Just when you think Democrats have achieved new lows in terms of
behavior, they manage to one-up themselves and double down on arrogance.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor previously reported,
Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer participated in a skit
mocking the sacred Catholic ritual of a priest giving the Holy Eucharist
to a parishioner at mass.
While portraying herself as a dominatrix, the Kamala Harris campaign
co-chair is seen wearing a Harris-Walz camo hat while standing over
far-left podcaster Liz Plank and feeding her a solitary Doritos chip,
supposedly Kamala’s favorite snack. The video was posted to Plank’s
Instagram page.
The video’s caption is about the CHIPS Act, a federal bill
subsidizing computer chip manufacturing in the U.S., signed into law by
Joe Biden in 2022. The caption reads as follows:
“If he won’t, Gretchen Whitmer will. Chips aren’t just delicious; the
CHIPS Act is a game-changer for U.S. tech and manufacturing, boosting
domestic production of semiconductors to reduce reliance on foreign
suppliers! Donald Trump would put that at risk.”
After receiving righteous backlash from some quarters, Whitmer released a statement insulting her critics’ intelligence:
Over 25 years in public service, I would never do
something to denigrate someone’s faith. I’ve used my platform to stand
up for people’s right to hold and practice their personal religious
beliefs.
My team has spoken to the Michigan Catholic Conference. What was
supposed to be a video about the importance of the CHIPS Act to Michigan
jobs, has been construed as something it was never intended to be, and I
apologize for that.
Translation: It is your fault that you are too unsophisticated to
realize I was trying to promote American jobs. But I ‘apologize’ anyway
if somebody was offended.
As Taylor notes,
the choice to mock the Holy Eucharist is not a coincidence. Whitmer
could have easily gone to a factory to showcase the supposed gains in
semiconductor production in America or sat down with Plank to discuss
the legislation while sharing a bag of Doritos.
But Whitmer deliberately chose to mock millions of Christians
worldwide with her disgusting stunt, knowing full well the liberal media
would let her get away with it because she’s a Democrat and Christians
are not a protected class.
No one should be fooled by her shameless statement suggesting otherwise.

Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have made a
penchant for chastising “hate speech” and “misinformation” on the
campaign trail this election season. While those words might not seem
like much to those less familiar with how our constitutional form of
government, and specifically the First Amendment, is supposed to work,
they are offensive to those of us who understand a thing or two about
the Constitution – particularly, the notable omission of a so-called
“hate speech” clause.
In truth, liberals like Kamala and Walz are merely playing with words
(and not particularly well) doing their best to not tell people what
they truly believe. However, Kamala and Walz are so incompetent that it
should be plainly obvious to any attentive listener of what they mean
by “hate speech”: they abhor – and, insidiously, think should be
unlawful –any criticism personally directed at them or their
woke policies. Kamala’s leftist ideology thrives in the dark; it cannot
sustain under the piercing bright light of truth. That is why the Left
– and the Democratic Party – is hellbent on silencing their critics,
especially Donald Trump, by any means necessary. The old adage is that
when the ballot fails, the bullet becomes the last option. So far, the
Left has managed to rig a presidential election and install a dummy
president, as well as twice attempt to kill Donald Trump. And yet,
despite the titanic forces of opposition against him, is as of this
writing now leading in every single one of the seven key battleground
states on Real Clear Politics (he only needs to win 3 or 4 to take the
electoral college).
The problem with establishing artificial barriers on speech – devised
not out of reason, but emotion – is that it limits the great
possibilities for a nation, economically, culturally, and
technologically, stymying progress and setting the country back decades,
if not centuries. “The closing of the American mind” is a real and
present danger, and it is readily manifested in the policies and persona
of Kamala Harris, who, in addition to being a diehard liberal,
certainly lacks the mental powers to fathom the ideas that spawned the
great innovations of our country’s past and are required to – in a
phrase – “build back better.” Part of this has to do with the
decades-long assault on speech, which only appeases the dregs of
society, who lack the reasoning faculties to contribute anything of
substance. By pandering to the lowest common denominator (which is the
only advantage of regulating free speech at all in modern societies), it
allows those less intellectually and naturally gifted to receive an
artificial leg up, because on an otherwise level platform, they would
easily be stampeded by their natural superiors.
But the downside of this, particularly over an extended period of
time, is that all of society ossifies – we become paralyzed in this
constant and false belief to cater to those who contribute, relatively
speaking, nothing meaningful to the collective good. In turn, those who
are the most gifted – the innovators, creative geniuses, and visionary
statesmen – are forced into playing along with this ridiculous charade.
The dregs of society manipulate mass opinion, and particularly
Christian sentimentality, by exploiting feelings of guilt or
self-righteous envy, admonishing those who do not invest everything in
the dregs in the vilest of terms – racist, bigot, xenophobe, homophobe.
The more gullible of the productive group are duped into believing
their pandering is moral or virtuous, when in fact it simply is
accommodating to the malignant dictates of communists, spiritual if not
actual, who should be spurned wholesale for the cancerous blight they
thrust onto the rest of us.
In the late nineteenth and early twentieth century – the period
leftist historians have labeled “gilded” even though it was truly a
golden age in American industrial and cultural prolificity– the
mentality of “survival of the fittest,” not “diversity, equity, and
inclusion” was the rule of the day. This led to untold innovation, from
the transcontinental railroad to the Empire State Building, springing
all sorts of titans of industry whose names – Rockefeller, Vanderbilt,
Carnegie – remain with us, in all their larger-than-life grandeur, to
this very day. Though latter day historians would have later
generations believe this was a most cruel and inhumane age, the factual
record begs to differ: it was an age of unparalleled philanthropy. It
was an age of grand investments – reflecting a grand confidence – in
America’s grand potential. The Chicago World’s Fair held in 1933, as
but one example, showcased America at its cultural apotheosis – the
culmination of centuries of Western scientific and artistic achievement
that catapulted both United States and world into the future.
Unfortunately, world war came, and subsequently periods of civil
unrest and cultural and moral rot. These events set back the mighty
optimism of the early part of the twentieth century by decades, if not
permanently. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are the atrophied, latter-day
expressions of the terminal decline that has steadily taken hold of the
American imagination, paralyzing its once robust and nonpareil powers of
creativity to a screeching (emphasis on “screech”) halt. Donald Trump
and Elon Musk, as the antitheses of that degenerative ideology,
represent what America can be again – unshackled (unburdened?) by the
Marxist tendencies, now incubated all throughout virtually every
institution in American society today.
What was responsible for the grand innovations of America’s past (and
with Trump, has the makings of a Second American Renaissance in the
twenty-first century) was the Constitution, perhaps the greatest
achievement in Western history. The Constitution’s sweeping allowances
on speech, assembly, and religious freedom – fortified by a robust and
incontrovertible right to bear arms – were not simply enigmatic pet
passions of a small group of elite men living in the Eighteenth Century,
they were — are — the necessary building blocks of
civilization itself. The results speak for themselves: after being put
into practice for nearly two and a half centuries, these building blocks
produced more innovation compressed within that compact period of time
than any other era in human history.
The foreigner has always been envious of American civilization (this
is why the illegal alien is Kamala’s most coveted constituent), because
