Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s own brother, Jeff Walz, has reportedly
considered joining forces with former President Donald Trump, publicly
criticizing his brother as “not the type of character you want making
decisions about your future.”
The discovery was made by conservative journalist Laura Loomer, who
uncovered Jeff Walz’s Facebook profile, which contains a series of posts
highly critical of both his brother and the current administration.

One post, dated May 2023—the same day the Biden-Harris administration
indicted Donald Trump in New York City—reads, “We’ve just become a
third world banana republic.”

When prompted by a follower to discuss these concerns with his
brother, Jeff revealed that he hasn’t spoken to Tim in eight years and
is “100% opposed to all his ideology.”

He further claimed that his family was blindsided by Tim’s political rise and denied security after being selected for office.
“Haven’t spoke to him in 8 years. I’m 100% opposed to all his
ideology. My family wasn’t given any notice thst he was selected and

Another comment encouraged Jeff Walz to “Help MAGA… Get on stage with President Trump and endorse him… Help save this country.”
Jeff’s response was equally telling: “I’ve thought hard about doing

According to Laura Loomer, “Tim Walz and Kamala Harris are such a bad

During a police act tribunal decision
on Wednesday, Toronto Police Service’s first black female
superintendent was handed a two-year demotion after she admitted to
helping black cops get promotions by cheating.
Last year, Clarke pleaded guilty to seven counts of professional
misconduct after she admitted to playing a primary role in the 2021
scandal, where she leaked confidential exam questions to six black
officers so that they could be awarded promotions that she believes they
wouldn’t otherwise be capable of earning, due to, you guessed it,
‘racism’.
“I felt at the time that (the six officers) did not have a fair
chance in this process and my own history and experience of racial
inequity compounded this feeling,” Clarke wrote in a police report,
referring to the cheating as “a desperate effort to level the playing
field.”
The former president of the Jamaican Canadian Association, Audrey
Campbell, made comments in support of Clarke, likening the corrupt
officer to a “freedom fighter”.
“You can talk about fairness of systems. You can talk about the
rules. No substantive change has ever been accomplished by following the
rules that the system made…” “One man’s criminal is another man’s
freedom fighter,” she said, minimizing the severity of Clarke’s corrupt
actions.
Tribunal adjudicator Robin McElary-Downer ultimately gave Clarke a
slap on the wrist by ruling that she only be demoted for two-years and
have to reapply for her position as superintendent while simultaneously
stating that Clarke showed a lack of honesty and integrity – values that
are essential to the role she once held.
“Honesty and integrity are non-negotiable character traits of a
police officer. Superintendent Clarke’s actions demonstrated both were
absent.” She said
When speaking to reporters outside the Toronto Police Headquarters,
Clarke stated that she was disappointed with the ruling and will be
taking time to figure out what she will do next.
Clarke has 30 days to appeal the ruling.
This scandal highlights a glaring issue in the current age of DEI and
Affirmative Action initiatives. When positions are filled not on the
basis of merit but on identity politics, we risk a generation of
leadership that does not possess the qualifications or capability to
foster trust in our institutions.

Rising Democrat Star Gov. Wes Moore Gets Exposed After Falsely Claiming to be Bronze Star Recipient

Maryland Democratic Governor Wes Moore has apologized for falsely
claiming to be a Bronze Star recipient on a White House fellowship
application.
In an exclusive report, The New York Times
reported when Moore was 27 years old and applying for a position in the
White House, he embellished his military service record by claiming he
was a recipient of the prestigious Bronze Star.
The New York Times obtained Moore’s application from the Freedom of Information Act.
In response to the report, Moore claimed he made “an honest mistake” in failing to correct the inaccuracies in his application.
Moore further stated, “While serving overseas with the Army, I was
encouraged to fill out an application for the White House Fellowship by
my deputy brigade commander. In fact, he helped me edit it before I sent
it in.”
“At the time, he had recommended me for the Bronze Star. He told me
to include the Bronze Star award on my application after confirming with
two other senior-level officers that they had also signed off on the
commendation,” added Moore.

