Over 13,000 Murderers, 15,000 Rapists, and 425,000 Convicted Criminals
Allowed Into America by Biden-Harris Open Border

A recent ICE report has confirmed the devastating consequences of the Biden-Harris regime’s disastrous open border policies.
According to the report from the Deputy Director of ICE Patrick Lechleitner sent to Congressman Tony Gonzalez, over 662,000 illegal immigrants with criminal histories are currently on ICE’s national docket.
Even more alarming is that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is currently tracking over 425,000 illegal immigrants
convicted of various crimes, while 226,000 face pending criminal
charges, all of whom have been released into the United States under the
regime’s lenient immigration enforcement.
Of that staggering number, over 13,000 illegal immigrants have been convicted of homicide, and more than 15,000 have been convicted of sexual assault.
These individuals are not in custody—they are roaming free in
communities across the country, thanks to the administration’s so-called
“catch and release” policy.
Fox News’ Bill Melugin broke the story, explaining the sheer gravity of the situation to the American people.

released with court dates set years into the future, or, worse, those
ordered deported but still residing within our borders.

We just got these numbers moments ago, but it’s a
jaw-dropper, to say the least. To set the stage here, let me just
explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called a non-detained
docket.
Essentially, what that is, it means migrants who were encountered by
DHS but are no longer in federal custody. So, who’s on this non-detained
docket? It’s illegal immigrants who were caught and released at the
border, released with a court date years away. They’re in immigration
proceedings, combined with illegal immigrants who have already been
ordered deported from the country by a judge but are still here, roaming
the country.
So, keep that in mind—this non-detained docket. According to a letter
that the acting director of ICE just sent to Texas Congressman Tony
Gonzalez, on ICE’s non-detained docket, they’re currently tracking
425,000 non-citizens who have been convicted of a crime.
Of that number, over 13,000 non-citizens have convictions for
homicide and are on the non-detained docket, meaning they’re roaming the
country right now. On top of that, there are another 15,811
non-citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country
right now on ICE’s non-detained docket.
It doesn’t stop there. Those are convictions. The ICE director also
says there are currently just under 1,900 non-citizens on the
non-detained docket who have pending homicide charges and are roaming
the country, and another 4,250 non-citizens who have pending sexual
assault charges and are roaming the country on the non-detained docket.
People’s eyes might be glazing over right now with all the numbers we
just threw at you. Just to put it in a nutshell, what we’ve learned
from the acting ICE director via this letter to Congressman Tony
Gonzalez is, right now, there are over 13,000 illegal aliens convicted
of homicide roaming the United States.
There are another 15,811 illegal aliens roaming the country right now
who have been convicted of sexual assault, and there are even more who
are facing charges for homicide and sexual assault.
This just goes to show the non-detained docket has exploded under the
Biden administration to over, I believe, 7.3 million. We’re
anticipating it could hit 8 million by the end of the year.
But looking at the numbers in this letter, there are currently over
600,000 non-citizens on ICE’s non-detained docket who are roaming the
country.
Of that, 425,000 have already been convicted of crimes, and 222,000
are pending crimes. Again, the most serious crimes we just told you
about: over 13,000 convicted of homicide, over 15,000 convicted of
sexual assault.
Honestly, it’s not a surprise to hear, given the horrible headlines
we keep seeing popping up in multiple parts of the country almost every
day now—headlines of a horrible sexual assault, a murder, or another
violent felony committed by an illegal alien who is often caught and
released from custody.
The jaw-dropper here, too, is that all these numbers we just rattled
off don’t even account for the nearly 2 million got-aways who have
crossed our border under the Biden administration. Those almost 2
million got-aways were never encountered by DHS.
They snuck in, were never caught by Border Patrol, never encountered
by ICE. There’s no record of them, so they have nothing to do with the
numbers I just rattled off.
These are just the numbers of people that ICE has already
encountered, that Border Patrol has encountered, that DHS knows who they
are.
One of the most egregious examples of the chaos at our border was
seen recently in Nantucket. ICE conducted a week-long operation, where,
in just 48 hours, they arrested two Salvadoran illegal
aliens—got-aways—who were arrested for child rape.
A Brazilian illegal alien was also arrested for sexual assault, and a
previously deported Guatemalan was caught again, charged with another
sexual assault.
These examples underscore a widespread epidemic of migrant crime that is threatening communities across the nation.
With the Biden-Harris administration’s open-door policies, America is
becoming a dumping ground for violent criminals. Communities are living
in fear, and law-abiding citizens are left to bear the brunt of this
regime’s utter disregard for public safety.

Student Brutally Stabbed by Fellow Classmate While Walking into
Classroom – Suspect Saw Victim as an ‘Easy Target’

The Arizona Republic reported that
around 11:45 a.m. last Thursday, Arizona State University (ASU) student
Mara Daffron was stabbed with a pairing knife in the Sands Classroom
building in room 101 by a fellow student as she was walking into class.
According to the paper, the incident occurred on ASU’s West Valley
campus.
According to police,
19-year-old Kaci Sloan left her seat and stabbed Daffron twice in front
of their classmates. She then attempted to knife Daffron a third time
but was thankfully stopped by another brave student, possibly saving Daffron’s life.
Daffron escaped into an ASU courtyard following the stabbing. She was met by paramedics at the scene, who transported her to Banner Thunderbird Hospital, where she underwent surgery for her wounds.