America represented heights that no other people in history were able to
achieve on their own. Thus, although America has been generous to the
world, its generosity has always been contingent on a nonnegotiable
exclusivity: you cannot, in other words, outsource yourselves to the
world – culturally, economically, and demographically – and seek to
preserve your native heritage at the same time. This in large part
explains the dampening of the American spirit, the stifling of progress,
and the introduction of makeshift bureaucracies, which get larger and
larger by the day, that have all but displaced the innovative and
manufacturing prowess that once made America great.
Bureaucracy kills progress, it’s as simple as that. The spiritual
motives for large bureaucracies – Elon Musk, during his Butler remarks,
noted that more than two administrative (or “deep state”) agencies have
been created every year since the inception of the republic itself –
shares in common with the motives for squashing speech and trampling
over progress, overall. A “services economy” goes hand-in-hand with big
government; the impulse towards clericalism, the modus operandi of the
bureaucrat, over constructivism demarcates a supremely decadent society
in its final stages, where it is confronted with two choices:
restoration or total collapse. The United States is now at that point,
with Donald Trump representing the former, and the machinery supporting
Kamala Harris, the latter.
There is a reason red states like Florida and Texas have been,
especially in recent decades, wellsprings for American business, as once
vibrant blue-states, like New York and California, are bloodletting the
last of their great industries, almost by the day now. The states
without burdensome regulations simply do better — much better — than the
states that have them. The lawyers have overtaken the entrepreneurs and
innovators in the blue states, introducing more laws, more frivolous
regulations, that have rendered life in these states increasingly
inhospitable to those who prefer building, rather than leeching,
society. For his part, Musk has proposed what he called a “government
efficiency commission,” whose task it presumably would be to downsize
the scale of government, eliminating and consolidating unnecessary
industries where they can be identified, and returning power to the
states – and, by extension, to the people, from whom it has long been
robbed.
These sound like good ideas that any sensible American would get
around. Leftists often talk about reparations, but it is really
American people – legacy Americans, most of all – who deserve them for
being robbed over decades and decades by their government of
opportunities, from the right to build on one’s land whatever one
desires without the nanny state’s intervention to the right to send
their children to whatever schools they desire, without being asked. To
have stripped these fundamental rights away without the consent of the
governed (a requirement of our Constitution, if anyone still cares to
read it), amounts to a crime against humanity. This would be true no
matter what, but things get especially egregious when, all things
considered, those so-called equity-driven regulations have been entirely
a net-negative on society, with no appreciable upside whatsoever. They
are by and large the brainchild of uncreative and self-righteous minds —
a deadly combination. The bureaucrat, that most despicable kind of
bugman, is driven by “environmentalism” and “equity,” his worldly
counterfeits for religious dogma, both of which have zero basis in
reality or nature, and yet animate probably close to 95% of all modern
regulations.
If a regulation is based in “environmentalism” – or, in corporate
parlance, “ESG” – it is simply a codename for a life-denying philosophy,
one that deems climate change as an existential threat to human
existence, and one that perceives the human being as the enemy par excellence
in its war against reality itself. Correspondingly, if a regulation is
based in “equity” – or, in corporate parlance, “DEI” – it is simply a
codename for a type of institutionalized communism: an ideology that
seeks to level all natural distinctions between men, deeming “unfair”
the disparities that God and nature mandated. This is sophistry at its
finest – one that puts man, not God, as the center of the universe,
limited only by an insatiable ego that, when taken to its logical
conclusion, seeks to conquer reality itself. These regulations are only
made worse by the contingencies of our technological society, which
reify the sociopathic urge to surveil (which finds itself at an all-time
high in these sorry times) that much easier, empowering the faceless
bureaucrat in ways that our Founding Fathers would have readily
condemned as “despotic.”
A century ago, when lawmakers and judges adhered more rigorously to
the text of the Constitution itself – and did not deviate from the airy
bromides of communist ideology – America was an actual civilization.
Its exclusivity reflected the confidence this once great and mighty
nation had in its people and principles. These principles, much like
its people, were sober and pragmatic – they did not seek to
revolutionize society, or, heaven forbid, force equality and other
specious secular dogmas by law (let alone brute force). Instead,
equality and a general humanitarianism flourished because the government
respected the boundaries that existed, and was required, by nature.
Unsurprisingly, this yielded one of the most prolific civilizations ever
known to man. Kamala Harris incubates the envious impulses of the
foreigner who, because she could never achieve civilization remotely
comparable to what America achieved herself, is driven by a fanatical
appetite to destroy, destroy, and destroy. This is why no society that
has prostrated itself to the world, allowing swarms of foreign and
low-IQ migrants from faraway places, has endured any extended length of
time.
America’s Constitution enshrines and safeguards principles that must
be preserved through some degree of exclusivity, for that is the only
way our birthright can be perpetuated generation after generation.
Every Founding Father understood this; it is high time we, their
latter-day progeny, do as well. If not, we will forfeit this grand
experiment to the enemy, which Kamala Harris personifies, that
bureaucratic blight that is invariably the enemy of civilization and
true progress in every age.
Weird: Tim Walz’s Wife Breaks Out in Song During Campaign Stop (Video)