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore said Thursday he made “an honest
mistake” in failing to correct a White House fellowship application 18
years ago when he wrote he had received a Bronze Star for his military
service in Afghanistan though he never ended up receiving it, after the
New York Times obtained a copy of the application and reported on it.
The newspaper, which obtained the document as part of a Freedom of
Information Act request, reported that Moore made the claim on the
application in 2006 when he was 27.
In a statement, the governor wrote that he had been encouraged to
fill out the application for the fellowship by his deputy brigade
commander serving overseas in the Army. At the time, Moore said the
deputy brigade commander had recommended him for the Bronze Star — and
told him to include the award on his application “after confirming with
two other senior-level officers that they had also signed off on the
commendation.”
Toward the end of his deployment, however, Moore said he was
disappointed to learn he had not received the Bronze Star. When he
returned home, Moore said he was “focused on helping my fellow veterans,
a mission I continue to advance as governor.”
The New York Times report comes weeks after Democratic Vice

The poll weighted its results 25 points for Democrats!

The poll was among 400 likely voters, has an average expected error of
4.9%, and was in the field between July 28, 2024 and August 28, 2024
with a median field date of August 12.
Please note that party affiliation in Michigan is based on estimated party affiliation (using state voter record and statistical modeling). In the swing state of Michigan, the
number of voters that are estimated to be Democrats among likely voters
(55%) far outweighs the number of voters that are estimated to be
Republicans among likely voters (30%). Estimated party affiliation is not a perfect measure of current leanings as evidenced by the fact that 21% of those deemed Democrats in our poll actually support the Republican candidate.
However, in states that do not include party affiliation in their voter

launched their investigation into GBI strategies – a far-left voter
registration company that was funded by Joe Biden and the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee.

On Tuesday, The Gateway Pundit broke a BLOCKBUSTER REPORT on 2020 voter fraud in Michigan.
The investigation had been buried by politicians, government investigators and the press.
On October 8, 2020, only one month before the 2020 general election,
Muskegon, MI City Clerk Ann Meisch noticed a black female, whose name
was later redacted from the police report,
dropping off between 8,000-10,000 completed voter registration
applications at the city clerk’s office. Clerk Meisch immediately
noticed that the stacks of registrations included the same handwriting,
non-existent addresses, and incorrect phone numbers.
The Muskegon Police Department was contacted and asked to
investigate. On 10/21/20 First Lieutenant Mike Anderson was contacted by
Tom Fabus, Chief of Investigations for Michigan Attorney General Dana
Nessel’s Office. According to the MI State Police report, Fabus asked
for Michigan State Police assistance with a joint investigation of
alleged voter fraud being conducted by the Muskegon Police Department
and the AG.
An investigative task force was formed, and an investigation was initiated.
During their investigation, the state police discovered the women worked for GBI Strategies. This was included in their police report.
The group had temporary offices in numerous Michigan locations. The
police also identified Gary Bell as the head of the organization.
When the police inspected the GBI Strategies office near Muskegon
they found semiautomatic guns, silencers/suppressors, burner phones, a
bag of pre-paid cash cards, and incomplete registrations, in an office
space that was styled as an eyeglasses store that had gone defunct.
There were never any arrests. And the investigation was turned over
to the FBI where it went to die, just like all of the other Democrat
voter fraud investigations. Back in November 2020 Bill Barr appointed a notorious DOJ attorney who covered up voter fraud crimes.
There has always been unanswered statistical irregularities about absentee ballots from the 2020 election.
These irregularities suggest massive, systemic, voter fraud among
absentee ballots. Viewing the percentage of the vote each candidate won
from absentee voters precinct by precinct, one can see a very suspicious
correlation between the candidates in 2020 that does not exist in 2016.
This suggests there was major electronic manipulation of votes combined
with the physical ballots placed to back up those fraudulent votes.
There is no argument that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a far-left Democrat, sent out absentee ballot requests without a legal request on file to every voter. There is no argument that Benson then used illegal interpretations of the law
to presume that all voter signatures were a ‘match’ between the
signatures on file and the ones on the ballots, even when they didn’t
match.
Using COVID as the pretext, Democrats set the stage for scores of
absentee ballots that would never receive scrutiny as to whether they
were valid or not.
And even if some illegal ballots were caught by challengers or honest
poll workers, most challenged ballots in left-wing jurisdictions were
routinely ignored. 2020 Voter Fraud witnesses repeatedly noted that the ballot challenging process was ignored and suppressed.
Michigan State Senator Ruth Johnson, who is herself a former Secretary of State, told the Gateway Pundit: “My estimate is over 800,000 ballot applications
were sent to non-qualified voters in Michigan, including many
individuals who moved or died, and even some individuals who were
underage or non-citizens. Many were sent to people who had moved out of
state.”

