Top Biden DOJ Official in Hot Water After Failing to Disclose Past Arrest During Senate Confirmation

A
top Biden administration Justice Department official was not truthful
during her Senate confirmation process in 2021 when she said she had
never been arrested for an alleged violent crime.
Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Kristen Clarke has served in her position since May 2021.
However, according to news reports, she had an arrest record that was not disclosed when she was narrowly confirmed by the Senate, which led to calls for her resignation.
Clarke’s past became an issue earlier this week when The Daily Signal reported Tuesday she had previously been arrested and accused of slicing her former husband’s finger to the bone with a knife.
The Signal unearthed a text message exchange involving Clark’s former husband, who was candid about the incident.
“I was seeing another woman,” Reginald Avery texted in a May 2021
exchange with Tom Jones of the American Accountability Foundation, which
shared it in a post on social media platform X. (Warning: The text exchange contains language that some may find offensive.)
“She was angry,” Avery added of the 2006 incident at their Maryland
home that led to his then-wife’s arrest, the Signal reported. “Attacked
me with a knife. I instinctively grabbed it. As I said earlier, I’m not
blameless.”
“That’s the story,” he concluded. “That’s what happened. She went to jail.”
After reading the reporting, Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah was among scores of people who called on Clarke to resign for not disclosing the arrest.
Clarke acknowledged Wednesday that she was not truthful about being
arrested during her marriage and said she had been a victim of domestic violence.
“Nearly 2 decades ago, I was subjected to years-long abuse and
domestic violence at the hands of my ex-husband,” Clarke said in a
statement to CNN.
Clarke added:
“This was a terrorizing and traumatizing period that I have sought to
put behind me to promote my personal health, healing and well-being.
The physical and emotional scars, the emotional abuse and exploitation,
and the lying are things that no woman or mother should ever have to
endure.”
Clark concluded that because of an expungement of her record, she did
not feel it was necessary to reveal the incident when she was up for a
top job at the DOJ.
“When given the option to speak about such traumatic incidents in my
life, I have chosen not to,” she said. “I didn’t believe during my
confirmation process and I don’t believe now that I was obligated to
share a fully expunged matter from my past.”
When Clarke was nominated for her current role, she filled out a
questionnaire from Lee in which she was asked numerous questions about
her past.
One question read, “Since becoming a legal adult, have you ever been
arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any
person?”
On the form, which is available on the Senate Judiciary Committee website, Clarke answered, “No.”
Clarke celebrated in a DOJ statement in January when six pro-life activists were convicted of felonies when they peacefully blockaded the entrance to a Tennesse abortion clinic while singing hymns.
“These defendants are being held accountable for unlawfully obstructing access to reproductive health services,” Clarke said in a statement when it was announced the defendants would each face up to a decade behind bars.

Comptroller Susana Mendoza claimed on social media that she had
personally conveyed the family's wishes to the mayor's office.
"Last
night at Ofc. Huesca's visitation, his grief stricken mother asked Rep.
Angelica Guerrero Cuellar and me to please tell [Johnson]he was unwelcome at her son's funeral," Mendoza wrote. "We both called him before 10pm asking he please honor her wishes."
No
explicit reason was given for the shunning Johnson from the funeral,
but local outlets have attributed the rift to growing tensions between
the police department and mayor's office over crime policies.
Fox News Digital reached out to Johnson's office for comment but has not yet received a reply.

Huesca, who was off-duty and returning home, responded to a gunshot alert on April 21 and found a wounded officer who had been carjacked
on the city's Southwest Side. Huesca was shot multiple times by the
suspect around 3:00AM and was pronounced dead after arriving at a nearby
hospital.
Johnson published a written statement mourning the death of Huesca and expressing condolences to the family.
"We
continue to send our deepest condolences to the family and colleagues
of Officer Luis Huesca as they heal from the loss of their beloved son,
nephew, brother and friend," Johnson said in the statement.
The

Huesca's funeral was held at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine
Chapel and was attended by police, firefighters, and other mourners
paying tribute to the fallen officer.
The 22-year-old suspect has not been named by authorities because he has not yet been captured and arraigned.

Murder Suspect Accused of Eating Victim’s Face at Bus Stop Near Las Vegas Strip

A man reportedly killed another man at a bus stop close to the Las Vegas Strip and proceeded to eat parts of the victim’s face.
The Las Vegas Journal has reported that 31-year-old Clinton Czech has been arrested and charged with open murder.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported they responded to a physical altercation call around 4:40 a.m. on Sunday.
When police arrived on the scene, one man was seen unresponsive and bleeding from his head.
Czech was reportedly near the victim’s body and seen with body parts of the victims in his mouth.
The Las Vegas Journal reported Czech consumed the victim’s eyeball and ear.

