YouTuber Tyler Oliveira traveled to Springfield, Ohio to investigate the rumors of Haitians eating ducks, geese, and cats.
Tyler, whose YouTube channel has 6.7 million subscribers spent time
in Springfield speaking with locals about the Haitian community, and
asking them if they know of any Haitians eating dogs or cats.
The answers from the citizens were shocking. Numerous locals accused
the Haitians of eating the cats. One man said the cat lady down the

Merrick Garland’s DOJ Is Stealing January 6ers ID’s and Personal Property

The Biden-Harris U.S. Bureau of Prisons is destroying the personal
property of January 6 Defendants and inmates. This appears to be a
systemic approach across the board. This is going to be a growing
problem as more and more January 6 demonstrators with shorter sentences
will soon be released.
J6ers leaving prison are going to have no way to get on a plane, bus,
or train, apply for an apartment, check into hotels, cash a check, or
re-open a bank account, receive funds, etc.
Most people have seen movies or television shows in which an inmate
is released after doing their time, and the officer at the counter pulls
their personal property held all that time out of storage, calls out
every item one at a time, delivers them to the now-free individual and
asks him or her to sign a receipt.
Well, that’s not how Merrick Garland rolls.
Starting on August 17, The Gateway Pundit community responded
generously to help Darrell Neely who had been dumped on the street in
Greensboro, North Carolina and was living under a bridge.
We were all especially blessed by the many messages of prayers and
support (which GiveSendGo does accommodate very well) from The Gateway
Pundit community. I suspect that people saw this as a do-able,
manage-able solution that they could take to easily fix a problem.
But when we tried to take the next steps, we found that the prison
had destroyed Darrell’s driver’s license and other identification. When I
took $1,000 of my own money (ordering a reimbursement check from the
Fund’s bank) and sent it by MoneyGram to Darrell Neely in North
Carolina, he could not receive the money. The only ID he had was a
prison ID. (Of course the money wasn’t lost, but it took enormous work
to redirect it.)
Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice which runs the Bureau of
Prisons did not return his driver’s license, any other ID, or any of his
personal property.
So the Walmart financial desk nearby refused to release the money to
him. At the time he was still homeless with no cell phone. But he
managed to get the Walmart to call me. I personally argued with the
financial desk clerk (whose hands were tied by Walmart policy, though
sympathetic). They would not accept a prisoner ID card.
The Fund was able to find an inexpensive hotel nearby and a cell
phone, paying for them with the Fund’s credit card out of the donations
generously provided. I had to fast-talk the hotel and bury them with
documentation from the Fund so they wouldn’t refuse to let him check in
with only a prison ID. Darrell has been staying there since August 17
until September 4, by the generosity of supporters.
As I write this, Darrell Neely is on a trip from Greensboro to
Washington, D.C., the last place he had a valid driver’s license. We
figure it will be easier to get a replacement card there than to start
from scratch in a different state. Because Washington DC is expensive
for hotels and such the trip will probably cost at least $1,000 or more.
Last week, hisr Fund paid for a trip to the county of his birth to
get a replacement birth certificate. Over the phone, they said his
prison ID wouldn’t work but he actually knew someone working there since
school. So we got that far. If anyone would like to help further with
this process and these trips, it would be appreciated:

I demanded to know from the prosecutors, and he asked his probation
officer what happened to Darrell’s photo identification. I got no answer
from the prosecutors. His probation officer, who has generally been
helpful, responded that the Bureau of Prisons destroys personal property
like IDs when people are arrested. (It is not clear if the officer
confirmed this in relation to Darrell in particular, but he strongly
believed that this was the general practice. Rather than puzzling over
what happened to them, the officer just spit out the response that his
IDs were probably destroyed.)
Since then, checking around with January 6 attorneys and advocates, I
have been told of similar experiences with other January 6 defendants
finishing the shorter range of sentences. No one has reported getting
their personal property back upon being released. Unfortunately,
Darrell’s family had disowned him and he had no support.
Technically, Merrick Garland’s DOJ is stealing. Notice that when we
see the outrageous misbehavior of the federal judges in the District of
Columbia, Merrick Garland was one of them. When we read federal court
decisions filled with double-talk, changing the subject, answering the
wrong question, misstating the facts, speculating, and changing the law
on the fly, don’t forget that Garland was a federal judge in that same
swamp. His ethical standards are the same. Worse: When the DOJ is asking
those federal judges to do something, it is a former member of their
club asking. Worse still: Garland can’t shut up. No prosecutor should be
giving speeches about pending criminal trials.
We are considering filing a lawsuit to stop these abuses.
When the FBI seizes property and arrests people, property falls into
two categories: (1) personal property like credit cards, driver’s
licenses, cell phones, etc. (2) anything that could be evidence. The
first should be immediately returned. The second, when the evidence is
no longer needed, should be returned but that requires red tape. There
is no excuse to simply throw it all away.
Former radio broadcaster Darrell Neely served a relatively short
prison term for minor, non-violent charges concerning January 6, 2021.
But he spent nearly two years pre-trial incarcerated pending trial. He
was dumped out on the street with nothing. He was locked up for three
years.
Since people helped, Darell was able to get cleaned up, buy some
clothes, and apply for several jobs. He got a home improvement temporary
job already, and had a restaurant job in the wings. Unfortunately, his
boss then had a heart attack but is expected to recover so that’s not
going to stop Darrell from having a job. Darrell applied to about 10
apartments but each of those has an application fee, one as much as
$175. Because he is just out of prison and hasn’t worked for the three
years he was locked up, he is going to have to apply to a lot of places
to find one sympathetic.
The Patriot’s Legal Defense Fund was approached by activist Alicia
Powe to help January 6 defendant Darrell Neely as well as inmates being
denied medical treatment such as Ryan Samsel. I originally created the
Fund to help January 6 Defendants afford criminal defense attorneys.
So those without bank accounts to receive funds through GiveSendGo

that way. GiveSendGo allows us to precisely identify what donations are
intended for which person. But we have no other fund-raising happening
right now, and we can’t use any funds donated to a particular person for

Welfare recipients in Massachusetts
spent taxpayer dollars while traveling to tropical vacation
destinations and in states located thousands of miles away from New
England, according to a new investigation by The Boston Herald.
Public records requested by the Herald showed taxpayer-funded EBT cards were used in Hawaii,
the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, California, Florida, Alaska, and in
several other locations across the country. Over $3 billion federal and
state dollars were doled out to recipients in the blue state in Fiscal
Year 2024.
In Hawaii, there were 32 charges on EBT cards this
year, with the largest expenditure amounting to $378 in March on the
island of Maui, the report said.
Three
hundred fifty-one dollars more was spent in Hilo, another popular
tourist destination in Hawaii, known for its beautiful waterfalls and
lush rainforests. According to public records, EBT money was also spent
in Honolulu, Pearl City, Princeville, Waikoloa, and Captain Cook.

That's
not all. Massachusetts' EBT dollars were spent in virtually every state
in the U.S., including 165 cities and towns in California and in 293
locations in Florida, the report said.
Over a dozen expenditures
were also recorded in the Virgin Islands and in Alaska this year, which
included a $395 charge in Anchorage.
Republican state Sen. Ryan Fattman called the report's findings, "insanity and government at its worst."
"This
makes no sense. It’s insanity and government at its worst," he told The
Herald. "What the hell is someone doing in Hawaii? We need this money
to help feed families," he said. "This tells me there’s a major problem
with this system."

There
are restrictions on what the EBT funds can be used for. They cannot be
used to purchase alcohol, firearms or ammunition, pornography,
recreational marijuana or for gambling or lottery tickets, among other
restrictions.
Usage while traveling must also be approved, the
Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance said. Failure to do
so may result in benefits being terminated.
"Individuals receiving
public assistance through the Department of Transitional Assistance use
these benefits to meet their most basic needs and qualify by having an
annual income that is at least 200 percent below the federal poverty
level. State and federal laws regulate what can be purchased with
benefits and where purchases can be made, and any out-of-state usage
beyond approved temporary absences can result in an individual no longer
receiving assistance due to not meeting Massachusetts residency
requirements," The DTA said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
Over
$11 billion in food and economic assistance has been given to
qualifying residents in the past three fiscal years, the Herald report
said.

Massachusetts is a sanctuary state and allows migrants access to these welfare programs. An estimated 50,000 illegal immigrants have flocked to the state since 2021.
A recent report
from The Center for Immigration Studies projected that the state's
migrant crisis would cost taxpayers $1.8 billion over the next two
years.
Migrants are eligible for food stamps provided by the
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance
to Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, and other public services. Migrants
can access these programs even while the federal government prohibits
access to such programs.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz
was subpoenaed by the House Education Committee on Wednesday as part of
the GOP lawmakers' latest investigation into the Democratic
presidential ticket, probing into an issue that has long been Walz's
kryptonite: child nutrition programs.
Vice President Kamala Harris'
running mate has focused on making his state the best place to raise a
family and notably created universal school meals. But his
administration's role in a fraud case involving children is now in the
spotlight.
A Minnesota-based nonprofit, Feeding Our Future, is
accused of misusing $250 million of taxpayer dollars from a COVID-19
relief fund intended to feed children in need.