This glut of insecure and accessible ballots, which could even be sent to third-party addresses or sent to addresses abroad, was ripe for fraud.
And the one company that was active in Michigan and who, according to
the police report from the Muskegon Police, engaged in such fraud was
GBI Strategies.
WHO IS RUNNING GBI STRATEGIES?
GBI Strategies LLC is a left-wing campaign consulting company run by
Gary Bell with a mailing address in Alexandria, Virginia. A quick
online search also shows that GBI Strategies, LLC is located in
Tennessee. Gary Bell has a limited presence online. He keeps a low
profile despite his impressive resume.
According to Compmo Group Gary Bell manages over 70 "organizing operations" in 20 states and lends logistical and consulting support to another 7 states.
Bell
brags about managing 70 different campaigns and worksites
simultaneously. Bell also brags about doing "IE's" or "Independent
Expenditure" campaigns for groups whose spending on campaign-related
actions would not otherwise be disclosed or publicly available.
Bell
appears to be part of the campaign-world 'deep state' on the left: the
ones actually getting left-wing candidates into office.

bio says Bell leads HUNDREDS of field managers and THOUSANDS of
canvassers.
Gary Bell has links to a wide variety of far-left political groups,

City Councilwoman Andrea Cardenas Walk Free Despite Guilty Plea for
Stealing Over $200K in COVID Relief and Unemployment Funds

Judge gives former Democrat Councilwoman Andrea Cardenas a pass. No jail time despite guilty plea.
A San Diego judge has allowed former Chula Vista City Councilwoman
Andrea Cardenas to avoid jail time despite her guilty plea for
defrauding the government of over $200,000 in COVID relief and
unemployment funds.
Andrea Cardenas, who had been a rising star in the Democrat Party,
and her brother, Jesus Cardenas, a former chief of staff to San Diego
City Councilman Stephen Whitburn, are at the center of a corruption
scandal.
The charges revolve around their alleged fraudulent acquisition of a
$176,227 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan for their venture,
Grassroots Resources, a local government and political consulting firm.
According to court documents, Jesus Cardenas misrepresented the
nature and scale of their political consulting firm, falsely claiming it
employed 34 people.
This lie allowed the Cardenas siblings to siphon off critical funds
meant to keep struggling businesses afloat during the pandemic. Instead,
these funds were used to line their pockets.
Andrea Cardenas played a crucial role in this deceit. She reportedly
altered information provided to lenders, substituting Grassroots
Resources’ details with those of a marijuana dispensary, Harbor
Collective.
Her involvement didn’t stop there. La Prensa reported that she
declared a significant income from Grassroots Resources while
simultaneously denying the existence of any employees when the firm
pursued a consulting contract with a local public water agency.