A man allegedly murdered another man at a bus stop near
the Las Vegas Strip, eating his victim’s face in the process, according
to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.
Colin Czech, 29, faces a charge of open murder.
Just before 5 a.m. Sunday, a person called police about a man who
reportedly tackled another man to the ground on Las Vegas Boulevard near
Charleston Boulevard, documents said. About 45 minutes later, another
person called police, saying a man was on top of another man at a bus
stop “eating” the other man’s face.
Officers responded, finding Czech kneeling next to the victim with
“biological matter in his hair, mouth and on his clothing,” documents
said. Czech reportedly told officers the victim had attacked him.

Terry Clark Hughes Jr.Terry Clark Hughes Jr. is the 39-year-old suspect who opened fire
at the scene where four law enforcement officers in Charlotte, North Carolina, were shot and killed on April 29, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.Hughes was not the only shooter, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings said in a news conference.
“When they approached Hughes,” officers “were met by gunfire and
returned the gunfire, striking” Hughes, who was found deceased in a
yard, Jennings said.Officers then received “additional gunfire
from inside of the residence,” he said. It was not immediately clear
whose bullets struck which officers. ....Police have not identified the
other shooter, ...although two other people are in custody. Police
confirmed they believe two people opened fire; Hughes opened fire first,
Jennings said.
“On Monday, April 29, 2024, an armed suspect opened fire on law
enforcement officers in the 5000 block of Galway Drive in the North
Tryon Division,” police wrote in an April 29 news release.

In a recent bombshell interview with YouTube creator “The Real Dana,”
Judge Joe Brown unleashed a torrent of criticism against several
high-profile individuals, including John Legend, Fani Willis, Barack
Obama, and Joe Biden, whom he referred to as a “lowdown scummy bastard.”
Brown’s remarks came after Legend publicly supported Biden and called President Donald Trump “racist.”
Judge Brown held nothing back as he traced the issues within the
American criminal justice system and its impact on black communities
back to legislative actions that he attributed to Biden and other
lawmakers in past decades.
“Most of what is wrong with the criminal justice system in the United
States of America, this trickled down from the federal level to the
state level that negatively impacts blacks and other minorities, was
started off in 1979, 1981, 1983, 1987, 1991, and 1994, thanks to Joe
Biden, Stennis, Eastland, and Byrd ” Brown said.
“And you can thank them for some of the problems with American
criminal law, as they negatively impact black folk. This mess about all
of these people in jail, first offenders for one rock, you can thank Joe
Biden for with his mess about crack, even though it seems to have
settled into his household quite heavily,” Brown added.
Judge Brown went on to recount a meeting he claimed to have witnessed
where Biden allegedly made racist comments about Black people, adding
that these attitudes were reflected in Biden’s legislative actions over
the years.
“I heard the low-down, scummy bastard say it in front of me. It was in Dover, Delaware. He was on the podium. He said, ‘Negroes are animals,
and they turn the streets into jungles, and they need to be put in zoos
where they are safe and can be observed.’ He said, ‘Negro children are
animals, and they turn schools into zoos. And I don’t want my children
going to a school with Negroes, and it turned into a zoo.’ I heard him
say that. I saw him when he said it. He’s a liar,” said Brown.
“He had to withdraw from the presidential campaign in 1988
because he lied about his academic career. He got found out early for
having plagiarized some things that caused his expulsion from an
academic institution. He’s a piece of urban trailer park trash who’s had
nothing but government jobs his entire life and has turned out not to
be a very rich man because of the bribes, the extortion, and the
downright payoffs he has gotten under the table illegally,” Brown added.
Beyond his criticism of Biden, Brown also took aim at Fani Willis,
suggesting her actions were politically motivated and part of a “witch
hunt” against Trump. He implied that the investigation into Trump’s
handling of classified documents was an attempt to shield Biden and
Obama from incrimination based on evidence found on a laptop belonging to Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.
Brown’s diatribe did not spare Barack Obama or John Legend,
whom Brown dismissed as being unqualified to speak on political matters
due to a lack of relevant background. He also chastised the public for
what he believes is a misinterpretation of Biden’s track record on
race-related issues.
“Every damn thing I’ve seen about Biden, for
the last 50 years, I have been hearing making one racist remark after
another,” Brown added, expressing his disapproval of Biden’s past
policies and comments.
Judge Brown concluded his heated commentary by praising Donald Trump
and addressing the broader political landscape and the tactics used to
engage black voters, expressing disdain for what he views as pandering
and insincere strategies.
“You’re getting a singer [John Legend] coming on. He’s got a right
under the First Amendment to express his opinion. So do these clowns,
including the one-third of the cast that were trannies who were dancing
half-naked on the strip poles. They’ve got their right to do that as a
form of expression, but that is insulting the black folk that they
should be persuaded by it.”
“The unemployment rate for black folk was the lowest it’s been since
1968 under Donald Trump. The earning capacity of black folk was the
highest it’s been since 1968 under Trump. The greatest amount of money,
percentage-wise of the national budget and in actual dollars, devoted to
HBCUs since 1968 under the Johnson administration was under Donald
Trump. And it goes on. He endorsed the platinum plan that Ice Cube, who
had made some study of the situation, was trying to work out with him.”
“But in spite of that, we’ve got this character who is a disaster,
getting up there and trying to get us to accept this with his grin on
his face when it is a complete lie. It’s a propagandistic fabrication,
and it is insulting to insinuate that we are foolish enough to buy

