During her bizarre appearance at the Democratic National Convention in September, many Americans got their first up-close and personal experience with the VP candidate’s wife.
Mrs. Walz bobbed and weaved with crazy eyes blazing.
On Wednesday, in an absolutely cringe-inducing moment during a recent
campaign stop in Beloit, Wisconsin, she broke into the fight song for
Mankato West High School Scarlets, a school located in Minnesota.
It is unclear why she was singing the fight song for a school in
another state, set to the music of the Marine Corps Hymn, while
Americans in multiple states across the South are fighting for survival
after Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
The small crowd let out a few nervous giggles at the bizarre spectacle before clapping awkwardly.
When the scarlet team comes on the field, we will all stand up and cheer.
To the other team, we’ll never yield, and we won’t forget we’re here.
We will fight for victory and win.

Kamala Harris committed heinous act during the Hurricane Helene
recovery efforts that combined the worst elements of narcissism and
evil, according to members of a highly respected rescue organization.
The Gateway Pundit has extensively reported
on the Harris-Biden regime’s deliberate neglect of the hundreds of
Hurricane Helene victims. They are not only cruelly refusing aid to
these primarily rural voters (who mostly oppose the regime) but are also
doling out billions of dollars to illegal aliens straight from FEMA’s
budget.
Adding insult to injury, the Harris-Biden regime is offering families who lost everything in the historic flood a measly $750 check
while the illegals cash in—the ultimate example of putting America
last. They are also demanding Congress pony up billions to FEMA and
seeking to make them the scapegoat if they fail to come through.
But their callousness seemingly goes even deeper. Volunteers Jonathan
Howard and Charlie Keebaugh, members of the non-profit group Aerial
Recovery, joined former Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan on his podcast Thursday to
detail their experiences with hurricane relief and what they witnessed
while on the scene. Aerial Recovery has been active in North Carolina
following Hurricane Helene.
According to its website,
Aerial Recovery trains and deploys humanitarian special operators to
respond to natural and man-made disasters and combat sex trafficking. It
is made up of veterans and first responders.
During the second half of the interview, Howard stated that sources
told him that Harris ordered the North Carolina National Guard to load a
C-17 full of supplies just so she could have a photo-op. More
infuriatingly, she did this, knowing full well the life-saving supplies
would never reach the victims.
Ryan could not believe what he was hearing and asked him to repeat the allegation, which Howard did.

HOWARD: From that video, I started getting a lot of messages from actual aircraft commanders like Squadron commanders.
I had a squadron commander from North Carolina reach out to me. They
had to load a C17 full of supplies just to take a photo op for Kamala.
And they never sent the bird (plane). They loaded an entire C-17 full
of supplies for the hurricane victims just for Kamala to go there…That
was a North Carolina National Guard unit 06 that reached out to me.
They did a photo op with the intention of never sending aid. It was just a photo op.

Here is a reminder on how Barack Obama was caught spying on Trump from our earlier reporting.
The Gateway Pundit was the first to report back in 2018 that the Deep
State was using foreigners to spy on then-candidate Trump in 2015.
President Trump tweeted our report by Joe Hoft the following day and the
fake news mainstream media immediately attacked him for promoting what
they called a “conspiracy theory.”
We later discovered more evidence in 2020 that we were 100% correct in our initial reporting.
Joe Hoft reported on this development at the time. In June of 2018 The Gateway Pundit posted an article
identifying unredacted words in previously redacted texts between
corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, two individuals supposedly
having an affair and key players at the top of the FBI involved in
spying on candidate and then President Trump.
The discovery came from an individual on Twitter who was later
removed from the platform, named Nick Falco, who identified a word
uncovered in a Senate text that the corrupt DOJ previously redacted.
In our 2018 post, we noted that hidden in the information released by
the Senate at that time were unredacted Strzok–Page texts that revealed
that the FBI initiated actions to insert multiple spies in the Trump
campaign in December 2015.
According to far left LA Times, Comey stated in March of 2017 under oath that the FBI investigation into the Trump – Russia scandal started in July 2016.
We knew then without a doubt that Comey lied about this.

Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit provided additional information showing that Obama’s spy, Stefan Halper, was awarded a contract in September of 2015.
We also pointed out that the problem with Obama spying on Trump before July 2016 is that it was against FBI rules and contradicted public statements:

longstanding bureau rules governing the use of sources while working
under then-director Robert Mueller. These rules prohibit the FBI
from directing a human source to perform espionage on an American until

Brock sees oddities in how the Russia case began. “These types of investigations aren’t normally run by assistant directors and deputy directors at headquarters,” he told me. “All that happens normally in a field office, but that isn’t the case here and so it becomes a red flag.Congress would have legitimate oversight interests in the conditions and timing of the targeting of a confidential human source against a U.S. person.” -The Hill
The problem with Comey lying about the start date of the Trump counterintelligence campaign before Congress is that it is against the law.

US Intelligence and the Justice Department, including the FBI, were indeed spying on candidate Trump in 2015.
We now know, for instance, that corrupt DOJ attorney and number four
at the DOJ, Bruce Ohr, set aside time to meet with Christopher Steele in
his calendar in early October of 2015.
Steele is the alleged author of the fake Steele dossier used to obtain a
FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, transition team and
Presidency. Ohr’s calendar shows this meeting :

Fast forward to today – Investigative reporter Michael Shellenberger
reported on Monday night that the CIA had foreign spy agencies spy on
candidate Donald Trump including 26 members of his campaign.

CIA Had Foreign Allies Spy On Trump Team, Triggering Russia Collusion Hoax, Sources Say
United States Intelligence Community targeted 26 Trump advisors for foreign spy agencies to “reverse target” and “bump”

Last year, John Durham, a special prosecutor for the Department of
Justice (DOJ), concluded that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
should never have opened its investigation of alleged collusion by
then-presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and Russia in late July of
2016.
Now, multiple credible sources tell Public and Racket that the United
States Intelligence Community (IC), including the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA), illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to
target Trump advisors long before the summer of 2016.
The new information fills many gaps in our understanding of the
Russia collusion hoax and is supported by testimony already in the
public record.
Until now, the official story has been that the FBI’s investigation
began after Australian intelligence officials told US officials that a
Trump aide had boasted to an Australian diplomat that Russia had damning
material about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
In truth, the US IC asked the “Five Eyes” intelligence alliance to
surveil Trump’s associates and share the intelligence they acquired with
US agencies, say sources close to a House Permanent Select Committee on
Intelligence (HSPCI) investigation. The Five Eyes nations are the US,
UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
After Public and Racket had been told that President Barack Obama’s
CIA Director, John Brennan, had identified 26 Trump associates for the
Five Eyes to target, a source confirmed that the IC had “identified
[them] as people to ‘bump,’ or make contact with or manipulate. They
were targets of our own IC and law enforcement — targets for collection
and misinformation.”
Unknown details about the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign
and raw intelligence related to the IC’s surveillance of the Trump
campaign are in a 10-inch binder that Trump ordered to be declassified
at the very end of his term, sources told Public and Racket.
If the top-secret documents exist proving these charges, they are
potentially proof that multiple US intelligence officials broke laws
against spying and election interference.
CNN, Politico, The Guardian, and others reported in 2017 that the
British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), the UK’s
equivalent of the National Security Agency (NSA), was the “principal
whistleblower” in the investigation into the alleged ties between Trump
and the Russian government.
“GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious ‘interactions’
between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian
agents, a source close to UK intelligence” wrote a team of reporters for
The Guardian in April 2017.
This intelligence sharing was supposedly just the result of
“incidental collection.” Reported The Guardian, “It is understood that
GCHQ was at no point carrying out a targeted operation against Trump or
his team or proactively seeking information. The alleged conversations
were picked up by chance as part of routine surveillance of Russian
intelligence assets.”
But now, sources say the GCHQ’s version of events is false. Instead,
the US IC asked its foreign allies to target 26 members of Trump’s team,
possibly to justify the FBI’s investigation.
“They were making contacts and bumping Trump people going back to
March 2016,” a source close to the investigation said. “They were
sending people around the UK, Australia, Italy — the Mossad in Italy.
The MI6 was working at an intelligence school they had set up.”
The IC, a source said, considered the 26 Trump campaign people
identified to “bump” or “reverse target,” or manipulate through
confidential human sources (CHSs), to be easy marks because of their
relative inexperience.
Doing so was illegal, both because US law prohibits such intelligence
gathering unless authorized by a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
(FISA) warrant and because the weaponization of the IC for political
purposes constitutes election interference.
Brennan, former President Barack Obama, under whom he served, and the
CIA did not respond to requests by Public and Racket for comment. The
Justice Department also declined to comment. But, the FBI and GCHQ did
respond.
“The allegations that GCHQ was asked to conduct ‘wire tapping’
against the then president-elect are nonsense,” said a GCHQ
spokesperson. “They are utterly ridiculous and should be ignored.”
However, in our email presenting the claims to GCHQ, we did not refer
to “wiretapping” but rather to its UK spy agency’s broader alleged
involvement in the scheme.
Said the FBI, “The conduct in 2016 and 2017 that [Justice Department]
Special Counsel [John] Durham examined was the reason that current FBI
leadership already implemented dozens of corrective actions, which have
now been in place for some time. Had those reforms been in place in
2016, the missteps identified in the report could have been prevented.”
But the new information provided by our sources should significantly
alter the public’s understanding of how the US IC, including the FBI and
CIA, began their illegal investigation into the Trump campaign’s
alleged collusion with Russia…