Despite the severity of the charges, Andrea Cardenas faced only probation, with no jail time, and ordered to pay restitution.
This lenient sentence has been met with widespread criticism, with
many pointing out that ordinary citizens committing similar fraud would
likely face much harsher penalties.
Prosecutors had argued for 180 days in custody, emphasizing that
Cardenas knew exactly what she was doing and that her actions were
premeditated.
During her sentencing, Cardenas attempted to garner sympathy by
describing the difficulties she faces as a caretaker for her ailing
parents and as an immigrant, arguing that her actions were a mistake
made under duress.
"I have received a lot of email threats on the social media. I've
been screamed at on the street in front of my house and told that were
to come to my house. I've been subjected to vital language that I've
never experienced... I know that this is not pretty standard in
politics, but my parents are my number one priority," said Cardenas at
the sentencing.
Her defense attorney further tried to downplay her culpability by
comparing her to other local politicians who avoided jail time for their
crimes, even suggesting that her brother should bear the brunt of the
blame.
These excuses do not justify the leniency shown by the judge,
especially given the significant amount of money involved and the
betrayal of public trust.
According to 10 News:
"Cardenas was ordered Wednesday to pay over $176,000 to
the Small Business Administration and over $28,000 to the Employment
Development Department, which will be paid by both her and her brother.
Another restitution amount to the Franchise Tax Board related to
failing to file tax returns will be determined in the future. Her
sentence also includes a requirement to complete 100 hours of volunteer
work with any nonprofit.
Cardenas' sentencing came about five months after her brother was
sentenced to two years probation and 180 days in custody, with the
custodial time spent in the work furlough program and home detention. As
part of their pleas, six other felony counts of conspiracy, money
laundering and failing to file tax returns were dismissed."
As if the situation couldn’t get any more complicated, the California
Fair Political Practices Commission is now investigating a political
action committee linked to the Cardenas siblings. While details remain
scarce—officials declined to comment specifically on this case—the
potential for additional fines or charges looms large over both Andrea
and Jesus.

Registration Scam Uncovered In MI… Will MI AG Nessel Reveal The
Criminals Behind The Scam If She Discovers They’re Tied To Democrats?

new voter registration scam has been uncovered in the must-win state of
Michigan, whose elections and top law enforcement agency are headed up
by Democrats with a less-than-stellar reputation for honesty or
fairness.

Last year, The Gateway Pundit reported about a massive statewide
voter registration scheme that we discovered after an MI election
integrity expert, Phil O’Halloran, shared a shocking MI State Police
report with me.
The investigation, which began only one month before the 2020
election, was hidden from the public, and, perhaps even more shocking,
it was hidden from Michigan clerks, who are responsible for ensuring the
integrity of the elections.
Ann Meisch, the Muskegon, MI clerk, notified the local Muskegon
Police Department when she received between 8,000 and 10,000 voter
registrations in the mail with the initials “E.M.” (Empower Michigan)
and a return address from the Staybridge Hotel in Auburn Hills, MI,
(which is on the other side of the state).
Ms. Meisch also received over 2,000 voter registrations delivered by
hand from a woman identified as Brianna Hawkins in the police report.
Ms. Hawkins was working as a compliance officer for GBI Strategies,
aka Empower Michigan when she was questioned by the MI State Police and
investigators from AG Nessel’s office.
In a clip from the interview with Ms. Hawkins, she tells MI AG
Investigator Morse that she identified at least 1,000 fraudulent voter
registration applications in the Muskegon GBI Strategies office.
“And if I found 1,000 false ones in mine, I can only imagine what
they [Muskegon Clerk’s office) found in theirs! I can only imagine…” she
said
When Brianna was asked how GBI Strategies owner Gary Bell responded
when he was informed of the massive number of fraudulent voter
registrations found at the GBI Strategies office that were brought in by
his canvassers in Muskegon, he didn’t express any concern and told them
“Don’t worry about it,” and assured them “It was okay.”
Although the MI AG investigator can be seen telling Ms. Hawkins that
several crimes were committed by her organization, and MI SOS Analyst
Corey Ames admits to identifying a “quantity of the voter application
forms” that are “clearly fraudulent” from the samples he reviewed, no
charges were ever filed against GBI Strategies employees, management or
the owner, Gary Bell.
During a raid of the Southfield, MI GBI Strategies headquarters by
the MI State Police, it was discovered that Gary Bell, who was in Iowa
at the time of the raid, left behind a Pelican case with four
semi-automatic rifles joined with suppressors or silencers and
customized (modified) pistols.
Above the guns was a whiteboard that read: Hot Topics. Under “Hot
Topics,” it was written, “weapons in the field, prepared for shifts.”
In addition to the cache of weapons found in the GBI Strategies
headquarters, a group that was solely funded by Democrats, including the
campaigns of Senator Gary Peters and Joe Bidens’ presidential campaign,
the raid uncovered pre-paid cards used to discreetly pay their
employees as well as burner phones used by employees of GBI Strategies.
The Democrat-funded GBI Strategies/Empower MI was clearly not your typical “voter registration” or “get out the vote” operation…
It’s now been revealed that a local Detroit news station,
WDIV, has uncovered a new voter registration scam in Michigan, which is
equally disturbing, given how easily fake voter registrations can be
created by individuals or groups with nefarious intentions.
The scam involves targeting innocent citizens who receive a text message that reads:
We have you in our records as not registered to vote. Check your registration status and register to vote in 2 minutes.
The text message then asks the recipient to click the link they provide.
There are a few possible outcomes a recipient could encounter:
They may be asked to fill out a form that will tell them they are
registered to vote, and their information will be used to register a
fake voter. Fake registration can turn into absentee ballots filled out
in boiler rooms and delivered to drop boxes. The Gateway Pundit showed
over 13 minutes of surveillance footage of individuals or teams dropping
stacks of ballots into drop boxes throughout Detroit during the 2020
election.
The other option is an individual or group phishing for social
security numbers or personal information to steal the recipient’s
identity.