“Crazy Eyes” Gwen Walz is back on the campaign trail, acting weird again.
During her bizarre appearance at the Democratic National Convention in September, many Americans got their first up-close and personal experience with the VP candidate’s wife.
Mrs. Walz bobbed and weaved with crazy eyes blazing.
On Wednesday, in an absolutely cringe-inducing moment during a recent
campaign stop in Beloit, Wisconsin, she broke into the fight song for
Mankato West High School Scarlets, a school located in Minnesota.
It is unclear why she was singing the fight song for a school in
another state, set to the music of the Marine Corps Hymn, while
Americans in multiple states across the South are fighting for survival
after Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
The small crowd let out a few nervous giggles at the bizarre spectacle before clapping awkwardly.
When the scarlet team comes on the field, we will all stand up and cheer.
To the other team, we’ll never yield, and we won’t forget we’re here.
We will fight for victory and win.
We will conquer every.

Allege Kamala Harris Camp Ordered NC National Guard to Load Life-Saving
Supplies on Plane for Photo-Op with the Intent of Never Sending the Aid

Kamala Harris committed heinous act during the Hurricane Helene
recovery efforts that combined the worst elements of narcissism and
evil, according to members of a highly respected rescue organization.
The Gateway Pundit has extensively reported
on the Harris-Biden regime’s deliberate neglect of the hundreds of
Hurricane Helene victims. They are not only cruelly refusing aid to
these primarily rural voters (who mostly oppose the regime) but are also
doling out billions of dollars to illegal aliens straight from FEMA’s
budget.
Adding insult to injury, the Harris-Biden regime is offering families who lost everything in the historic flood a measly $750 check
while the illegals cash in—the ultimate example of putting America
last. They are also demanding Congress pony up billions to FEMA and
seeking to make them the scapegoat if they fail to come through.
But their callousness seemingly goes even deeper. Volunteers Jonathan
Howard and Charlie Keebaugh, members of the non-profit group Aerial
Recovery, joined former Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan on his podcast Thursday to
detail their experiences with hurricane relief and what they witnessed
while on the scene. Aerial Recovery has been active in North Carolina
following Hurricane Helene.
According to its website,
Aerial Recovery trains and deploys humanitarian special operators to
respond to natural and man-made disasters and combat sex trafficking. It
is made up of veterans and first responders.
During the second half of the interview, Howard stated that sources
told him that Harris ordered the North Carolina National Guard to load a
C-17 full of supplies just so she could have a photo-op. More
infuriatingly, she did this, knowing full well the life-saving supplies
would never reach the victims.
Ryan could not believe what he was hearing and asked him to repeat the allegation, which Howard did.

I had a squadron commander from North Carolina reach out to me. They
had to load a C17 full of supplies just to take a photo op for Kamala.
And they never sent the bird (plane). They loaded an entire C-17 full
of supplies for the hurricane victims just for Kamala to go there…That
was a North Carolina National Guard unit 06 that reached out to me.
They did a photo op with the intention of never sending aid. It was just a photo op.

