Biden is not going to try to put
the ban in effect before the election, proving once and for all that
all they really care about is votes.

A new undercover video released by Project Veritas confirms this and
that the Biden regime is intentionally stalling the enforcement of a
menthol cigarette ban.
The reason, according to a DOJ attorney caught on tape, is purely
political: the fear of losing Black voters in the upcoming election.
The video features Isaac Belfer, a Department of Justice (DOJ)
attorney, suggesting that Biden's regime is prioritizing political
interests over public health — meaning, "Black Lives Don't Matter, Black
Votes Matter."

"There are some concerns that you might not want to do something like
criminalize a product that's used by tons of Black people, especially
before an election. Biden used Black people. So we're being sued,
saying, 'You should pass this regulation now with no excuse to hold it
up because your people are dying. If you gave them a cigarettes, you can
pass this down. We're depending on that. This will definitely affect
your life.' Unfortunately, we're not supposed to consider that," said
Belfer.
Belfer explains that while the effort to ban
menthols has been ongoing for over ten years, its implementation is now
being purposefully delayed by President Biden because he “needs black
votes.”
On video recording, Belfer acknowledges that
“many thousands of Black people die every year because of menthol
cigarettes.” He further reveals that while the FDA wants to pass this
regulation, it's being slow-walked by the Biden White House.
“Biden doesn’t want to pass this regulation [menthol cigarette ban]
because he’s worried he will lose Black voters," Belfer said.
“There is a very strong public health reason to prohibit these
[menthol cigarettes]… As far as the FDA is concerned, they want this
regulation to pass. But… it’s now being reviewed by… the executive
office of the president. So, the broader White House that reviews all
regulations," he added.

ABC News anchor and former Bill Clinton henchman George Stephanopoulos has apologized for saying old Joe Biden would struggle to serve another term in office.
Stephanopoulos, who recently interviewed Biden following his
disastrous debate performance last month, told a TMZ reporter that Biden

“Do you think Biden should step down?” the reporter asks.

However, Stephanopoulos has now issued an apology for his remarks.

Meanwhile, ABC made clear that Stephanopoulos had “expressed his own point of view and not the position of ABC News.”
Stephanopoulos’s comments come amid growing panic among the Democratic and media elites that Joe Biden, who is likely suffering

Andrea Lawful-Sanders, the black radio host who allowed the Biden White House to send scripted questions in advance was fired.
Joe Biden sat down for a pre-recorded interview with black-owned Philly-based radio station WURD to discuss his campaign strategy after his disastrous debate.
The interview aired last Thursday morning.
Joe Biden told Andrea Lawful-Sanders that he’s proud to be the first black woman to serve with a black president.
“And by the way, I’m proud to be – as I’ve said – the first Vice
President – first black woman to serve with a black president,” Biden

that the White House did indeed send her the questions prior to the
interview. Out of eight potential questions provided, she chose four

before the interview so that the President knows what’s coming,”

The famed Patriot Front boys marched in Nashville, Tennessee over the holiday weekend for some reason.
The boys wore their custom facemasks, blue shirts, and khakis.
The members were carrying shields, banners, US and Confederate flags.
The legacy media describes them as a “right-wing group”. We describe them as feds.
They marched through Nashville chanting with one member banging a drum.
This appears to be a waste of tax dollars.
Maybe they were hoping to change the subject after Joe Biden’s big debate flop.
Every once in a while, they get unmasked.

Public Health Officials Warn of Human Plague Case in Colorado

The Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment (PDPHE), in
conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and
Environment (CDPHE), is currently investigating a human case of plague
based on preliminary test results.
The plague bacterium, known as Yersinia pestis, can be transmitted by fleas and wild rodents, such as prairie dogs, squirrels, rats, and rabbits.
According to the CDC,
“Humans usually become infected through the bite of an infected rodent
flea or by handling an infected animal. Plague can be cured with
antibiotics, but these must be given promptly to prevent serious illness
or death.”
Symptoms of plague include sudden fever and
chills, severe headache, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting and a general
feeling of illness. Swollen lymph nodes with pain are also a common
symptom.
Plague can manifest in three forms: Bubonic plague infects your lymph nodes, septicemic plague is in your blood and pneumonic plague affects your lungs. Health officials did not specify which form the case in Pueblo County was.
Alicia Solis, program manager of the Office of Communicable Disease
and Emergency Preparedness at PDPHE, advises individuals to take
precautions to protect themselves and their pets from plague.
Solis advised the public on how to protect themselves and their pets from the plague:
Eliminate places that rodents can hide and breed around your home,
garage, shed or recreation area. Remove brush, rock piles, trash, and
piles of lumber.
Avoid contact with dead animals. If you must handle sick or dead
animals follow these guidelines. First, put on an insect repellant to
protect yourself from fleas. Then use a long-handled shovel to place it
in a garbage bag. Lastly, place the bag in an outdoor garbage can.
Use insect repellent that contains 20%-30% DEET to prevent flea bites. Treat pants, socks, shoe tops, arms, and legs.
Do not let pets sleep in bed with you.
Treat dogs and cats for fleas regularly. Flea collars have not been proven effective.
Do not allow pets to hunt or roam in rodent areas, such as prairie dog colonies.
Keep pet food in rodent-proof containers.
“If you develop symptoms of plague, see a health care provider
immediately. Plague can be treated successfully with antibiotics, but an
infected person must be treated promptly to avoid serious complications
or death,” said Alicia Solis.

