tasked her with leading efforts to stem migration at the southern border
in 2021.
"Border czar" Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Houston, Texas,
choosing to attend a dinner for a convention for teachers rather than
visit the grieving parents of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was
raped and murdered, allegedly by two migrants.
Nungaray
was found strangled to death June 17. Authorities identified the
suspects as two Venezuelan nationals — Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 21,
and Franklin Jose Peña Ramos, 26.
Authorities previously confirmed the pair illegally entered the U.S. earlier this year.
Harris' visit to Houston came as the vice president began a whirlwind campaign tour after President Biden announced he would not seek re-election.

Harris began her trip by greeting local leaders to be briefed on the region’s recovery efforts from Hurricane Beryl and then attended the American Federation of Teachers' (AFT) annual convention.
"And I thank you also for your support over the years and for being the first union to endorse me this week," Harris said.

Harris'
address highlighted her campaign hot-button topics, which included key
parts of the Democratic Party platform, such as eliminating voter ID to
expand mail-in voting, banning assault rifles, protecting LGBTQ+ rights
and restoring national access to abortion.
"In this moment across our nation, we witness a full-on attack on hard-won, hard-fought freedoms," said Harris.
"In
this moment, we are in a fight for our most fundamental freedoms. And
to this room of leaders, I say bring it on. Bring it on. Bring it on."

Harris'
visit notably did not include a visit to Nungaray's grieving parents
who, since her death, have pleaded for a "safer country" and called for
heightened border security to prevent other families from suffering the
same fate.
"We have to stop burying our kids," Jocelyn's mother,
Alexis Nungaray, said tearfully on "Hannity." "This isn’t right. We have
to have more reinforcement when it comes to letting people in. This is
not OK."
Jocelyn's grandfather, Kelvin Alvarenga, turned his attention directly to lawmakers.
"Think about all these little angels that shouldn't have been taken away."

"I
would like the people that can make changes to our laws to just sit
back and reflect," Alvarenga said. "I don’t know if we can transmit the
pain that we’re having through cameras, but please sit back and reflect
and think of all these little angels that shouldn’t have been taken
away, and they have for the reason that we’re not doing what we need to,
screening these people."

"Screening these people" fell under Harris' charge as "border czar" for the Biden administration.
"Border czar" is an informal title widely granted to Harris in 2021 when Biden appointed her to handle the "root causes" of illegal immigration.
In July 2021, she introduced a five-point general strategy
to combat those "root causes" of illegal immigration. The plan did not
include specific policies, but instead called for "diplomacy, foreign
assistance, public diplomacy and sanctions" to "establish a fair,
orderly and humane immigration system."
The
document emphasized the "push" factors of migration, including natural
disasters in Central America, poverty, hunger, and gang violence, each
of which contributes to people leaving their homes in search of a better
life in America.
"In Central America, the root causes of
migration run deep — and migration from the region has a direct impact
on the United States," Harris said at the time. "For that reason, our
nation must consistently engage with the region to address the hardships
that cause people to leave Central America and come to our border."

The
Biden administration has pushed back against categorizing Harris as the
"border czar," saying the vice president was never formally given that
title.[Border
apprehensions] are down by 55%. Not because of Republicans and what
they did. It's because of what this president and this vice president
did," White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told Fox News'
Peter Doocy when pressed on Harris' title. "We are going to
debunk the false characterization of the vice president. She was not a
border czar. And it's not just us. Independent fact-checkers have said
the same thing — that that did not exist, and that is not true."

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott torched Harris' visit to Houston, saying she "couldn't trouble herself" to visit the southern border.
"Kamala
Harris flew to Houston for a political rally, but couldn't trouble
herself to go a few hundred miles more & see the damage she caused
to our border," Abbott wrote in a post on X.
"She refused to mention Jocelyn Nungaray who was recently killed by illegal immigrants in Houston."

Nungaray is among victims killed in migrant-related crime during the Biden administration.
In
July, Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis, a 21-year-old illegal immigrant
from Ecuador, allegedly murdered Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza at an Airbnb
property in Syracuse, New York.
The gruesome crime was reportedly carried out on the victim's 21st birthday.

February, 22-year-old Laken Riley was murdered when taking a run along
dirt trails on the University of Georgia campus in Athens.
Jose Antonio Ibarra,
a 26-year-old illegal migrant from Venezuela, is facing 10 counts
following the death of Riley. The 26-year-old recently pleaded not
guilty in the death of a college student.
Victor Martinez Hernandez, 23, was arrested in the murder of Rachel Morin.
In
August 2023, Maryland mother Rachel Morin was allegedly sexually
assaulted and murdered by Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, a
23-year-old illegal El Salvadorian migrant.
U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Fox News Digital that
Hernandez had attempted to enter the country illegally four times after
being accused of a similar murder in his native El Salvador.