Given what we know about how easy it is to create fake registrations
that allow Democrats to win elections in critical swing states, it’s
highly likely these text messages could lead to phony voter
registrations, which lead to manufactured absentee voters, who, in the
case of the critically important swing state of Michigan, could
ultimately determine the outcome of the presidential race in the 2024
election.
In a statement to WDIV, MI SOS Jocelyn Benson’s office claims they
will investigate the text message voter registration scam and turn it
over to AG Nessel’s office or the proper law enforcement authorities.

voter registration crimes to the public and then downplayed its
significance after the Gateway Pundit exposed the statewide
investigation, why should we believe that if a Democrat group is behind

In
2020, Democrats pulled off what many still believe is the largest
election heist in American history. Sadly, Michigan was at the epicenter
of the battle. Stunned Americans watched as windows were covered in the
massive absentee counting room at the TCF Center in Detroit. This
prevented GOP and Independent poll challengers from looking into the
room when they were locked out after a top Wayne County election
official suggested they take a break and go to lunch while election
workers prepared the “military ballots” to be counted.
Hundreds of poll challengers filed affidavits, testifying to the
harassment, bullying, and fraud they witnessed at the TCF Center. I was a
poll challenger who was able to push my way back into the room before
they chained the doors, and I was shocked at the number of ballots I
watched being processed after election workers couldn’t find the voters’
names in the poll books. Challenges were ignored, and threats were made
by an almost exclusively, if not the entire Democrat Party supervisory
team.
When GOP poll challengers left the TCF Center, many of them remarked that they felt like they had just been to war.

by pizza boxes on windows and officials locking them out of the counting
area.
The threats against innocent Republicans who were simply trying to do
their jobs and protect the sanctity of the vote didn’t stop with
election workers and far-left agitators posing as independent poll
challengers at the TCF Center. The life of the Republican Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chair Monica Palmer’s teenage daughter was threatened
by a New Hampshire woman after a Democrat State Rep. Abraham Aiyash
doxxed her daughter during a Zoom call where outsiders could call in and
threaten board members who were refusing to certify the vote because
the precincts were out of balance, meaning the vote totals on the
tabulators didn’t match the number of ballots in the containers where
they were stored.
Today, Michigan’s tyrannical SOS, Jocelyn Benson, shared a video on
social media where she threatened election officials in local
communities. “We will come for you,” if you dare to refuse to certify
the election results, she warned.