Obama has a lot of nerve slandering President Trump. After all, it
was the Obama Administration that was caught spying on the Trump
Campaign, President-elect Trump, Trump’s family, and the Trump
administration
Here is a reminder on how Barack Obama was caught spying on Trump from our earlier reporting.
The Gateway Pundit was the first to report back in 2018 that the Deep
State was using foreigners to spy on then-candidate Trump in 2015.
President Trump tweeted our report by Joe Hoft the following day and the
fake news mainstream media immediately attacked him for promoting what
they called a “conspiracy theory.”
We later discovered more evidence in 2020 that we were 100% correct in our initial reporting.
Joe Hoft reported on this development at the time. In June of 2018 The Gateway Pundit posted an article
identifying unredacted words in previously redacted texts between
corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, two individuals supposedly
having an affair and key players at the top of the FBI involved in
spying on candidate and then President Trump.
The discovery came from an individual on Twitter who was later
removed from the platform, named Nick Falco, who identified a word
uncovered in a Senate text that the corrupt DOJ previously redacted.
In our 2018 post, we noted that hidden in the information released by
the Senate at that time were unredacted Strzok–Page texts that revealed
that the FBI initiated actions to insert multiple spies in the Trump
campaign in December 2015.
According to far left LA Times, Comey stated in March of 2017 under oath that the FBI investigation into the Trump – Russia scandal started in July 2016.
We knew then without a doubt that Comey lied about this.

Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit provided additional information showing that Obama’s spy, Stefan Halper, was awarded a contract in September of 2015.
We also pointed out that the problem with Obama spying on Trump before July 2016 is that it was against FBI rules and contradicted public statements:

Brock also has questions. Brock supervised an agency update to their
longstanding bureau rules governing the use of sources while working
under then-director Robert Mueller. These rules prohibit the FBI
from directing a human source to perform espionage on an American until
a formal investigation has been opened – paperwork and all.
Brock sees oddities in how the Russia case began. “These types of investigations aren’t normally run by assistant directors and deputy directors at headquarters,” he told me. “All that happens normally in a field office, but that isn’t the case here and so it becomes a red flag.Congress would have legitimate oversight interests in the conditions and timing of the targeting of a confidential human source against a U.S. person.” -The Hill
The problem with Comey lying about the start date of the Trump counterintelligence campaign before Congress is that it is against the law.
President Trump tweeted out a follow up to our post the next day undoubtedly referring to our report:

US Intelligence and the Justice Department, including the FBI, were indeed spying on candidate Trump in 2015.
We now know, for instance, that corrupt DOJ attorney and number four
at the DOJ, Bruce Ohr, set aside time to meet with Christopher Steele in
his calendar in early October of 2015.
Steele is the alleged author of the fake Steele dossier used to obtain a
FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, transition team and
Presidency. Ohr’s calendar shows this meeting :

reported on Monday night that the CIA had foreign spy agencies spy on
candidate Donald Trump including 26 members of his campaign.

United States Intelligence Community targeted 26 Trump advisors for foreign spy agencies to “reverse target” and “bump”