The
ongoing border crisis is a top issue for voters ahead of the November
election. The Biden administration has pushed back against Republican
criticism, saying there has been a 50% drop in illegal immigrant crossings since Biden announced an executive order in June limiting crossings into the U.S.

Two New Polls Show Vast Majority Of Americans Believe Kamala Harris Lied About State of Joe Biden’s Health

Americans have consistently been lied to for years regarding the poor state of Joe Biden’s health.
Democrat politicians and their PR sycophants in the mainstream media
promised that dementia Joe was doing just fine up until the very moment
he stepped out of the Presidential race and the Democrat machine
anointed Kamala Harris.
Two new polls reveal that more than a vast majority of Americans
believe Harris was directly involved in covering up Biden’s declining
health and lying to the American people about it.
The Democracy Institute and Daily Express US
polled 1,200 likely voters and found that 62 percent of Americans think
Harris lied to the public about Biden’s deteriorating physical and
cognitive health.
Only 31 percent believe she did not.
A YouGov poll conducted for The Times surveyed 1,170 registered voters showed that 92 percent said Kamala was involved in covering up Biden’s deteriorating health, with 68 percent saying she had “a great deal” to do with hiding the truth.

previously reported, during the Olympic Games opening ceremony, a group
of provocatively dressed drag queens stood behind a long table,
appearing to recreate the Lord’s Supper.
During another part of the opening ceremony, a pale horse raced at full speed with a rider donning an Olympic cape.
The appearance of the pale horse resulted in hundreds of social media
users stating that it symbolized the pale horse spoken of in the Book
of Revelation in the Bible.
Revelation 6:8 reads, “And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And
its rider’s name was Death, and Hades followed him. And they were given
authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill twith sword and with
famine and with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth.”

appearing to allow a reenactment of the Lord’s Supper with drag queens
during the 2024 Olympics ceremony.
In the distasteful opening ceremony, a group of provocatively dressed
drag queens stood behind a long table, appearing to recreate the Lord’s
Supper.
A young child was also spotted in the performance standing next to the drag queens.

Ceremony in Paris and is having an issue with a group of drag queens

The Kansas City Chiefs kicker shared his opinion on social media
after a clip of a group of drag queens channeled the Last Supper during
the opening ceremony for the Olympics in Paris.
Recreating a runway to showcase the fashion Paris is known for, a
group of drag queens appeared on screen positioned similarly to how
Jesus and his Twelve Apostles are depicted in Leonardo da Vinci’s mural
painting.
Elon Musk also chimed in and posted on X, “This was extremely disrespectful to Christians.”

making it hard for many Americans to make ends meet, and monthly rents
are rising faster than wages, according to a new housing report from
Harvard University.
The Joint Centers for Housing Studies of Harvard University report was released in June.
The annual report says housing deals are hard to come by right now.

Daniel McCue, the senior researcher on the Harvard University Housing Report, says home prices are steep right now and there is not enough supply.
"Middle
and lower income renters are seeing a shortage. We've lost over 6
million low-rent units over the past 10 years," McCue said.
The lead author of the report said there are a lot of homeowners who can't afford to move right now even if they wanted to.
Rachel
Burkholder said she is looking for a new home in the Denver suburbs
because she wants to find a bigger space to fit her family. Burkholder,
who's a teacher, said she's been working an extra job to afford a new
home and that inflation has made it hard to save for a new home.
"It's
been daunting because, like everything else, it's going up," Burkholder
said. "I feel like everything that you purchase at the store now has
gone up substantially, so learning how to budget better has been a
challenge."
The report cites that higher interest rates and rising property taxes are partially to blame for the high housing costs.

Daryl Fairweather, the chief economist at Redfin, said housing costs are up in almost every part of the country.
"First
it was the south that was getting more expensive, we saw a boom and a
bust in places like Austin, but even the midwest and the northeast are
now seeing rapid price growth, in home prices and in rents," Fairweather
said.
More Americans are living in homes that stretch their budgets thin, the study said.

in 4 homeowners are spending more than the recommended "30 percent of
their income" on housing costs such as utilities and mortgage payments.
By comparison, paying rent to live in an apartment is even pricier.

Experts add that rental costs don't seem to be going down anytime soon. So, if you can afford it, now might be the time to buy.
"Going
into this, knowing that there's going to be some sacrifices we are

Burkholder said.