Jocelyn Benson bizarrely attempts to play the role of “the sweet girl
next door” when delivering a threatening message to her political
opponents. Unlike MI AG Dana Nessel, who is openly hostile about her
political enemies, the dishonest MI SOS frequently smiles and giggles
during interviews with friendly media while delivering warning shots at
her political opponents in what appears to be an effort to make her more
likeable.
Only two days ago, in what appears to be a coordinated message, AG
Merrick Garland threatened every American that they better not even
consider questioning the election results and used Jan 6 political
prisoners as an example of what will happen to Americans who try.
This weekend, MI AG Dana Nessel appeared on MSNBC where the host
gushed over Nessel’s use of lawfare, as she abused her power as the
state’s top attorney to punish 16 mostly senior citizens who, while
acting in their official capacity as elected GOP electors, cast an
alternate slate of electoral votes for President Trump. Many, if not all
of the 16 alternate electors still believe the 2020 election was stolen
from President Trump.
Meanwhile, AG Nessel and the mainstream media continue to mock and
discount Americans who no longer trust our elections. They ignore the
uncertainty Michigan voters were grappling with after it was discovered
that
tens of thousands of votes in solidly red Antrim County, MI, where
Dominion Voting machines were used, were switched from Donald Trump and
given to Joe Biden. They want voters to pretend the multiple
election-related lawsuits that were playing out in the courts following
the 2020 election never happened. And, of course, they don’t want us to
discuss the early morning drop of thousands of ballots in the back hallways of the TCF Center on the day after the election,
which was revealed after The Gateway Pundit paid to obtain the
surveillance footage from the TCF Center. They want voters to believe
that 13 minutes of surveillance footage obtained by The Gateway Pundit
of US postal workers and dozens of individuals and even teams of people
dropping stacks of ballots into drop boxes in direct violation of MI
election law was, according to MI SOS Jocelyn Benson, “normal and legal
activity.”
And then there’s the best-kept secret involving mass voter
registration fraud in the 2020 election that was uncovered after a
citizen FOIA’d by an MI State Police report. The MSP report revealed a massive statewide investigation into GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan,
which was turning in a gigantic quantity of fraudulent voter
registrations to clerks across the state. The investigation, which began
in Muskegon, MI, only one month before the November 2020 election, was
never revealed to the public by either MI AG Dana Nessel or MI SOS
Jocelyn Benson, whose departments worked with the MI State Police to
investigate the criminal activity.
In 2021, Democrats opened our southern border for an invasion that
has been nothing like our nation has ever seen. Now, the same elected
officials who opened the floodgates for people coming from prisons and
mental institutions in various South American countries are counting on
these millions of individuals they let into our country to vote for them
in November.
Democrat lawmakers in multiple states are shamelessly fighting to
ensure there are loopholes in our election laws that will allow illegal
immigrants from 160 countries to vote undetected in our elections.
According to the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), the foreign-born or immigrant population (legal and illegal) hit new record highs in March 2024, reaching 51.6 million and 15.6 percent of the total U.S. population.Since March 2022, the foreign-born population has increased by 5.1 million, the largest two-year increase in American history. The foreign-born population has never grown this much this fast. Although many think of immigrants only as workers, less than half of those who arrived since 2022 are employed.
An estimated 25-30 million illegal aliens have entered our country
while “border czar” Kamala Harris cackled. Why wouldn’t she laugh, it’s
very likely that if the Democrat’s plan to make America into a one-party
nation becomes a reality, the once free America will be lost forever to
tyrants.