Chairwoman Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., wrote in the letter
that the committee is investigating Walz's oversight of the Minnesota
Department of Education (MDE), which administered the federal child
nutrition program.
"As the chief executive and the highest ranking
official in the state of Minnesota, you are responsible for the MDE and
its administration of (federal child nutrition programs)," she said.
Agriculture
Inspector General Phyllis Fong, Commissioner of Education Willie Jett,
and U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack were also subpoenaed.
NBC News first reported the subpoenas.
When in doubt, subpoena it out
House GOP leadership is shifting its sights away from former President Joe Biden, who stepped off the ticket in July to make way for Harris and new Democratic hopefuls.
Earlier this month, the House Oversight Committee opened an investigation into Walz's ties to China. During his tenure as a geography teacher, Walz spent a year teaching in the region and coordinated his high school's annual trips to China.
The committee has also probed Harris for her role as the southern border liaison as migrant influxes surge.
The House Armed Services subcommittee is targeting Walz for misstatements about his time serving in the U.S. Army National Guard.
Feeding our Future fraud
Walz has not shied away from addressing the largest pandemic relief fraud in the nation, which happened right under his nose.
At
a press conference in August, before being picked by Harris, Walz
addressed his administration's lack of fraud prevention and a scathing
legislative audit that called the MDE's oversight "inadequate."
"I
think what you're seeing is if you commit fraud in Minnesota, you are
going to be caught as you are going to go to prison," Walz said. He
pointed to administrative changes and safeguards to prevent future
fraud, such as implementing an inspector general for the MDE.
The federal government charged over 70 defendants, five of whom have been convicted of fraud, while the rest await trial.
Feeding
our Future benefited from the child nutrition program designed to aid
hungry children during the pandemic, as schools and care facilities were
shut down. Prosecutors allege Feeding our Future submitted fake names
of children to the Department of Education to receive funds.
Walz and the other officials subpoenaed have until Sept. 18 to release the documents requested.

Lawyers After Leaked ‘Contract’ Allegedly Reveals ‘Staged’ Relationship

Mr. Pfizer and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has found
himself at the center of a growing online storm after an alleged
contract surfaced, claiming his relationship with Hollywood elite Taylor
Swift was nothing more than a staged PR stunt.
According to the leaked document, a planned break-up date of September 28 has already been set and strategized, the Daily Mail first reported.
The rumors began swirling after a document, allegedly bearing the
letterhead of Kelce’s PR firm, Full Scope PR—a Los Angeles-based public
relations company—began making the rounds on social media.
First appearing on Reddit, with a caption, “This is on [Emily’s] desk [right now] lol… This is crazy.”

