When will this country be strong enough to make sure that CRIME does NOT pay?

The U. S is so soft on crime, why wouldn't everyone want to come here?

Better yet... why wouldn't they want to test the courts?

 

So many with 20-30 arrests and STILL ON THE STREETS. 

The courts are FULL OF COWARD JUDGES.... YEP... COWARDS.

...