Democrat NY Gov. David Paterson and His Stepson Being Assaulted in
Manhattan by at Least 5 People, Including Two Minors

Democrats are now reaping what they’ve sown by turning New York into a crime-ridden city.
Former New York Governor David Paterson, a Democrat, was left bruised
and shaken after being assaulted with his stepson on Manhattan’s Upper
East Side.
The two were brutally assaulted by at least five individuals, including two boys as young as 12 and 13.
The incident took place Friday evening around 8:30 p.m. as the
70-year-old legally blind former governor and his 20-year-old stepson
were out walking the family dog.
David Paterson and his stepson, Anthony Sliwa, were violently assaulted in Manhattan by a gang
They were approached and attacked by a group of teenagers and two
adults in what has been described as a premeditated assault following a
confrontation that occurred just 45 minutes earlier, according to NBC New York.

The incident began earlier that evening when Sliwa noticed a group of
teens attempting to scale a fire escape—a common tactic for vandals and
burglars targeting Manhattan buildings.
But later, when he and Paterson crossed paths with the group again.

According to Paterson, the group of teens brought in adult
“reinforcements” for the later confrontation, with one woman throwing
the first punches.
Video footage, now circulating widely, captures the brutal assault
that left both Paterson and Sliwa hospitalized with facial injuries and

The two minors, aged 12 and 13, were arrested on Saturday and charged
with gang assault, while two adults, 40-year-old Travor Nurse and
34-year-old Diamond Minter, both of whom are employees of the New York
City Housing Authority, were charged with gang assault as well. Nurse
faces an additional charge of second-degree assault against a victim
over 65 years old, according to NBC New York.

Kamala Harris is so lost and confused that she needs help completing a
simple briefing with the assistance of her handlers. Even worse, she
cannot keep it a secret anymore.
As NBC News reported,
Harris and her boss Joe Biden took part in a briefing on Wednesday
regarding preparations for Hurricane Milton as it bears down on Florida
and updates on recovery efforts from the deleterious impacts of
Hurricane Helene.
As TGP readers know,
Milton is expected to bring widespread destruction to the western side
of Florida, particularly the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas. Those who do
not flee these areas are essentially signing their own death certificates.
But when Ken Graham, the director of the National Weather Service,
began speaking about the horrifying damage Milton would leave, Harris
got distracted. She heard an aide feeding her questions and was seen
dressing down the person.
Worse, Harris forgot to mute her mic, allowing all of America to hear what she was saying.
“It’s a live broadcast!” she snapped.
The Trump campaign managed to capture the exact moment her little episode occurred.
One should not be shocked by this display of glaring incompetence considering Harris got destroyed by
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after he rightfully refused to take her
call, knowing she was looking to score political points.
Imagine if this happened at a press conference with foreign leaders.
Do you think adversarial nations like Russia and China would not seek to
use this against the United States?
This is just the latest example demonstrating that America and the