The Reddit post where these documents originally appeared has since been deleted.
The document outlines a media plan for the couple’s breakup, complete
with a prepared statement and post-split strategy to protect Kelce’s
public image.
“This document is intended for internal use only and contains
confidential information regarding the media strategy for Travis Kelce,”
the alleged contract reads.
“It should not be shared with any external parties or unauthorized
individuals. All details within this document are sensitive and designed
to manage the public image of Travis Kelce effectively. Unauthorized
distribution or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.”
The document included specific language for managing media fallout,
stating, “To effectively manage and mitigate the fallout from the
breakup between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, ensuring Travis Kelce
retains a positive public image, minimizes negative media portrayal, and
continues to build his personal and professional brand.”
Accompanying the alleged PR plan is a drafted breakup statement for
Kelce, reading: “Travis and Taylor have decided to part ways after
careful consideration. They both value and respect each other’s personal
lives and appreciate your respect for their privacy during this time.
They are both committed to their careers and personal growth. They
remain friends and wish each other the best.”
The document also seems to detail a game plan to handle the
inevitable media frenzy, urging Kelce’s team to “allow the initial media
frenzy to settle” before attempting to clarify details of the split.
However, Kelce’s camp isn’t taking these rumors lightly. After photos
of the alleged paperwork surfaced on Reddit, purportedly showing Full
Scope PR’s logo attached to the break-up plan, Kelce’s representatives
issued a swift and forceful denial.
A spokesperson from Full Scope PR slammed the documents as “entirely
false and fabricated” and announced that they were already pursuing
legal action.
“We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the
individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious
forgery of documents,” said the PR firm’s representative.
Earlier this year, Vivek Ramaswamy tweeted this on X, stating, “I
wonder who’s going to win the Super Bowl next month. And I wonder if
there’s a major presidential endorsement coming from an artificially
culturally propped-up couple this fall. Just some wild speculation over
here, let’s see how it ages over the next 8 months.”
Also, Paige VanZant, mixed martial artist and former UFC fighter, said that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s romance as “100% fake.”
She shared her own past experience, where she was approached to fake a
relationship with an NFL player, adding credence to her theory.
The 29-year-old professional wrestler declared the bold statement
during an episode of her podcast last month, “Paige and Austin: A
Kickass Love Story,” which she co-hosts alongside her 33-year-old
husband, Austin Vanderford.
“I was on Dancing with the Stars… At the time, I had hired a
publicist. That was just kind of what you did. Everybody in LA has a
publicist, and a publicist’s job is to make you more famous, to get you
in magazines, TV shows, news articles, whatever, what have you. They get
you interviews, this and that. So, at one point, my publicist called me
and said, ‘hey, we got a call from this NFL player’s publicist,’”
VanZant said.
She was then approached with a proposal for a staged date with an NFL
player, complete with planned paparazzi and orchestrated public
displays of affection. However, VanZant backed out at the last minute,
standing up the unnamed NFL player.
“I am trying to be more, I guess, ‘famous,’” she mused. “I’m trying
to become more successful. And of course, they recommended that I go on
the date. They’re like, ‘Alright, we’ll have paparazzi standing by.’ So,
they plan where the paparazzi is going to be. They plan, ‘We’re going
to get a picture of you guys doing this at dinner. Maybe you’ll hold
hands in this spot.’ They plan where you’re going to do everything.
Yeah, I agree to it. Whatever. Get the NFL player’s number. We’re
texting. He plans to pick me up at my apartment that I’m staying in. And
the date comes, he shows up, calls me, calls me, calls me. And I
pretended not to be home because I just don’t… I don’t want to. I
chickened out.”
The UFC veteran didn’t hold back in her critique of the Swift-Kelce
narrative, stating, “I think that the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelsey love
story, it is 100% fake. I truly believe it is publicity.”

The daughter of embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was arrested in Georgia for driving with a suspended license.
According to The Daily Mail, 25-year-old Kinaya Willis was pulled
over for driving while using a cell phone on August 24 in Tyrone,
Georgia when officers realized she had a suspended license.
Kinaya Willis told the police officer that she was using her cell
phone “due to her mother calling her related to her pregnancy.”
Police bodycam footage showed Fani Willis *and her lover Nathan Wade* walking up to the scene as officers arrested her daughter.

So they’re still together? Because Fani Willis testified under oath that her relationship with Nathan Wade had ended.
Fani Willis had an illicit affair with Nathan Wade, the top prosecutor she hired to hunt down Trump.
In February 2024 Fani Willis testified under oath that her

ago.

In March Georgia Judge Scott McAfee ruled that crooked and dishonest Fani Willis will be allowed to remain on the Trump case.
Judge McAfee however did force Fani’s lover Nathan Wade to be removed
from the case. Wade and Willis committed the same crime of perjury
during their testimony. The conflicted Judge did not have the guts to
follow the law and do the right thing and disqualify both of the
lovebirds.
In March Judge McAfee quashed 6 counts in Fani Willis’ indictment – including 3 counts against President Trump.
This is the latest blow to Fani Willis after a Georgia Appeals Court pushed her RICO lawfare case against Trump past the election.

Kabul Airport during the disastrous and humiliating US withdrawal from
Afghanistan.
President Trump on Monday honored the 13 US service members who lost
their lives three years ago outside the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan at
the hands of a suicide bomber.
Since Kamala Harris has absolutely NOTHING to run on from her record
and is not capable of sitting for an interview without sounding
ridiculous – the mainstream liberal media has been attacking President
Trump all week for attending a commemoration ceremony with Gold Star
families at Arlington Cemetery earlier in the week.
President Trump was invited by the Gold Star families of US
servicemen and women whose sons and daughters were blown up at Abbey
Gate near the Kabul Airport on August 26, 2021.
The three-year anniversary of the horrific attack was on Monday.

Trump unjustly and ignoring Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s role in the
bombing, Kristen Welker lied and pretended that Kamala Harris also
attended the ceremony.