Last year, John Durham, a special prosecutor for the Department of
Justice (DOJ), concluded that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
should never have opened its investigation of alleged collusion by
then-presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and Russia in late July of
2016.
Now, multiple credible sources tell Public and Racket that the United
States Intelligence Community (IC), including the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA), illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to
target Trump advisors long before the summer of 2016.
The new information fills many gaps in our understanding of the
Russia collusion hoax and is supported by testimony already in the
public record.
Until now, the official story has been that the FBI’s investigation
began after Australian intelligence officials told US officials that a
Trump aide had boasted to an Australian diplomat that Russia had damning
material about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
In truth, the US IC asked the “Five Eyes” intelligence alliance to
surveil Trump’s associates and share the intelligence they acquired with
US agencies, say sources close to a House Permanent Select Committee on
Intelligence (HSPCI) investigation. The Five Eyes nations are the US,
UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
After Public and Racket had been told that President Barack Obama’s
CIA Director, John Brennan, had identified 26 Trump associates for the
Five Eyes to target, a source confirmed that the IC had “identified
[them] as people to ‘bump,’ or make contact with or manipulate. They
were targets of our own IC and law enforcement — targets for collection
and misinformation.”
Unknown details about the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign
and raw intelligence related to the IC’s surveillance of the Trump
campaign are in a 10-inch binder that Trump ordered to be declassified
at the very end of his term, sources told Public and Racket.
If the top-secret documents exist proving these charges, they are
potentially proof that multiple US intelligence officials broke laws
against spying and election interference.
CNN, Politico, The Guardian, and others reported in 2017 that the
British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), the UK’s
equivalent of the National Security Agency (NSA), was the “principal
whistleblower” in the investigation into the alleged ties between Trump
and the Russian government.
“GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious ‘interactions’
between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian
agents, a source close to UK intelligence” wrote a team of reporters for
The Guardian in April 2017.
This intelligence sharing was supposedly just the result of
“incidental collection.” Reported The Guardian, “It is understood that
GCHQ was at no point carrying out a targeted operation against Trump or
his team or proactively seeking information. The alleged conversations
were picked up by chance as part of routine surveillance of Russian
intelligence assets.”
But now, sources say the GCHQ’s version of events is false. Instead,
the US IC asked its foreign allies to target 26 members of Trump’s team,
possibly to justify the FBI’s investigation.
“They were making contacts and bumping Trump people going back to
March 2016,” a source close to the investigation said. “They were
sending people around the UK, Australia, Italy — the Mossad in Italy.
The MI6 was working at an intelligence school they had set up.”
The IC, a source said, considered the 26 Trump campaign people
identified to “bump” or “reverse target,” or manipulate through
confidential human sources (CHSs), to be easy marks because of their
relative inexperience.
Doing so was illegal, both because US law prohibits such intelligence
gathering unless authorized by a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
(FISA) warrant and because the weaponization of the IC for political
purposes constitutes election interference.
Brennan, former President Barack Obama, under whom he served, and the
CIA did not respond to requests by Public and Racket for comment. The
Justice Department also declined to comment. But, the FBI and GCHQ did
respond.
“The allegations that GCHQ was asked to conduct ‘wire tapping’
against the then president-elect are nonsense,” said a GCHQ
spokesperson. “They are utterly ridiculous and should be ignored.”
However, in our email presenting the claims to GCHQ, we did not refer
to “wiretapping” but rather to its UK spy agency’s broader alleged
involvement in the scheme.
Said the FBI, “The conduct in 2016 and 2017 that [Justice Department]
Special Counsel [John] Durham examined was the reason that current FBI
leadership already implemented dozens of corrective actions, which have
now been in place for some time. Had those reforms been in place in
2016, the missteps identified in the report could have been prevented.”
But the new information provided by our sources should significantly
alter the public’s understanding of how the US IC, including the FBI and
CIA, began their illegal investigation into the Trump campaign’s
alleged collusion with Russia…

Liz Plank, and feeding her a solitary Doritos corn chip.
Doritos are Kamala Harris’ favorite snack. The choice to mock the

The caption to the video is about the CHIPS Act, a federal bill subsidizing computer chip manufacturing in the U.S. signed into law by Joe Biden in 2022.

Democrats are now reaping what they’ve sown by turning New York into a crime-ridden city.
Former New York Governor David Paterson, a Democrat, was left bruised
and shaken after being assaulted with his stepson on Manhattan’s Upper
East Side.
The two were brutally assaulted by at least five individuals, including two boys as young as 12 and 13.
The incident took place Friday evening around 8:30 p.m. as the
70-year-old legally blind former governor and his 20-year-old stepson
were out walking the family dog.

They were approached and attacked by a group of teenagers and two
adults in what has been described as a premeditated assault following a
confrontation that occurred just 45 minutes earlier, according to NBC New York.

The incident began earlier that evening when Sliwa noticed a group of
teens attempting to scale a fire escape—a common tactic for vandals and
burglars targeting Manhattan buildings.
But later, when he and Paterson crossed paths with the group again.

According to Paterson, the group of teens brought in adult
“reinforcements” for the later confrontation, with one woman throwing
the first punches.
Video footage, now circulating widely, captures the brutal assault
that left both Paterson and Sliwa hospitalized with facial injuries and
other bruises.