ON FOX – The University of Virginia appears to have changed the website
description of a mentoring program for BIPOC students after a civil
rights complaint was filed with the U.S. Department of Education.
A federal civil rights complaint filed by the Equal Protection Project
(EPP) on October 1 accused the University of Virginia of "creating,
sponsoring and promoting a racially discriminatory program called the
BIPOC Alumni-Student Mentoring Program" by excluding White students from
the program designed to help classmates who fall into the "Black,
Indigenous and People of Color" category.
The complaint noted
that the program’s goal is to "improve BIPOC undergraduates’ program
experiences, career opportunities, and retention through pairing these
learners with alumni mentors," but the EPP feels such initiatives should
benefit all students.
The
EPP’s guiding principle is that there is "no ‘good’ form of racism,"

"The
BIPOC Mentoring Program violates Title VI because it conditions
eligibility for participation on a student’s race, ethnicity and skin
color. And, because UVA is a public university, its creation,
sponsorship, promotion and hosting of this discriminatory program also
violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment," the
complaint, which has been obtained by Fox News Digital, stated.
The
EPP requested the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights to
investigate UVA’s "role in creating, promoting and administering this
program and to impose whatever remedial relief is necessary to hold it
accountable for that unlawful conduct," noting that "fines, initiating
administrative proceedings to suspend or terminate federal financial
assistance and referring the case to the Department of Justice for
judicial proceedings to enforce the rights of the United States under
federal law" should be on the table.
The program is "made
possible by the generosity of the UVA Parents Program and is overseen by
EHD's Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI)" according to
its website. Shortly after the complaint was filed, the EPP noticed
changes to the BIPOC Alumni-Student Mentoring Program’s website.
The
school’s website said the BIPOC Alumni-Student Mentoring Program was
seeking "up to 25 BIPOC undergraduates" as recently as October 2,
according to the Internet Archives Wayback Machine.
It has since been edited to declare the program is seeking "up to 25 undergraduates" and notes the "program was created with BIPOC students in mind."

"The wording change by UVA so soon after our complaint is a tacit admission of wrongdoing," Jacobson told Fox News Digital.
"These
wording changes, however, do not fully solve the problem because UVA
still signals that the program was 'created with BIPOC students in
mind.' That is a dog whistle that only BIPOC students are encouraged to
apply and that non-BIPOC -- i.e. White -- students are not welcome,"
Jacobson continued. "UVA needs to make the program fully open and
welcoming to all students without regard to race rather than playing
word games."
The EPP’s guiding principle is that there is "no ‘good’ form of racism," and that the "remedy for racism never is more racism," according to its website.
A
University of Virginia spokesperson said the school hadn't yet received
the complaint and couldn't specifically comment, but pointed Fox News
Digital to the school’s position on discrimination.

DOJ Arrests Afghan Refugee
and ISIS Supporter for Conspiring to Conduct Election Day Attack –
Arrived with Tens of Thousands of Unvetted Afghans During Joe Biden’s
Botched Withdrawal from Afghanistan

DOJ arrested Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi on Tuesday for plotting an Election