Leftist presidential candidate Cornel West has claimed that Kamala
Harris attempted to bribe him to drop out of the race, even going as far
as offering him a job in her administration and a promise of paying off
his campaign debts.
In an interview with independent journalist Jordan Chariton on the Status Coup News
podcast, West made a series of shocking accusations following the close
of last week’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
Here is a transcript of the exchange:
HOST: What were, you know, the offers that they made and your response?
WEST: Well, I mean a number of them reached out just
saying I need to get on the bandwagon — this is a historic
moment, especially a black moment … I told them, I said you all just
talking to the wrong brother. You can offer resources or position or
what have you — that’s that’s not what I’m all about. That’s not the
game I play…
HOST: Can you specify, if you can, you
mentioned offering positions, resources. Were you offered a position in
the Harris administration? Any financial incentives to drop out?
WEST: Oh, I mean there was definitely various kind
of offers. I won’t go into concrete details of it — I really won’t,
because I don’t I — I don’t even want to make that the focus of the
interview…
HOST: Let’s let’s just say they did not offer you the janitor’s position they offered you something relatively high up.
WEST: Well, I don’t think it was that high up,
HOST: Did they, just one more on this , did they offer you did
they offer you a cabinet position, a lower position and offer to pay off
any of your campaign debt?
WEST: Well, they offered serious, substantive conversation about all of those that could lead toward some real [unintelligible].
Earlier this week, a judge in Michigan ruled that West must be
allowed to appear on the state’s presidential ballot. This is of
particularly concern to the Harris campaign, which fears a backlash
among the state’s large Muslim population over her stance on the war in
Gaza.
West, meanwhile, has already qualified
by ballot access in a handful of crucial swing states, including
Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, despite efforts from the
Democratic Party to stop him.
Among his policy proposals
include universal healthcare, opposition to all military intervention,
giving black people reparations and defunding police departments across
the country.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg
admitted in a letter on Monday that his company, Facebook, was
pressured by the Biden-Harris administration to censor Americans,
particularly regarding COVID-19 content.
Zuckerberg
made the admission in a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman
Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, more than a year after providing the committee with
thousands of documents as part of its investigation into content
moderation on online platforms.
Along with documents, the Meta CEO
said, the company has provided a dozen employees to be available for
transcribed interviews, stressing Meta’s cooperation with the investigation.
"There’s
a lot of talk right now around how the U.S. government interacts with
companies like Meta, and I want to be clear about our position,"
Zuckerberg wrote. "Our platforms are for everyone – we’re about
promoting speech and helping people connect in a safe and secure way. As
part of this, we regularly hear from governments around the world and
others with various concerns around public discourse and public safety."

told Jordan that in 2021, "senior officials" from the Biden
administration and White House "repeatedly pressured our teams for
months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire."
When Facebook did not agree with the censorship, Zuckerberg said, the Biden administration expressed a lot of frustration.
"Ultimately,
it was our decision whether or not to take content down, and we own our
decisions, including COVID-19-related changes we made to our
enforcement in the wake of this pressure," Zuckerberg wrote. "I believe
the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more
outspoken about it.

FOX Business reached out to the White House for comment
regarding the allegations. Facebook declined to comment beyond the text
of the letter.
The committee first subpoenaed Meta for documents
and information on Feb. 15, 2023, related to content moderation and
Meta's engagements with the executive branch to censor speech.
At
the time, the committee was investigating whether, and to what extent,
the executive branch pressured or worked with private companies to
stifle or tamp down certain kinds of speech at the request of the
government, which could potentially be a violation of the First Amendment.
In Monday’s letter, Zuckerberg also wrote about throttling the Hunter Biden laptop story.
He
wrote that the FBI warned his company about "a potential Russian
disinformation operation" regarding the Biden family and Burisma,
leading up to the 2020 election.
Zuckerberg said a New York Post
story that fall reported on corruption allegations involving Biden’s
family, so they had fact-checkers review the story and temporarily
demote it while waiting for a reply.
"It’s
since been made clear that the reporting was not Russian
disinformation, and in retrospect, we shouldn’t have demoted the story,"
Zuckerberg wrote. "We’ve changed our policies and processes to make
sure this doesn’t happen again – for instance, we no longer temporarily
demote things in the U.S. while waiting for fact-checkers."

Department of Justice after it stonewalled their investigation into the
Biden-Harris Administration’s decision-making over the disastrous
withdrawal.

The US Embassy in Kabul appeared to not recognize any names in the list on the DOJ’s spreadsheet.
“Even the Afghans referred and then nominated by the U.S. Embassy in
Kabul for admission to the USRAP, however, would face significant
challenges to make it into the United States, such as finding their own
way to a third country and supporting themselves while their
“application for acceptance into the program for resettlement to the
U.S. is being reviewed, security checks are performed, medical exams
done, etc.”” AFL said.