FOx 10 Phoenix revealed
that Daffron suffered severe injuries to her tricep and ribcage area,
where Sloan’s knife cut into her spleen. The victim’s mother, Launi
Daffron told the Daily Mail her daughter is now home but in “a lot of pain.”

ASU West sophomore Matthew McCormick, the person who stopped Sloan from stabbing Dafforn a third time, explained to FOX 10 Phoenix that he felt “compelled” to act no matter the risks to his own life.
“I’ve never seen anything like this and I hope I never do again,”
McCormick said. “In that moment, I didn’t really have a thought going
through my head. I just knew that I felt compelled to do something.”
“As she was going for a third attack, I was able to grab her wrists
and apprehend her before further damage could be done,” he added.
Police allege
that Sloan had written notes planning the attack and that she decided
to target Daffron because she was an “easier” target than another person
she was considering trying to kill.
The Arizona Republic reports
that Sloan is facing charges of first-degree attempted murder,
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, interfering with an educational
institution, and disorderly conduct.
Sloan is currently being held at a Maricopa County jail. Her bond was set at $250,000, payable in only cash.

Muslim Immigrant in Alabama Arrested by FBI, Tried to Hire Hitman to Kill Wife, 6 Kids

Monday, the FBI arrested a Muslim Immigrant in a sleepy suburb of
Birmingham, Alabama, accusing him of a murder-for-hire plot where he was
attempting to have his 55-year-old wife Sana and six grown children,
ages ranging from 21-34, murdered.
The man, Mohammed A.H. Mohammed, 61, told authorities that “they had
destroyed his pride and dignity.” The dispute arose from ongoing
domestic violence charges where Mohammed believed he was about to be
arrested and removed from the family home.
He added, “God will reward me” for having them killed. Mohammed
offered the undercover FBI hitman $20,000 to kill his wife and $5,000
each for his six kids. He paid the agent $550 down payment for the
hitman service where the remainder would be paid upon the murder
Mohammed allegedly told the undercover FBI agent, “I need this shit done.”
Mohammed is being charged by federal authorities with use of interstate commerce in the commission of murder for hire, which is 18 U.S.C. 1958. State authorities have several other cases pending.
Mohammed has a long list of state charges of domestic violence and stalking, and has been alleged to have regularly and repeatedly set fire to his family’s vehicles.
In a prior statement, his wife alleged that he was plotting to lock his family in the basement and kill them all.
The FBI claims in a sworn affidavit by one of their agents that
Mohammed admitted to repeatedly burning the family’s vehicles to protest
against their behavior. Law enforcement could only categorize the
vehicle fires as “suspicious” previously. The FBI and authorities don’t
know how long he has been in the country.
He owns a plumbing business called “American Plumbing Service LLC” in Homewood, an upper-crust suburb of Birmingham.
He and his wife have been going through a contentious divorce for several years, but still mostly living in the same property.
A post on the NextDoor app “Hackberry Lane” neighborhood, alongside
interstate 65 south of Birmingham, had cell phone video of a woman
walking through a wooded backyard asking if anyone knew what was going
on as the FBI was negotiating with Mohammed to surrender. With sirens in
the background, an FBI agent demanded that Mohammed come to the door
and that they had a warrant for his arrest. The FBI pathetically asked
Mohammed to please come out because they were sure he was inside the
home, and that they could see him.
“Mohammed, this is the FBI. We can see you in there, we’re not going
anywhere. Please come to the door and talk to us,” said the FBI agent on
the since-deleted video.

Mohammed was also
involved in civil litigation in 2003, arising from a 1999 traffic
accident involving a traffic accident with “slight damage” where he was
rear-ended by a food delivery driver, paid a settlement, and then sued anyway to get more money.
The incident happened very close to the only mosque in Hoover, the
BIS Hoover Crescent Islamic Center. There is another mosque in
Birmingham.
There have been other strange incidents in the area, according to
locals. A late 30s suburban mom driving a minivan during the day with
her kids was driving down Hackberry Lane and slowed to avoid hitting a
man in the road, who jumped into the front seat of the car with her and
started screaming asking whether the woman supported Israel or Palestine
and refused to leave. The woman reported the incident to local leaders,
but no action was taken.
Birmingham is the largest metropolitan area in Alabama, with a
population of 1.1 million. There are roughly 5 million residents of
Alabama.
80% of Alabama is Protestant according to surveys, with only 1%
identifying as Muslim, or 23,550 people. There are roughly 3.5 million
Muslims in America, or 1% of the population.
I LOVE my country but I am so embarrassed of those running it.
This IS NOT the big strong America that we are known to be.....