The Merrick Garland Department of Justice arrested Afghan refugee
Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi from Oklahoma City for conspiring to conduct an
Election Day attack in November.
As reported earlier, Tawhedi planned the attack on behalf of ISIS.
According to the DOJ:
Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 27, conspired and attempted to
provide material support to ISIS and obtained firearms and ammunition to
conduct a violent attack on U.S. soil in the name of ISIS.
As part of the plot, the defendant allegedly took steps to liquidate
his family’s assets, resettle members of his family overseas, acquire
AK-47 assault rifles and ammunition, and commit a terrorist attack in
the United States.
“As charged, the Justice Department foiled the defendant’s plot to
acquire semi-automatic weapons and commit a violent attack in the name
of ISIS on U.S. soil on Election Day,” said Attorney General Merrick B.
Garland.
“We will continue to combat the ongoing threat that ISIS and its
supporters pose to America’s national security, and we will identify,
investigate, and prosecute the individuals who seek to terrorize the
American people.
The FBI set him up.
While liquidating their family’s assets prior to the
attack, Tawhedi and his co-conspirator, who is a juvenile, advertised
the sale of the family’s personal property on Facebook.
At the FBI’s direction, a confidential human source responded to
inquire if a computer was still for sale. The FBI source noted that he
needed the computer for a new gun business he was starting, which
ultimately led Tawhedi and the juvenile to meet with the source and
other FBI assets at a rural location to test firearms. Tawhedi expressed
interest in purchasing two AK-47 assault rifles, magazines, and
ammunition from the source.
According to the criminal complaint, on Oct. 7, Tawhedi and the
juvenile met with the FBI assets at a rural location in the Western
District of Oklahoma and purchased, received, and took possession of two
AK-47 assault rifles, ten magazines, and 500 rounds of ammunition.
Upon receipt of the rifles and ammunition, Tawhedi and the juvenile were arrested.
Tawhedi entered the US on September 9, 2021, as one of Joe Biden’s unvetted refugees from Afghanistan.
The Gateway Pundit reported back in early September 2021 that the
Biden Administration filled planes with unvetted Afghan refugees.
According to men on the ground, those Afghans with papers were left
behind. The Taliban was reportedly put in charge of the vetting.
An IG report in September 2022 revealed that the Afghan refugees were not vetted before the Biden regime brought them to the US.

Inspector General reveals a number of dangerous Afghans were not
properly vetted by the U.S. government before being frantically
evacuated from Kabul to the United States in August 2021.
"CBP [Customs and Border Protection] did not always have critical
data to properly screen, vet, or inspect Afghan evacuees arriving as
part of OAR/OAW. We determined some of the information used to vet
evacuees through U.S. Government databases, such as name, DOB,
identification number, and travel document data, was inaccurate,
incomplete, or missing," the investigation found. "CBP admitted or
paroled evacuees who were not fully vetted into the United States. We
attribute the challenges to DHS not having: (1) a list of Afghan
evacuees who were unable to provide sufficient identification documents;
(2) a contingency plan to support similar emergency situations; and (3)
standardized policies. As a result, DHS paroled at least two
individuals into the United States who posed a risk to national security
and the safety of local communities and may have admitted or paroled
more individuals of concern."
Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi was one of the millions of foreigners Joe Biden
brought into the country unvetted. Many of the illegal migrants entering
the US do not have any identification papers.

Unhinged Ecuadorian man arrested on Sunday after he brutally assaulted a one-year-old girl.
An Ecuadorian man was arrested in Barcelona after brutally assaulting a one-year-old girl in front of her parents.
The shocking act was caught on video allegedly by a relative of the
family, who began recording when the man first started intimidating the
group.
The family, French tourists with a young child, were enjoying a
Sunday afternoon in Montjuïc Park when they encountered the unprovoked
aggression.
In the video, the man is seen yelling at the parents and hurling
threats in Spanish, warning, “Or I’ll kill your daughter right now,”
according to Spanish news media.
Moments later, he delivered a vicious slap to the innocent baby, leaving her screaming in pain.
In response, the baby’s father swiftly picked her up and moved away,
appearing unsure of the situation due to the language barrier but keenly
aware of the risk.
Meanwhile, the woman recording the incident could be heard pleading
with the man to leave, calling out, “Are you crazy? Go away!”
After striking the child, the man continued to hurl insults, pounding
his chest in a display of intimidation. Shockingly, after his threats
and actions, the attacker walked away without remorse, muttering
profanities.
The assailant was soon arrested by local law enforcement, the Mossos
d’Esquadra, following reports that he had already assaulted three other
individuals that day, including a 60-year-old man left with cuts and
bruises across his face and body, according to the Daily Mail.
Authorities identified the attacker using the video footage and witness accounts, leading to his arrest.