The two minors, aged 12 and 13, were arrested on Saturday and charged
with gang assault, while two adults, 40-year-old Travor Nurse and
34-year-old Diamond Minter, both of whom are employees of the New York
City Housing Authority, were charged with gang assault as well. Nurse
faces an additional charge of second-degree assault against a victim
over 65 years old, according to NBC New York.

Kamala Harris is so lost and confused that she needs help completing a
simple briefing with the assistance of her handlers. Even worse, she
cannot keep it a secret anymore.
As NBC News reported,
Harris and her boss Joe Biden took part in a briefing on Wednesday
regarding preparations for Hurricane Milton as it bears down on Florida
and updates on recovery efforts from the deleterious impacts of
Hurricane Helene.
As TGP readers know,
Milton is expected to bring widespread destruction to the western side
of Florida, particularly the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas. Those who do
not flee these areas are essentially signing their own death certificates.
But when Ken Graham, the director of the National Weather Service,
began speaking about the horrifying damage Milton would leave, Harris
got distracted. She heard an aide feeding her questions and was seen
dressing down the person.
Worse, Harris forgot to mute her mic, allowing all of America to hear what she was saying.
“It’s a live broadcast!” she snapped.
The Trump campaign managed to capture the exact moment her little episode occurred.
One should not be shocked by this display of glaring incompetence considering Harris got destroyed by
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after he rightfully refused to take her
call, knowing she was looking to score political points.
Imagine if this happened at a press conference with foreign leaders.
Do you think adversarial nations like Russia and China would not seek to
use this against the United States?
This is just the latest example demonstrating that America and the
world will not be safe under a Kamala Harris regime. Voters need to act

University of Virginia hit with civil rights complaint, accused of racial discrimination against Whites

ON FOX – The University of Virginia appears to have changed the website
description of a mentoring program for BIPOC students after a civil
rights complaint was filed with the U.S. Department of Education.
A federal civil rights complaint filed by the Equal Protection Project
(EPP) on October 1 accused the University of Virginia of "creating,
sponsoring and promoting a racially discriminatory program called the
BIPOC Alumni-Student Mentoring Program" by excluding White students from
the program designed to help classmates who fall into the "Black,
Indigenous and People of Color" category.
The complaint noted
that the program’s goal is to "improve BIPOC undergraduates’ program
experiences, career opportunities, and retention through pairing these
learners with alumni mentors," but the EPP feels such initiatives should
benefit all students.

EPP’s guiding principle is that there is "no ‘good’ form of racism,"
and that the "remedy for racism never is more racism," according to its

"The
BIPOC Mentoring Program violates Title VI because it conditions
eligibility for participation on a student’s race, ethnicity and skin
color. And, because UVA is a public university, its creation,
sponsorship, promotion and hosting of this discriminatory program also
violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment," the
complaint, which has been obtained by Fox News Digital, stated.
The
EPP requested the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights to
investigate UVA’s "role in creating, promoting and administering this
program and to impose whatever remedial relief is necessary to hold it
accountable for that unlawful conduct," noting that "fines, initiating
administrative proceedings to suspend or terminate federal financial
assistance and referring the case to the Department of Justice for
judicial proceedings to enforce the rights of the United States under
federal law" should be on the table.
The program is "made
possible by the generosity of the UVA Parents Program and is overseen by
EHD's Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI)" according to
its website. Shortly after the complaint was filed, the EPP noticed
changes to the BIPOC Alumni-Student Mentoring Program’s website.
The
school’s website said the BIPOC Alumni-Student Mentoring Program was
seeking "up to 25 BIPOC undergraduates" as recently as October 2,
according to the Internet Archives Wayback Machine.
It has since been edited to declare the program is seeking "up to 25 undergraduates" and notes the "program was created with BIPOC students in mind."

treatment of all people without regard to race or ethnicity and feels
the change is both an "admission of wrongdoing" and simply not enough.

"These
wording changes, however, do not fully solve the problem because UVA

apply and that non-BIPOC -- i.e. White -- students are not welcome,"
Jacobson continued. "UVA needs to make the program fully open and
welcoming to all students without regard to race rather than playing
word games."