If
President Joe Biden is taken off the top of the presidential ballot and
replaced with California Gov. Gavin Newsom, there are two names that
should play a prominent part in the 2024 campaign: Patricia McKay and
Will O’Neill.
McKay, 68, was a New Zealand woman and tourist who was killed in broad daylight outside of a mall in Orange County, California on Tuesday, allegedly by a group of armed robbers who shot at her and then killed her by running her over with their car.
O’Neill is the Republican mayor of the city where she was killed.
However, he reminded everyone that this was what was happening in “every
community.”
That much is true — at least in the state of California, where violent and property crime are both up.
According to KCAL-TV, the Newport Police Department said the killing took place at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Fashion Island Mall in Newport Beach.
McKay and her husband, both from New Zealand, were robbed outside the mall’s Barnes & Noble by two men. The U.K.’s Daily Mail reported there was a “struggle” between the couple and attackers, with one of them firing several rounds from his handgun.
“The woman was then dragged into the parking lot as the two men got
into a Toyota Camry being driven by a third man,” the outlet reported.
“The suspects then ran over McKay as they drove away from the scene,
firing shots as they led the police on a high-speed chase, Newport Beach
Police Sgt. Steve Oberon told DailyMail.com.”
The suspects hit speeds of upwards of 110mph while on the 105
Freeway, it was reported. The Camry later left the freeway, with the
suspects fleeing into a neighborhood in nearby South Gate, California.
All three suspects were apprehended, including one that was found behind a trash can at a house.
KABC-TV
reported the suspects were identified as Jaden Cunningham, 18, of
Lancaster, Malachi Eddward Darnell, 18, of Los Angeles, and Leroyernest
Joseph McCrary, 26, of Compton, who were in custody as of Wednesday.
The three men have been booked on suspicion of homicide, robbery with firearm, and conspiracy, the outlet noted.
“One of the suspects ran while the vehicle fled and actually struck
the female victim,” said Officer Steve Oberon, a spokesman for the
Newport Beach Police Department.
“The male suspect that ran got back into the vehicle, at which point
some rounds were fired from a handgun and the vehicle fled the scene.”
No one was hit by the rounds, meaning the cause of death was almost certainly the fact McKay had been run over.
The woman’s husband was not believed to have sustained injuries,
Oberon added. He called the death “a shock,” the Daily Mail reported.
“It just doesn’t happen normally here,” he said.
Witnesses and those on the scene were equally stunned that it happened in their town.
“I expected to go and fix my sunglasses,” Fashion Island shopper
Rachel West said, KCAL reported. “I didn’t know that there was going to
be a crime scene and dead body when I got here.”
However, a “furious” Mayor Will O’Neill decried the attack as something that was becoming more and more common.
“I’m horrified. I’m mourning the loss of someone who died inside of
our city because of crime,” he said. “This is a tragedy, and I’m
furious.
“Newport Beach is a safe community and we’re mourning the loss of
someone,” he continued, per the Daily Mail. “Frankly, to hell with these
guys. … These are thugs. Every community is now dealing with this. We
have to do better as a society. We cannot tolerate this.”
The fact is, California does tolerate this, though. This is
Gavin Newsom’s state, the Democratic Party’s playground for new ideas.
It’s worth noting that, as violent and property crime escalate, the
state’s Democrats were looking to further defund the prison system to fix the state’s budget gap.
Los Angeles and San Francisco
are practically reels from horror movies, and other urban areas in the
state are little better. The state has some of the strictest gun laws in
America, yet the news didn’t get through to these armed robbers — or,
at the very least, it didn’t stop them from having a handgun.
This is Gavin Newsom’s California.
And, if he ever becomes president, it’s his model for a country. If
Patricia McKay and Will O’Neill don’t sound enough of an alarm, I don’t
know what will.