These families, Gold Star families, whose children died because of Joe

when I spoke to Kelly Barnet and Darren Hoover, the parents of Taylor
Hoover, who has Arkansas ties, they don’t get to go to the beach on
Labor Day.
They don’t get to have barbecues. This is their one chance to have a
memory of their children to commemorate their service and to honor their
sacrifice.
They wanted President Trump there. They wanted to take those photos.
You know who the families also invited? Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Where were they? Joe Biden was sitting at a beach. Kamala Harris was
sitting at her mansion in Washington, D.C. She was 4 miles away, 10

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Joint Chief Chairman Mark Milley, and CentCom Commander General Kenneth McKenzie all knew about the Kabul Airport terrorist bomber at the Abbey Gate hours in advance.
The top US military leaders knew that the Abbey Gate Soldiers were at the greatest risk.
Commanders calling in from Kabul relayed that the Abbey Gate, where
American citizens had been told to gather to gain entrance to the
airport, was “highest risk” and detailed their plans to protect it.
13 US servicemen and women were killed in the attack.
Previously, American heroes confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that US
brass knew the suicide bomber was in the area of the Kabul Airport but
military brass would not let them take him out.
US Marine sniper later testified that this was true. He was not allowed to take out the bomber.
Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, a U.S. Marine Corps sniper who served in
Afghanistan during the surrender to the Taliban forces, testified before
Congress earlier this year. Vargas told Congress that he was denied
permission to shoot the suicide bomber in Afghanistan that killed 13 service members and over 170 civilians.
Joe Biden allowed the Islamic bomber Abdul Reham al Logari to escape
from Bagram Air Base prison after Biden abandoned the base in the middle
of the night.
Abdul Rehman was incarcerated at the Bagram prison for the past four years until he was set free by the Taliban terrorists.
“He didn’t take campaign photos there. These families — Gold Star
families — whose children died due to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s
incompetence, invited him to the cemetery, and they asked him to take

featuring several Gold Star families who have long stood by President
Trump.
These families, who lost their loved ones in the tragic Kabul Airport
bombing during the Biden-Harris administration’s botched withdrawal
from Afghanistan, accuse Harris of blatant disregard for military
families and their sacrifices.
On Saturday, the Trump campaign released eight videos from the Gold
Star families blasting Kamala, which has rapidly gained traction on
social media.

The release of the video comes after the fake news media focused its
attention on criticizing Trump for taking photos at Arlington National
Cemetery, accusing him of using sacred ground for a political stunt.
The U.S. Army also condemned Trump for the so-called ‘photo op,’
while conveniently ignoring the role that President Biden’s decisions
played in the deaths of these 13 service members.
Today, the Gold Star families released a joint statement and
heartfelt video messages directly responding to Kamala Harris' recent
statements attacking President Trump. The families expressed their
outrage, stating:
"We, the families of the brave service members who
were tragically killed in the Abbey Gate bombing, are appalled by Vice
President Kamala Harris' recent attempts to politicize President Trump's
visit to Arlington National Cemetery. President Trump was invited by
us, the Gold Star families, to attend the solemn ceremonies
commemorating the three-year anniversary of our children's deaths. He
was there to honor their sacrifice, yet Vice President Harris has
disgracefully twisted this sacred moment into a political ploy."
The statement continues, placing the blame for their children’s
deaths squarely on the shoulders of Harris and her administration:
"Vice President Harris bears responsibility for the
deaths of our sons and daughters. Her administration's catastrophic
mishandling of the Afghanistan withdrawal directly led to the murder of
13 service members, including our children. Despite our multiple
requests for a meeting to discuss the loss of our loved ones, Vice

empathy and accountability. This refusal to face the consequences of her

President Trump responded to the families’ statement, expressing his

condemn Joe Biden for taking photos in Arlington in 2010. Maybe the US
Army should focus on winning wars?

The Army blamed President Trump’s camp for breaking the rules by taking a photo in Arlington Cemetery.

Arlington National Cemetery routinely hosts public wreath
laying ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier for individuals and
groups who submit requests in advance. ANC conducts nearly 3,000 such
public ceremonies a year without incident.
Participants in the August 26th ceremony and the
subsequent Section 60 visit were made aware of federal laws, Army
regulations and DoD policies, which clearly prohibit political
activities on cemetery grounds. An ANC employee who attempted to ensure
adherence to these rules was abruptly pushed aside. Consistent with the
decorum expected at ANC, this employee acted with professionalism and
avoided further disruption. The incident was reported to the JBM-HH
police department, but the employee subsequently decided not to press
charges. Therefore, the Army considers this matter closed.
This incident was unfortunate, and it is also unfortunate
that the ANC employee and her professionalism has been unfairly
attacked. ANC is a national shrine to the honored dead of the Armed
Forces, and its dedicated staff will continue to ensure public
ceremonies are conducted with the dignity and respect the nation’s
fallen deserve.

The US Army had no problem with Joe Biden taking photos in Arlington in the past.