CONFIRMED: Federal Government Giving Voter Registration Forms to Non-Citizen Refugees

The federal government is giving voter registration forms to non-citizen ‘refugees.’
According to South Carolina state representative and congressional
candidate Adam Morgan, the federal government is including voter
registration forms in packets at the Social Security Office in
Spartanburg, South Carolina.
“Is the Federal Gov giving voter registration forms to non-citizens?” Adam Morgan said on X.
“Yes, at least in SC. A refugee sent us this form that was given to
her in a packet at the Social Security Office in Spartanburg. She asked
“Why are they giving these to non-citizens?”” he said.
Attached to Adam Morgan’s post was a photo of the voter registration form included in the welcome packet for refugees.
It gets worse.
According to Rep. Adam Morgan, the refugee’s relative “mailed the
forms back and criticized the office for distributing them to people
they knew were non-citizens.”
“A few weeks later the refugees received more voter registration forms in the mail,” Rep. Morgan said.
“None of this is by accident,” he said.
Earlier this year Kamala Harris met with “voting rights leaders” at the White House to announce new ways the Biden regime will help register people to vote in 2024.
The Biden regime also announced plans to pay college kids to register voters.

been weakened by recent Supreme Court decisions. Harris also is

insurance through the Affordable Care Act.

Biden and Harris were elected in 2020.

AstraZeneca has admitted for the first time in a recent court document filing that its COVID-19 vaccine can cause rare side effects.
Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca admitted in court documents, as part
of a class action lawsuit filed against them, that its COVID-19 vaccine
can cause thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, or TTS for short.
TTS is a rare medical condition when a person suffers from blood clots together with a low platelet count.
Currently, AstraZeneca is facing a massive class action suit by
individuals who claim the AstraZeneca vaccine caused serious injuries or
resulted in the death of a family member.

AstraZeneca has admitted for the first time in court
documents that its Covid vaccine can cause a rare side effect, in an
apparent about-turn that could pave the way for a multi-million pound
legal payout.
The pharmaceutical giant is being sued in a class action over claims
that its vaccine, developed with the University of Oxford, caused death
and serious injury in dozens of cases.
Lawyers argue the vaccine produced a side effect which has had a devastating effect on a small number of families.
The first case was lodged last year by Jamie Scott, a father of two,
who was left with a permanent brain injury after developing a blood clot
and a bleed on the brain that has prevented him from working after he
received the vaccine in April 2021. The hospital called his wife three
times to tell her that her husband was going to die.
AstraZeneca is contesting the claims but has accepted, in a legal
document submitted to the High Court in February, that its Covid vaccine
“can, in very rare cases, cause TTS”.

Cardiologists Identify COVID-19 Vaccine as Possible Cause of Young Professional’s Heart Problem

Medical professionals are beginning to take a closer look at the
potential adverse effects of COVID-19 vaccines, particularly following a
series of health complications among younger adults.
Florencia Tarque, a 29-year-old Director of International Recruiting
at Puulse Marketing, has come forward with a personal health crisis that
her cardiologists suggest may be linked to her COVID-19 vaccination.
“Attention: Cardiologists are now saying my heart problem is more than likely a result of the COVID vaccine,” she wrote on Facebook.
Tarque, an athlete who has maintained a lifestyle centered around
wellness, experienced a shocking medical scare earlier this month when
she was admitted to the hospital after three electrocardiograms (EKGs)
indicated signs of a heart attack.
Despite the alarming EKG results, an angiogram performed urgently
revealed no blockages, leaving both Tarque and her medical team baffled.
It was later determined that she had developed myopericarditis, an
inflammation of the heart muscle and surrounding tissue.