Kamala Harris’s low polling on the economy, MSNBC host and NBC News
Chief Washington Correspondent Andrea Mitchell now admits Harris has a
problem with men.
On Sunday’s “Meet the Press,” Mitchell said Harris has to “double
down” on doing serious interviews because she is not polling well with
male voters.
Mitchell said, “They have to double down on doing more interviews and
serious interviews because what I’m hearing from Democratic and
Republican business people and a lot of men.”
“She has such a big problem with men. I think there’s an undercount
of the Trump vote. I think there’s misogyny in all of this, black and
white men, big problem.”
“Also, in the business world, they don’t think she is serious. They
don’t think she’s a heavyweight. A lot of this is gender, but she’s got
to be more specific about her economic plans.”
Host Kristen Welker added, “To Andrea’s point, the gender divide is
just so significant. You see the extent to which Harris is winning with
women and that Trump is winning with men.”
Perhaps Harris should consider outlets more serious than “Call Her Daddy.”
RNC Sues Fulton County
Elections Director for Refusing to Hire Republican Poll Workers — Only
15 Republicans Hired Out of More than 800 Election Staff

Williams, the Director of Fulton County Department of Registration
& Elections, allegedly excluded qualified Republican poll workers
from the hiring process for the upcoming November 2024 election.
The Republican National Committee (RNC), along with the Georgia
Republican Party and the Fulton County Republican Party, has filed a
lawsuit against Nadine Williams, the Director of Fulton County
Department of Registration & Elections.
The lawsuit alleges that Williams intentionally excluded qualified
Republican poll workers from the hiring process for the upcoming
November 2024 election, hiring only 15 Republicans out of 804 total
election staff.
The lawsuit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, seeks an
emergency writ of mandamus, demanding Williams immediately appoint the
Republican poll workers that were submitted for consideration.
Under Georgia law, political parties are entitled to submit lists of
qualified individuals to serve as poll workers, and election officials
are required to ensure balanced representation from both parties at
polling places.
However, according to the lawsuit, the RNC and its affiliates claim
that Williams has outright ignored their lists, violating the state law
meant to ensure fair elections.
Out of 62 qualified Republicans submitted to work on election day,
only 6 were hired. Similarly, of the 45 Republicans who applied for
early voting positions, a mere 9 were selected.
According to the filing reviewed by The Gateway Pundit:
“As of the date of filing this Application
for Emergency Writ of Mandamus, RNC, GRP and Fulton GOP believe that a
total of 62 individuals on their list have applied with Defendant to
work on Election Day. However, Defendant has only hired 6 of these 62
qualified workers.
A large percentage of these 62 qualified
workers have never been contacted or have no idea of whether Defendant
Williams intends to issue an order of appointment.
Based upon information and belief, Defendant Williams has found
that 12 of the 62 individuals that are willing to work on Election Day
are qualified to work the elections. However, rather than issue an
appointment, Defendant Williams has put these qualified poll workers “on
reserve.”
Defendant Williams has ostensibly placed the RNC, GRP and Fulton
GOP’s list of qualified workers at the back of the line for Election Day
work.”
Meanwhile, Williams allegedly contracted external staffing agencies,
Dover Staffing, Inc. and Abacus Corporation, to fill hundreds of
positions—none of which prioritized the Republicans on the submitted
lists, according to the suit.
The contracts reportedly involve hiring 804 individuals—540 through
Dover Staffing, Inc. and an additional 264 through Abacus Corporation—to
assist in election management.
The plaintiffs allege that these actions represent a clear violation
of Georgia election law and undermine the fairness of the election
process.
The RNC claims that the exclusion of Republican poll workers from
such a significant portion of the election workforce is a deliberate
attempt to suppress conservative representation at the poll.