Journalist Who Criticized Aaron Rodgers for His Views on COVID-19 Vaccines ‘Dies Unexpectedly’ at 43

Matt Driscoll, a 43-year-old columnist and opinion editor for The News Tribune (TNT), died unexpectedly at his Tacoma home this Sunday.
Driscoll’s death was announced by his news network.
“We’ve lost a friend and beloved colleague, but Tacoma and Pierce
County have lost someone who never stopped caring,” said fellow TNT
writer Sean Robinson.
Washington Governor Jay Inslee (D-WA) also paid tribute to Driscoll on social media
“Tacoma still has the Rainiers and the Narrows Bridge, but our City
of Destiny has a hole in our hearts at the loss of Matt Driscoll. What a
big heart and an insightful pen he gave us. I miss him already,” wrote
Inslee.
Driscoll described himself as “the Johnny Appleseed of White Guilt”
and/or “the Perez Hilton of Pierce County” on his social media accounts,
according to My Northwest.
TNT senior reporter Shea Johnson remembered him as approachable and
down-to-earth. “He was obviously a force at The News Tribune — the face
of the TNT for many — but never acted like he was too cool to approach
for questions, advice or just office banter,” Johnson said.
Driscoll reportedly suffered an apparent medical emergency from which
he could not be revived. The official cause of death is yet to be
determined, according to TNT.
It was reported that he had received a COVID-19 vaccination.
In recent times, Driscoll had been vocal about NFL star Aaron
Rodgers’ controversial views on COVID-19 vaccines. He accused Rodgers of
engaging in “performance art” after the latter warned people about
potential side effects of mRNA vaccines.
According to popular X account, ‘Died Suddenly’, “Driscoll also
cheered the work of pro-vaxx troll Craig Egan in 2017, while he harassed
and bullied the Vaxxed movie tour, which compellingly presented the
story of parents whose children developed autism after receiving routine
shots after birth.”

In a heated discussion on the latest episode of his podcast,
content creator Anton Daniels confronted the troubling implications of
identity politics when a guest openly admitted she would vote for Vice
President Kamala Harris solely because she is a black woman.
During the episode, Paige of the Pressher Podcast said she’s voting
for Kamala, saying, “I’m going to just be real honest with this. She’s a
black woman.”
You could see the disappointment in the room when Paige said that she’s only voting Kamala because of identity politics.
The admission elicited an immediate reaction from Daniels, who
challenged her reasoning. “Is it only because she’s a black woman?” he
pressed.
Paige’s straightforward answer set the stage for a passionate
rebuttal from Daniels, who laid out a litany of criticisms against
Harris’s record. He pointed out the current state of the economy,
ongoing border crises, and the failed policies that have plagued major
cities across America because of Democrats.

Anton Daniels: Let me ask your question. Would you vote for [Kamala]?
Paige: Yeah.
Anton Daniels: Why?
Paige: I’m going to just be real honest with this. She’s a black woman.
Anton Daniels: Hold on. Is it only because she’s a black woman?
Paige: Yeah.
Anton Daniels: Do you not see how that’s a bad idea?
Paige: Elaborate.
Anton Daniels: Okay, so we’re in three proxy wars
with some of the most powerful leaders in the world. She failed at the
border, where we have an estimation of 15 to 20 million people illegally
entering this country. That is literally overtaking and bankrupting
Chicago to the tune of over $400 million per year, and they are in a
deficit.
Oakland is going out of business. San Francisco, ditto. California,
$65 billion deficit. New York, they’re literally cutting trash
collection, making them the rattiest, dirtiest city, and they’re using
resources for free health care and free hotels to the tune of $600 a
day. They’re literally taking over your schools, and your taxes are
going to fund a migrant crisis. She was supposed to be in charge of
this.
We have a failing economy. Every single day, I see people on the
internet talking about $30 an hour being the new minimum wage because
inflation is out of control. At one point, it was almost 10%, depending
on the city. She has no policy, no record to stand on.
One of the biggest things she did in her career was lock up more
black men than ever before. But we’re sitting here and voting her into
office on identity politics.
The very person she served under as Vice President of the United
States, she called him racist during a debate, which shows you how fake
she is. The only thing we can stand on from a policy perspective is
whether or not she’s black and a woman?
We did that during the Obama administration, and he didn’t do
anything for black people. As a matter of fact, you all complain because
the only group he really stood for was the alphabet community, and
that’s his landmark achievement.
So the only thing we have to stand on is identity politics. That
didn’t work with Tiffany Henyard in Dolton, Illinois. It didn’t work
with Karen Bass. It didn’t work with Lori Lightfoot in Chicago. It
didn’t work with Brandon Johnson, who took over her position in Chicago.
It didn’t work with Andre Dickens in Atlanta. It didn’t work with Eric
Adams in New York. It doesn’t work across the country. Every single
Democratic city is a hellhole. And we’re still talking about identity
politics?”