Tarque expressed her frustration and anger in a series of social
media posts, particularly emphasizing the mandatory nature of the
vaccination for her job and travel commitments.
“I’m angry because tons of 20-something-year-old athletes now have
heart problems,” she said, reflecting a concern that has been echoed in
various communities across the globe.
In a follow-up post, Tarque disclosed that an MRI confirmed she had
indeed suffered a heart attack, despite the lack of coronary blockages
or other typical indicators of such an event.
“Angiogram showed no blockage or coronary problem the day I had my heart attack. Three EKGs showed heart attack. Week later my MRI confirmed heart attack,” she said.
“29 years old, played sports my whole life. No health issues. WTF,” she wrote, encapsulating her shock and disbelief.
There are many similar cases to Tarque. Functional medicine
practitioner Jon Mitchell commented, “I have many clients who have had a
lot of random health stuff pop up after getting the shot. Autoimmune,
clotting throughout the body, brain abnormalities, cardiac issues, iron
deficiency, etc. Some docs are acknowledging it, but very few are
speaking up. It’s infuriating.”
The majority of the so-called healthcare experts continue to assert
the benefits of COVID-19 vaccines in preventing severe illness,
hospitalization, and death due to the virus far outweigh the risks of

CBS published a story on Friday highlighting that “nearly all the
major labor unions have endorsed Mr. Biden,” but “labor leaders still
anticipate a significant portion of organized labor could support
Trump.” Many union members are expressing their frustration over the
rising cost of living and inflation across the country, and liberal
members say they’re “worried” about Biden’s chances in November.
Per the report, “Asked for comment, the campaign shared two videos of union members voicing support for Trump after he visited a construction site in New York City ahead of his ongoing hush money trial, with one worker saying he’d tell Mr. Biden ‘f**k you.'”

Among those was a construction worker who told a reporter he is “not
at all surprised” by the high level of support for President Trump in
Manhattan, and “It’s turning. It’s Trump’s turn again.” When asked,
“What’s your message to Joe Biden,” without hesitating, the construction
worker gave the perfect response: “F*ck you!”

Joe Biden even in the most liberal areas of the country due to his
strong record on jobs and the economy. Meanwhile, with Bidenomics
inflation rose to 3.7% in the first quarter while GDP dropped faster than expected in the first quarter of 2024 – squeezing consumers who are already strapped in the Biden economy.
In New York, Trump is expected to be the first President since 1988
to end the Democrats’ streak of winning by double digits in every
presidential election, and maybe even the winner, according to new
polling data.
New York union leader Bobby Bartels shared results from a poll he put out in his union, telling Fox, “President Trump is leading Joe Biden three to one on my presidential poll out of my 9,000 members right now.”
Maybe New York will tell Joe Biden, "F*ck you" this November.
Trump also leads Joe Biden in six of the seven key swing states that
are expected to determine the 2024 Presidential Election, with 70% of
poll respondents saying the United States economy is on the "wrong
track." Additionally, 51% say they trust Trump more on the economy,
while just 36% say Biden.

Despite the president's many union endorsements, labor
leaders still anticipate a significant portion of organized labor could
support Trump.
Labor members on Wednesday said they think the rematch between Mr.
Biden and Trump will be "extremely" close, and that they've heard fellow
union members in their communities express irritation about lingering
inflation and the rising cost of living.
But the Trump campaign says voters' frustration with the economy
means that Mr. Biden's labor union endorsements won't translate into
unified support for Mr. Biden.
Asked for comment, the campaign shared two videos of union members voicing support for Trump after he visited a construction site in New York City ahead of his ongoing hush money trial, with one worker saying he'd tell Mr. Biden "f**k you."
Trump national campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt further
told the outlet, "While Joe Biden receives endorsements from the union
bosses who automatically support Democrats every election cycle,
President Trump is proud to be whole-heartedly supported by the
hardworking laborers who serve as the backbone of these unions."

Joe Biden offered his praise and thanks to a group of wounded
warriors at the White House earlier this week — but had his back to them
for his entire speech until Jill Biden turned him around.
The bizarre gaffe occurred on Wednesday as Jill Biden launched the
Wounded Warrior Project’s annual Soldier Ride from the White House lawn.
The confused president walked to the opposite side of the stage from
the veterans, kept his back to them, and declared that they are the
“spine of America.”
Biden said he had just signed a bill that “all the wounded warriors
and warriors care about, we just finally THANK GOD provided Ukraine with
the money they need.”
“You are the spine of America,” Biden said before an awkwardly long
pause. “That’s not an exaggeration. I really mean it. You’re the
backbone. You’re the spine. You’re the reason we are the nation we are.
You’re the best America has to offer. God love you all.”
Jill Biden finally turned him around and directed him toward the people he was supposed to be speaking to.
Biden said he had to leave because “Jill’s going to kick me in the rear end if I don’t get out of here and finish my job.”

at the scene where four law enforcement officers in Charlotte, North Carolina, were shot and killed on April 29, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.Hughes was not the only shooter, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings said in a news conference.
“When they approached Hughes,” officers “were met by gunfire and
returned the gunfire, striking” Hughes, who was found deceased in a
yard, Jennings said.Officers then received “additional gunfire
from inside of the residence,” he said. It was not immediately clear
whose bullets struck which officers. ....Police have not identified the
other shooter, ...although two other people are in custody. Police
confirmed they believe two people opened fire; Hughes opened fire first,
Jennings said.
